How To Post On Multiple Social Media Accounts - Social Media Scheduling Tool | Buffer, Hoot Suite

[Music] yo what's up guys Josh pocock here founder of Executives try in today's video I'm going to be showing you how to post on multiple social accounts using our social media planner in the stride sales CRM so this is all within the stride sales CRM which you can get access to if you have an account uh or if you're one of our clients but uh basically we always get the question how do you manage multiple social accounts how do you consistently

Stay on top of everything making sure you're posting on a consistent basis and this is just one of the tools uh that we use and the sort of tricks that we use to stay up to date make sure we're getting quality content going pumping out on a consistent basis to stay top of mind and get those top of funnel assets out into the marketplace all right so within this planner you can connect as many accounts as you want and you can

Basically Add accounts currently from any Google accounts like Google my business so you can post through their Facebook so if any Facebook pages or Facebook groups Instagram so business page whatever the case may be LinkedIn so you can add your LinkedIn profile any LinkedIn groups any LinkedIn pages and then Twitter so you can connect those different accounts and I recommend that you do have accounts on all those platforms just if your clients of course are on there your ideal prospects and

Basically once you've had them connected so I just connected a few different accounts to show you for the purpose of this video um if you want to check out some of these accounts and follow us on social media I'll leave a link in the description below WE Post high quality content amongst all those platforms but uh all you would do is click on create a new post you can select the accounts that you wanted to post to and you can also

Create groups so I can create a group and segment it for specific accounts and you could just click on whatever group that is all right so I see I click on the group and it automatically pre-loads the accounts that I have in that group you can obviously add and remove accounts to your desired group and you can create unlimited amount of groups all right so let's just say I chose our uh Facebook group for an example and if you don't know

About why it's important to have Facebook groups go check out some of our other content I'll leave some links below to some of our Facebook group tutorials we just posted one the other day about capturing email addresses from people that want to join your Facebook group so you're able to contact them and nurture them but building a community is very very important especially in today's climate with social platforms they're not they're getting a lot more strict in terms of direct Outreach

So you want to direct Outreach and if you're lucky enough um just to well not it's not really luck but once you set up the correct systems you can obviously it's a numbers game so you're gonna get your message out there to a certain amount of people and uh if you're just sending low volume there's a good chance that you know stuff is going to end up in spam if you're sending cold emails or this and that so the the whole

Goal is to get people away from you know just cold like you want to get them into a community so you can always reach them or get them in your nurturing sequence and all automation all that stuff so anyways so if you want to learn about Facebook groups check out some of our other content but let me just show you an example say if I was posting hey I just created a free training on Facebook group growth and how we gained

400 new member requests in just five days of launching if you want this free trading video simply simply comment Facebook or comment group below and someone and myself or someone from my team will reach out all right so let's just say this was an example boom boom boom okay and I wanted to post that here I could also choose multiple other places to post it I can post it here Facebook page I can post it on the LinkedIn page and it's

Also going to show you the character limit because different platforms have different uh restrictions on you know how much characters you can have such as on Twitter whatever so you can adjust it for that specific uh platform now what's really cool too is obviously you can add you know photos or um photos or videos or emojis whatever some formatting italics bold whatever but um other than that what's also really cool is you can uh let me just unformat this you can

Also add a follow-up comment so for specific uh things so for groups on Facebook and business accounts and profile pages and profiles on Twitter so you could add your first comment you know whatever the case may be so that could be specific if you're using a specific post that that may be relevant for that's a cool feature as well you're not going to use it all the time but uh potentially could come in handy so you can preview your posts here

Whatever platforms you're posting to it will show them up here and then you can either post it or you can schedule it so what we like to do is we like to schedule a bunch of posts in bulk you know on Sunday or the week before whatever the case may be so we know that guaranteed content is going to be dripping out over the course of the week on specific platforms so then we have an automated content machine pumping out quality

Content that we pre-made you can also repost certain things set set automations on up whatever and also too then we're able to direct our Focus onto creating more content and adding you can Spice in content throughout the way manual posts whatever where you focus more on story posts or engaging or messaging all these different things but this is just one very valuable tool now there's a lot of uh social media posters you can use and by by all means check different

Ones out there's buffer hoop Suite whatever the case may be they all vaguely do like the same sort of thing a lot of them are restricted with how many accounts you can have or like social media accounts you can connect them to which uh kind of is is a beauty about this plot uh this platform right here you don't you're not restricted you can just connect as many as you want and also too it's all included within your stride sales CRM
