What's going on guys Josh pokok here and in today's video I'm going to show you step by step how to build out an custom AI agent appointment setter now you can use this AI agent for many different use cases but specifically this one that I'm going to show you today is for Instagram and or Facebook so you know when you make a post on Instagram you may see other people making these posts whether they're reals pictures videos stories whatever the case

May be where they say hey I'm giving away such and such or hey I'm doing this and that comment the word blank in order to get more information or to for me to send that over to you for free whatever the case may be I know you guys have probably seen that twostep strategy well in the past you would either have to do this all yourself manually or maybe hire an appointment center to manage your account and you would have to

Follow up with each and every one of those individuals and if you have a big following it can be a lot you know it could be tens of hundreds of people but of course now in the age of AI we can have that all done for us all right guys now this specific example I'm going to show you in today's video is very like I said it's specific but you can definitely customize this and get very creative with what you use

A good concept and idea around it okay so I'm just going to get right into the specific automation so if you're not familiar with automations and go high level you can create automations or essentially um if I go here I can add something like a almost like a node that you would use in like n8n or make.com or whatnot there's a bunch of different options I'm not going to get to go over all of them in today's video like there is

So many different ones things that integrate uh specifically for your CRM like managing contacts adding tasks sending emails doing specific actions like ringless voicemail drops slack messages it can send web hooks conversation AI uh WhatsApp you can send data like I said through custom web hooks you can receive data there's IFL statements different um contingency stuff uh you can do formatting with like math um date formatting whatever the case is you could probably do it in here they have almost anything

They got integration with open AI a bunch of different stuff appointments opportunities payments marketing Affiliates ivr membership plans communities Etc so now let's actually dive into how this automation is built and what it actually does so first things first there is a trigger right here so this is what's going to start the workflow and this could be a trigger for Facebook a Facebook U profile as well a Facebook page um but specifically we're using Instagram because you know Instagram is great

For real and it's just a great platform to grow of course so if you're doing content on Instagram uh you definitely need something like this in your business right so um here we have Instagram comments uh on a post so anytime someone comments on a post on our Instagram page this is going to trigger now we can add filters here which we did and these are right here so we can select a page I'm not going to do that right now

Um because I don't want to show the page but we can add a filter right here um and right now we're adding a filter that is contains phrase all right so you can see contains phrase and right now we're just using these two keywords guide or Playbook but you can use anyone and you can do this workflow for a specific um post if you want so if you had multitude of different posts one of the posts is guide one of the

Posts is Playbook one of the posts is free one of the post is whatever the keyword is you could do specific ones for that I'm just letting you know but for now we're just doing it on every single post anytime someone comments guide or Playbook this automation is going to be triggered okay and here it's saying track first level comments only so this will basically just track the first level comments only okay now I'm going to just cancel this and as

You can see we're just adding a tag right here it's pretty basic we're just marking our uh lead with a tag for this example is free guide but you can add any tag for your CRM then we're using the action respond to uh respond in comments okay so this is going to respond to them in the comment section so you can add as many different variations of comment responses that you want so let's say I said hey post uh comment the

Word guide down below if you want me to send this to you for free and if you want to see an example of one of these videos just go to my YouTube shorts I just posted one a few days ago so you can check that out if you want to see like an example of one of these videos I'm sure you guys have already seen them anyway so here we're saying hey check your DM great please check your DM or check

Your DM just sent you a DM you can add any amount of responses you want all right pretty straightforward now you can also add V uh variables here as well if you want to customize it a bit on Instagram uh it depends sometimes it will be able to pull like good variables sometimes it doesn't so um yeah I would just you know pick some responses and leave it at that and then like comments so I toggle this on this is going

To also like the comment I would keep that toggled on it's going to uh reply to the comment and like the comment with those variations for every single person next this is a action for the Instagram interactive messenger okay you may be wondering what's the interactive in uh Instagram messenger if we go here to actions and I search Instagram you'll see there's the DM and then there's an interactive messenger I would recommend start starting off with the interactive messenger um if

You want to learn more about each individual one I'll kind of briefly explain it as we go but you can see that there's a diff uh a definition right here as well as you can click on learn more and it will take you to the their support section where it will tell you more in depth about these but this basically sends a IG message to the contact uh contact means to have previously messaged a connected Instagram page no more than 24

Hours so keep that in mind before arriving at this event in order for the message to successfully deliver this window does not apply to the comment reply all right so since it's the first message and they just commented we're going to be using the reply to comment for the type all right because that means it doesn't apply if we use the reply to DM we have to use that later on and you'll see that in a second so first reply type

