All right what's going on everybody Josh pook here in today's video we're going to show you step by step how to set up go high level's new conversational AI to set up a bot that can book appointments for you on autopilot so you don't have to be going back and forth with prospects and you can just get them booked directly into your calendar let's dive right into it all right so if you're not familiar with the new conversation AI feature or

If you're not familiar with go high level I'll give you a quick background so you can kind of know what this is what some of the functionalities are cuz there is a lot of different possibilities that you can do with this and if you've been building out workflows you can start integrating these into some more complex ones throughout your sales process throughout your you know lead generation process and you know a bunch of different stuff you know even client onboarding many

Different things you can use these AI Bots for but this is really good because you no longer have to use things like zapier and connect through the open AI uh chat GPT API or stuff like this go high level has it directly integrated throughout their own AI thing so you will be getting built through the ghl system which is perfect and I'll kind of run you through all of that stuff now if you're not familiar with go high level it is

And if you are using it you can go check it out if you want to buy the snapshot but anyways back to the video um just wanted to get that out there um cuz some people may not be familiar with level on this channel for those of you are we're going to get right into everything right now I don't want to waste your time so we have the bot settings we have bot trial and we have bot training and configure intent

So where do you find this info so if you go to your settings in your go high level then you go to conversation AI you'll see these tabs up here so preferences you'll be able to see some of these so off turn off conversation AI you can still edit details suggestive so this helps you within chat window and then autopilot this is beta we'll send messages automatically for this case the video that we're making I'm just going to have this turned

Off um you can do supported channels you could do all these if you wanted I'm just doing SMS for now but you could do Instagram you could do Facebook um Google uh Google uh my business um chat widget and live chat so got a bunch of different options here you can put your uh company name there autopilot mode so configure settings for the autopilot mode B based on your business needs like I said we're not really using autopilot mode right now

We're going to be setting this up in a workflow and uh but for example you can do wait time before responding so let's say like 10 seconds maximum message a bot can send to a contact let's say you know 10 for example you can change these settings and then send bot to sleep when a message Man uh when I send a message manually or through workflow so you could do that and you could put two hours there um and then you'll

Be able to see um you know what the current pricing plan is right here so for example 0.02 per response basic you can upgrade to unlimited plan for 79 bucks a month that's additional to your go high level U membership and just so you guys know if you're not if you're new to go high level um it's anywhere between 97 to 297 to 397 497 depending on which plan you're on and it's unlimited everything all right unlike any other CRM where

It's like you know you have to pay 90 bucks per user and you know your limited features this is unlimited everything honestly if I could only use one tool this would be the tool I'd stake my reputation on it like this is something I can fully um that's why I feel so good like talking about it because it's so good it's just if you're not using it trust me it's a blessing it's it's completely changed my business but anyways trial bot

Uh bot trial so this is where you can actually once you set things up you can go talk to your Bot try it out whatever the case may be bot training so this is really cool um on this account right here in this sub location we haven't really done too much in here uh I'm kind of showing you this for the sake of the video here but you can actually there's a new beta web crawler feature so this is really cool

Um you can actually enter in an exact URL or all urls within the path um or all urls within this domain you can depending on what you want and then you put the domain here and then get data so um it's really cool here you'll see our uploaded links and all that good stuff and then you can customize bot responses so include FAQs to train the bot to handle missing information to a question you can add it question FAQ so I'm

Not for the sake of this video we're not going to do all that we're not going to build it super Advanced spot I really just want to show you guys what this is all about because a lot of people I don't see using it and um you know what I would do in this case is I would either look online or ask chaty BT or go into our uh uh rle index of Q FAQs because we already have this built out

For our company but um if I'm working with a client or if I'm whatever in a new Niche whatever the case may be you can look online ask chat gbt for different questions or anything like that get a bunch of questions plug them in here because this will be basically when your bot's talking to these prospects right if you're getting these frequently asked questions and they come up the bot will be trained on how to do that pretty straightforward but this

Is really great guys and then configure intent so support and general questions and answered so enabled and then appointment booking so I love this feature this is absolutely so so powerful if you guys use it correctly um but instead since go high level literally is like your your whole Hub your whole business is basically on that's the great thing about go high level if you're not if you're new to go high level you can build what's called snapshots and these snapshots

