How To Use Call Lists On Bitrix24 To Make Calls

So i quickly wanted to make this video basically to show you how you're going to be taking your calls in bittrex because instead of going to contacts and selecting all and then doing start dialing i don't know if that is if can work because i don't know if the contacts i'm pretty sure they always stay here and there's no way to keep really to keep track of who called who really nicely so what we're gonna do is i'm gonna be assigning

You lists i'll be creating lists for you and the way you'll be able to see this is um every day you i'll basically assign about 200 uh maybe at least 200 uh numbers per person so the way you do this the way you access the list is you go to crm you're going to go up to here where it says more you're going to click on activities and you're gonna see the list i assigned you maybe i've assigned you multiple um

I don't know specifically like what will happen i guess when you're done i don't know if it shows that you're done or if you delete it or if you'll always see um the lists here i don't know but uh basically what all you need to do especially now like as we go on and learn more about how to make this system more efficient we'll i'll keep you updated on on how to do everything but for now just go to the activities

You'll click on that list and then you'll basically click on start calling it's going to say open bittrex desktop client you're going to click on open it's going to bring you here and you're going to be able to click on call once you're doing the calling you can mark it as voicemail drop call not interested scheduled don't worry about success because that's pretty much same as scheduled for us and then there's a few others that you may may use but um

I may update those delete some of them that's pretty much it you click call you go through the whole entire list and uh and mark and you can add notes and and stuff like that when you're when you're actually doing the calls um but that's it if you have any uh questions about how to do calls uh let me know and i'll get back to you