Is reply to comment via DM all right here just the action name and then here we're just saying whatever you want to say we're just like hey contact name thanks for your interest in the blank the whatever you're giving away this blank shows you how to blank so this guide shows you how to achieve desired results in specific timeline or whatever whatever you want to say just click the button below to claim your guide all right then you'll see that you

Have two options you can use buttons or Qui quick replies if you use buttons you can do up to three I believe buttons or let me see I think it's either two or three okay it's two actually so you can do two buttons and I believe you can do uh up to 13 quick replies so we're just going to keep it at buttons you can test different ones if you want um and we're just saying for now yes send me the

Free blank okay you can see here we also have a wait step so this is going to wait eight time for default next step and this is in minutes so for any message action we need to add a wait time and if no input is received by the time we will move them into the default Next Step uh and then the default one is 1 minute but we're putting 10 minutes okay so it's going to send that to them it's going

To wait 10 minutes if they click that button it's going to go here if they don't click that button it's going to default to the timeout and then we're using a goto step so to do that you just click uh type go to and then you click this and then you just select over here cuz we're just going to do the same action regardless and right now the next step is another interactive Instagram messenger but this time we're not doing reply

To comment via DM we're doing reply to DM because now that we already have an uh interaction going back and forth a conversation now we can actually use this so as you can see use this reply type to respond to users who have sent you a DM or to continue the conversation if you've already used a reply to comment via DM action above and then this is to if they comment on your post it's the first one you use okay so

Here we're saying here's your blank here's your free guide here's your video here's your training inside you'll discover blank benefit blank benefit blank benefit blank benefit Okay click here for free guide link to guide all right ideally an opt-in page you want an opt-in page something to capture their email and phone number ideally um because right now you just have your Instagram you want that information in your CRM here we're doing a wait uh time for 60 minutes so an hour

So whether they click on the button then it's going to go to the next step if they don't then it's going to do the same thing timeout and then a go-to step to the next one if they click on it it's going to wait 12 seconds right here and then it is going to do another in Instagram interactive messenger so here we're doing another reply to DM we're saying let let me know you what your thoughts are on the blank on

The free guide on the training on the mini course whatever I also have something else to share with that I would that I know would be valuable for you which of these topics interests you more about blank so now you're kind of starting an engagement or engaging questions you're asking them engaging questions right here um starting a conversation and you can say hey what interests you most about doing this goal like you know becoming super fit if you're a fitness coach

Or making a lot of money in Forex if you're a Forex coach whatever right so you're asking them a few couple questions about the topic whatever they really answer um you'll see here this is actually interactive messenger again so we have their answers right here button number one button number two and this is a wait for 30 minutes so they click button number one it's going to do wait 12 seconds and then go to q1 button number two it's just going

To go to wait 12 seconds uh and then go to q1 and then default timeout it's going to wait 12 seconds and go to q1 so no matter what we're just actually moving them along the line you could do different answers for different ones if you want to make this a little bit more advanced just keeping it pretty basic for now now as you'll see this is where it gets a little bit more tree like we have different contingencies based on

What they do uh for these answers so we have question one question two question three now I'm just going to go through these questions first and then go down here all right I'm going to go down the right everything on the left as you'll see these right here are pretty much the same as this and pretty much the same as this you'll get what I mean in just a second and it will kind of make sense but let's start with q1

So now we're using conversation AI conversation AI if you're not familiar with that I've done many videos on this before you can use this for so many different things not just uh Instagram or Facebook go to conversation AI right here and I'll show you what this looks like in a second so if I click here um conversation AI let's go like this let's go a little bit in here so you'll see we're um using Advanced bot configurations you could toggle this

On or off but I we toggle on because we actually use custom prompts and a little bit more advanced prompts in here to get uh the desired outcomes we want and training as well so here this is like it does come with some default ones though when you turn this on and they'll work fine especially if you're just starting out but you can see here just so if you don't know what this is don't worry this is just something we do

We use custom values right here and we will add them in all of our different um conversation AIS because it's a lot easier if you do want to change the prompts later down the line you don't have to click into each one of these conversation AIS and like change it all right so that's just a little hack for you guys a little trick um now the question is right here so I'm not going to like go through exactly the prompts and

Everything um but here you can hover right here and see how you kind of should fill these out right here for personality and additional instructions but like I said use the default ones if you're just starting out don't don't overthink it just let's focus on the questions okay to get this up and running cuz you want to get this up and running as fast as possible in your business all right you don't spend too long doing this so question um this