Incorporate things like workflows automations funnels all these certain things so you can literally build like a six seven even eight figure businesses like we have I think there's you know probably like nine 10 maybe even 10 figure oh sorry nine figure at least um not I don't know about 10 figure but I know for sure nine fig businesses use this CRM and um it's really great because you can build infastructure within it and then literally just copy it over to a

Sub sub account location right so um it's really cool because you can you know once you build things it's not like you have to have this Patchwork of like connecting through zapier and then like connecting your active campaign to your HubSpot or your close.io CRM everything's integrated into one and same thing with your calendar right so instead of using cly or um you know schedule once the calendar is within g ghl go high level and you can see here our calendar

We picked the calendar so um if an appointment is already confirmed for a contact the intent switches to General support for that specific contact pick a calendar this calendar will be used for getting available slots and booking appointment so the AI bot will automatically scan this calendar when it's in the back and forth conversation and you'll see in a second when we go and build this thing and it will automatically book them into the calendar so that's really cool saves you

A bunch of time if you don't want that feature you can just say book don't book appointment only send them the booking link and this will stop a bot from booking the appointment indirectly and sending the booking link to the contact I would personally depend it may be may vary depending on your uh specific use case but I would personally recommend keep this on because typically prospects are you know maybe a bit uh lazy or the especially depending on the the

Warmness of the prospect um it's a lot easier to just verbally you know um it's kind of taking a lot of the burden of of uh you know doing the work off of them for you to for the bot to manually like just text them and be like hey I have a spot available at you know Friday at 2 pm or 5 PM does that work for you or what one works best so it's giving them those different options and it's

Going to allow them if you just send them the link they may or may not book right so keeping that on is crucial in my opinion I also will leave a link to the help center uh the support center portal for a go high level where they explain this conversation I bought go through the trainings go through the different stuff pretty much everything I talked about here but um if you need a refresher I'll leave a link below for that and

Also I don't know I see a lot of people not leveraging the support portal so I would highly recommend it they have so many different support um knowledge you know stuff in in there so I would definitely recommend always referencing this I use this like on a daily basis and then also joining their Facebook group right now I think they have almost 60,000 members so really cool stuff anyways let's go into the actual automation side of things so here is just

A very very basic one that I kind of put together and I'm going to walk you through exactly what all this is about right so let's say for example a form is submitted now of course um so the way you do this let me just you know do it as if you're a complete beginner um you would see a blank canvas and you can just click add trigger trigger if you don't know about workflows this is basically going to trigger the

Workflow right so you can see there's a bunch of different stuff you could do I'm not going to go over actually you know all the different capabilities of triggers and stuff this is kind of based on assuming you kind of know a bit about workflows in ghl already but if you don't and you're new to this don't worry um it's you'll pick it up pretty quick quickly uh once you get the hang of it it's very very simple but there's a

Lot of different stuff you can do um so we're doing a form submitted you could also do a survey submitted or really any type of trigger where a con a contact or customer is you know either coming into the CRM or maybe triggered through them responding or doing something like this so we're doing a trigger for a form um if I was actually setting this up I would go to a filter and do form is and then select a specific form

But uh just for the case of this it doesn't really matter next you will add a action so right so you have a different bunch of different actions and you could incorporate this conversation AI right now I'm just showing you a very basic bot from form to conversation Ai and doing all this but um you can incorporate this in your current workflows so say if you have a demo no-show uh sequence workflow or a demo followup or appointment um a pre-appointment

Uh workflow or a nurture sequence or really any sort of workflow you have you can start incorporating this conversation AI feature and you can get really creative and if you want help with this if you you know want help doing custom builds like this um I do for the ghost ride high level or ghost stride level if you do sign up then uh you actually do get a free call at the moment with myself um this that this bonus probably won't

Show you a bunch of like pretty much everything and then you if you uh kind of already a bit more advanced you could probably figure out you know building custom um you know workflows and stuff for your specific use case but anyways here we have the conversation AI action all right so once you do the conversation AI action it will either look like at first it will look like this right so you'll just see question here's a question right here this

Is very basic guys um you can make this a bit more advanced if you want to I'm just showing you this for the sake of this video now for for your case for the sake of this video I will say turn this on um Advanced bot configuration so this is where you can change the personality the additional instructions right and the question um and once you you'll see I have already have a bunch of stuff this is already going to be

