How To Automatically Warm Up Your Email Accounts For Cold Email At Scale StrideLeads

[Music] all right what's going on everybody it's josh pocock here founder of executive stride in today's short video i am going to be showing you how to automatically warm up your email accounts for cold email now if you're familiar with doing cold email in the past you may have encountered issues with spam filters when sending mult large quantities of emails uh when you're doing cold email so the way we teach our clients and what we do internally when setting up our

Cold email machines is we set up a bunch of accounts and i've shown how to do that in somewhat in other videos so you can go check those out and i will make more in the future but we set up a bunch of accounts and then we use stride leads which is our internal software to automatically warm up these accounts so i'll show you what that looks like so let's say i had an email account and all i would do is

I would go to stride leads i would click on warm up exchange and then i would click on connect a smtp sender i would enter the sender name so this could be whatever let's just say josh the sender full name i would enter my full name josh to send our email josh such and such dot com or dot you know ca or whatever the case may be and then you can also segment these into specific folders so we keep all the

Domains for that all the emails for that specific domain within a specific folder to keep things organized so then you would put the email the smt password which is the same uh password as your actual email the host so uh smtp host so if you're using gmail or zoho you can put that information there all you have to do actually is if you click on select the type of sender pre-fills you can use gmail so it will automatically pre-populate the smtp

Hosts and the port and you can use the same thing if you're when you check imap so this basically allows you to send multiple email sequences which you typically want to do when using cold emails so you check on imap and then basically what you're going to want to do is whether you're using gmail or zoho you want to enable imap so within stride leads it gives you a very simple tutorial on how to do that it even gives you the

Links to click so all you have to do is click a couple buttons to enable it so open gmail click on settings in the top right and then click on the drop down menu click on forwarding and imap and pop tab and then imap access and click on enable imap and then you want to use an app password instead of your so this is basically if you're using a gmail account on a g suite account so typically unless you're using a

Gmail account you don't have to worry about that but it shows the step-by-step uh instructions right there as well okay and the same thing is pretty much with zoho so it auto populates this imap information as well as the port if you were using zoho all you would have to do is just change gmail to zoho and zoho now the reason you may want to use zoho is because it is a lot cheaper than gmail which i've spoke about in other

Videos gmail is about seven bucks a month for 12 months or for you pay on a monthly basis zoho is one dollar a month but you pay for the year up front so you can scale the zoho accounts much easier and much more cost effectively all right so let's just pretend i entered in all this information all i would do is select the time zone i'm in select uh you know the the daily limit for this account how much i would

Want it to send maximum per day let's just say 50 and then i would click update and check sender and if everything was done correctly it would say that it is good and it would be added to stride leads so that is pretty much it on how to add the email account to stride leads then let's say for example i go to this uh domain now typically you want to add about five domains um or five emails per domain and let's

Say i go within this uh this this domain as an example you can see we just set this one up not too long ago it has been warming up for 15 days and you'll see the actual stats of the email warm the warming up process so you can see on day one which was september uh sixth it sent four emails um and then you'll see the red is ones that were actually sent to spam and what our tool will automatically do

Is remove it from spam put it in the inbox which which shows that it actually was an important email so it's showing that hey this is not spam coming from this domain right and then um you can see that it's also replying to specific emails so the emails are automatically being sent between each other it's also using our internal domains of emails that we'll be sending as well as you can see right here you can see that you know the time

It's been sent so this these ones right here was sent uh you can't see it on the screen but it says four hours ago it was sent to this address and this was a sent one and then here we have a replied one which was five hours ago so this is just warming up your domain and your email account very very very efficiently on autopilot before in the past you would have to hire a bunch of virtual assistants uh and then

Get their own you they would have to do this process all manually or you could do it yourself but obviously you would want to hire virtual assistants and it was okay you know back in the day this is like a few years ago and now we're actually able to do this whole process automatically which allows you to free up more time not have to spend money to you know to employ people to do this task for you and you can also

Scale it much more effectively all right and here in the in the top right you'll see a pie chart so as of now it's been 15 days you'll see for this specific account 73.92 percent have landed within the inbox and 26.08 percent have landed within spam you also see how much i've been received today received in the last seven days last 30 days and sent as well and right here you can see that i can include a specific word within the

Subject that if this word and then you can go into within your email account whether it's gmail or zoho and you can set a filter basically saying any email with this word in the subject line is automatically gonna be inboxed and not go to spam all right so that can potentially help as well um just so you know you won't have them go to spam and then you can set up the maximum emails to send per day as well as the

Number to increase by each day so right here we have it to set to increase by two emails extra each day so you can see 42 emails sent 44 47 40. it's you know around it's around two it's around it's increasing uh incrementally each and every day which is warming up the account now within stride leads you'll notice that it says um basically we recommend at least uh at least like a month and a half of warming up one to two

Months ideally now that's just like if you really want the accounts to get really warmed up but typically you at least want 14 days so since this account's been warming up for 15 days we'll actually probably add it into our cold outreach cycle very shortly um probably within this sometime this week and uh yeah that's pretty much it it's been warming up for 15 days now typically we will still keep uh the warming up process ongoing even when we start our

Cold email process just because it helps to make sure the domain is staying within good standing whatever the case may be even while you're sending cold emails and uh if we ever run into issues where a lot of emails aren't getting inboxed or whatever the case may be we may stop doing the cool email for that domain or for that user and really ramp up the warm-up process again for about two weeks and then turn the cold emails back on all