Is your your your first question so perfect many of our most successful students started exactly where you are this is an answer to you know what they just said what's your income goal with blank or what's your this actually should be what's your blank your blank goal because this could be for anything with blank all right what's your Fitness gooal or are you trying to lose weight whatever right so that's your first kind of like engaging qualifying question not really qualifying

But just kind of starting a conversation all right so you have no condition met for branch one timeout for branch two and then answered for branch three the prospect answers the question with a goal so you can add different branches right here these are different contingencies that the you know will the it will basically determine how they respond and it will send them into one of these branches so if no condition is met it will go through that Branch if it

The the time's out and they don't respond within as as you can see 4 hours then it's going to go through that branch and then if they answer this is like literally they answer anything it's going to go through that branch and you can make these more advanced or whatever add more branches and do different things if you want now here you'll see bot responses limit we're just keeping at five you can hover over this and see what that means if

Skip if answered I just have that toggled on channel you can see here we have Instagram but there's also live chat Facebook SMS and like I said timeout 4 hours okay now now pretty much those settings are all the same for all these different conversation AIS just so you know so I'm not going to Rego over them okay now question two so let's just say they answered that question literally with anything then our question is love that blank is what it's

All about you know whatever their answer is is what it's all about what type of blank matters most to you blank or blank so we're just asking another engaging question about that specific topic surrounding like their goal and where they want to get get to and then the same thing if they answer it's going to go to the next Branch right here and if they don't it's going to go down here so now they answer it goes to question number three

They could have literally said anything and now we're going to say Josh or contact name I've got something perfect for you um it's going to say like great that's it's because you don't have to make it exact conversation AI it's an it's powered by AI so it's not going to say this question exactly how you type it it's going to say A variation it may say something similar but it's also going to engage with them so say if they're at question

And they ask a follow-up question it's going to go back and forth and then it's going to come down to this question right here so that's a good thing about conversation AI it's not just a simple like send this message send this message send this message it's going to actually engage with them if you program it right all right so I've got something for perfect for you this the blank you know the new thing whatever you're doing okay this is an

Example of like upselling them to something or trying to send them to somewhere whether it's a webinar whether it's this you could book the book a call with them if you want or you could send them to like try to buy something or whatever so the blank shows you how to exactly blank the best part you can even blank here's what you get blank blank blank plus blank would you like to check it out all right this is going to time

Then there's a go to which is going to follow up on the uh link right here if it times out it's just going to follow up on the link again this this is just following up with them it's going to say hey so and so have you got a chance to check out the blank yet let me know if you have any questions okay and then we have different contingencies here you can make this even longer but I just want to

Show you like what's possible and uh a very practical example that you can get started with now you may be wondering what is all of this stuff so at any point of a funnel it's like a funnel a sales funnel if you're familiar with sales funnel uh a sales funnel or you know pipelines you always want to have contingencies and different things if they don't reply or follow up you need to follow up try to keep them down in the in

The sales funnel in the pipeline all right so if they if it times out or if they no condition is met over here what it's going to do is wait 12 seconds then it's going to follow up right here with conversation AI it's basically just going to say hey so and so are you there it's going to wait five uh 6 hours right here if it times out or no condition is met then it's going to go here if they reply

It's going to go back to Q2 all right so they ask q1 they they finally replied after we followed up then it's going to go back to Q2 um question two and then if it times out or if it no condition is meant then we're going to follow up again we're going to say hey blank I got something for you and then we're literally sending that same message like where we're introducing the new thing all right we're just going straight to

The kind of close and if they um so if they if it times out or if they don't no condition is met then it's going to send them the blank directly if they reply it's going to send them the the link directly to either book or for the webinar or whatever you're trying to sell upsell them that's going to send that to them and then it's going to do the same thing that we just did over here that we went over

If it if they click on the button to go to that link then it's going to wait 45 minutes then go to followup if they don't do that then it's just going to go to followup regardless and it's just do the same followup message okay and then over here we have another kind of contingency um Loop right here so if question two they don't reply or it times out it's going to the same thing time out here uh follow up are

You know are you interested in this if they reply it's going to go to Q3 here question three if they don't it's going to send them the link and then either way it's going to follow up with them on the link okay so that is a highlevel overview of how you can build an IG at Instagram or a Facebook call to action twostep automation using using conversation AI as well as AI agents to do all your followup for you so imagine

This if you set up these specific agents in different areas of your business like this is just one small example you can set this up in different areas different Realms um on a small scale like using this using on your social medias using it for texting you can also do this with calling and every single area of your sales funnel and process can have ai agents managing it so if you're a content creator if you're a business owner and let's just