In there for you or it should be right so it's going to say about you you are so and so so for example you are Josh if you want it to be about you you could say you or if you wanted to be a sales rep or whatever you could just put their name a rockstar salesman for executive stride also the face and the brand objection objectives you are going a single question to ask so you can go through read this

But um if you wanted to change some of this stuff you can go ahead and change it or add some different stuff to it to make it specific for your use case next we'll go down you'll see timeout so this is the time for which the bot waits for a reply for this case let's say 2 hours all right next is the channel so like I said we're going to be doing SMS and then you'll see the different branches here so

You can add as many branches as you would like um pretty much but what these basically R is the conditions that would happen from this conver from this bot communication so right here the question is hey this is Josh from executive stride I saw you submitted a form on our site how's things going this year so far with your business growth right that's an example obviously you could use different questions but from that question you know here in this example I

Have I I added a new condition and I named this Branch question one and the condition is the prospect is crushing it with their business GR right so this would be say saying that I asked this question and then the prospect said oh I'm doing amazing the year is going great Etc right if they say it's not going good oh it's going very bad very slow it's not going to go through this Branch it's going to go through um no condition

Met now if they don't say anything then it's going to go through timeout does that make sense so this would be they're crushing it this would be they're not crushing it and this would be timeout right you could add different conditions for saying like let's say the prospect says oh I'm doing really well but my leads are my lead flow is very slow you could add a condition to that and build out different work uh build out different sequences for that

And then you could add a condition for they're saying oh it's going good but um you know we want to really leverage ex like you can if you could really map out a bunch of different scenarios if it's necessary right or you could just keep it very simple okay next is you'll see here if they said if they answered yes to that question saying that their business is going really well for question one then we're doing another conversation where it's basically

Just saying all you're really doing is just adding this question and the way you can do this simply is you make that first one you add the branches that you want and then you just go copy copy action and then you copy it below where you want to add it okay um I'm not going to do that because I already have them set up so the next one here we have question what are you currently struggling with most when it comes

To Growing your business so and and the good thing about this within the workflow is it's not just going to say everything verbatim the way you type it it's actually going to get context based on the conversation so if they said oh it's going really well but you know we're really struggling with leads then it's going to reference that with before it kind of asks this question so it's going to go oh well I that's I'm sort of here that you're

You know struggling with leads it may it's going to add context so it sounds like it's an actual person so that's really cool um all you do is just change the question you could change the timeout if you want we're we'll keep it the same and then you'll see here we have the same conditions no condition met timeout and then question two question two is the prospect answers the question so this was basically just saying the prospect answer um I would

Technically it's almost like this would be no condition met so they don't answer um and then bot times out these are kind of the same ones so you would want to change this a little bit um specifically for the question like what are they struggling with where their business growth we could say like their leads their lead flow is dry they need to pack their calendar and I know you can't see this question because I'm I'm hovering over it right now

But that's what the question says so either way you get the point you're really just building these questions tailored for your business these are kind of like your qualifying questions you can make you know two three questions before the the bot tries to book them in depending on the the Warmness of the lead and what you want or you could go a little bit more direct straight for the appointment if needed you're going to do your third question for example in

This case and then you'll see right here it looks like we could possibly help you get from where you want to uh where you are to where you want to be would you like to book a call with me to see if there's a fit right and then this is Booky book the appointment the prospect would like to book the appointment and then it's going to um book the appointment all right so um that is really how to set it up

And then what you can do right now this is a very simple flow you'll see here at the start we have timeout and no condition met like I mentioned before if you wanted to you could create custom replies using conversation AI for these situations or you could just copy all actions from here for example let's say they so this question we could do I believe timeout here right so if I zoom out we literally just copied everything we did all these

Questions to the book deployment under timeout so that would mean if they didn't reply to anything then the bot's going to follow up with them so you can automatic it's not just like the they have to conversate back and forth in order for the bot to say things you can like set intricate systems up where the bot's going to automatically follow up with them right so you may be used to paying if you're running a business like a Setter or something

Like this um a lot of money to do to do something like this to set something up or or to manually do this process or maybe you're doing it yourself setting something up like this will be able to help um you know get some of that time back so you can focus on more important things set up setting uh and and save you a bunch of money right so I hope this helps you guys um you know set up an AI
