Answer the questions customers keep asking
Here are the last 20 customer emails or messages I received: [paste them]. List the 5 questions that come up most, in the customer's own words. For each one, write a reply under 80 words that I can save and reuse. Mark anything you would need me to confirm, such as a price or a policy.
Turn a messy week into three priorities
My goal for the next 90 days is: [goal]. Here is everything on my plate this week: [paste the list]. Pick the 3 tasks that move the goal most and say why in one line each. Then list what can wait, what I should hand to someone else, and the first 20-minute step for the top task.
Write the follow-up you keep putting off
I spoke with [name] from [company] on [date] about [what they need]. They said: [paste notes or their words]. Write a follow-up email under 120 words that recaps what they told me in their words, suggests one clear next step with a date, and does not invent any price or promise. Then write a shorter second follow-up for 5 days later if they do not reply.
