Collect Emails And Info Automatically For Your Facebook Group With This Tool Group Collector

[Music] yo what's up guys it is Josh pocock here founder of executive stride in today's video I'm gonna jump right to it and just cover one quick topic that is kind of simple but is super effective and it's very necessary if you run a Facebook group already or if you're looking to start a Facebook group you need something like this so I'm gonna go over what this is how you can use it and all the tips and tricks what we use

To grow our Facebook group and get a lot of clients and great results and build a great Community from it all right so this tool is called group collector I'll leave a link in the description below it's a one-time uh fee you get it for life so it's great in that regard there's a lot of other tools I've seen on the market that do this same thing some don't even do as much as uh what this tool can do is what

I'm going to show you you can actually automatically hook it up to your autoresponder so if you're using a CRM you can and connect it that way very simply and then you can you can do what I'm going to show you but basically if you aren't familiar when you start a Facebook group or if you have a Facebook group you can have three questions up to three questions to admit the person it's like they have to request to join your Facebook

Group they answer these three questions and then typically if you're not using a tool like this Facebook once you admit them you will lose those questions and those questions can be extremely valuable if you structure them the right way I have a video already I did and a few others that I'm going to be making on Facebook groups Facebook group strategies and whatnot I'll link some of them down below if you need help with that but basically I would recommend uh

Answer asking one to two questions about you know their current position where they want to get to how you can kind of bridge the gap or something about your service something along those lines and then one of the questions should be a question um you can actually have one question saying hey is it okay if you know would you want us to reach out to help you with this goal that they put that could potentially be one of the questions but

Also um one of the questions could be hey uh you know would you like us to send you know X resource a lead magnet to you like this great lead magnet for free what's the best email or uh phone number to reach you at so you can either ask for the email or the phone number or both depending and you can have that either on one question or two questions depending on if you guys do a lot of SMS uh marketing

Or not or if you have a sales reps that are going to be calling them uh you know saying hey welcome to the group whatever so you can ask for a piece of information and you can connect that directly so here I'm gonna I'm gonna show you so when you use this tool when someone fills out those questions I'll quickly show you I'm not going to go too in depth on uh this section because I don't want to give out you

Know the people who requested to join our group's information but it will look something like this you're going to see member requests right now we have about 400 and if I wanted to someone from our team is going to go through these and check out everything but all you would have to do is Click GC approval so I would scroll down so all of them are loaded and then click GC approval so group collector approval and it would approve them and

What it would do is once you set up group collector you can go to groups and you can create a group so I would create the group which uh you know our groups are already connected we have a few connected I believe you can have unlimited groups connected which is really great they don't they don't limit you uh not that I believe we have like two or three uh connected already I think and uh so you know put your group name

Put your group URL you would click create group and then once you create the group you're gonna be able to take this uh it's gonna give you a Google spreadsheet that you can copy over and all once you click approve uh GC approve on Facebook you download the Chrome extension for group collector and you'll start seeing this and they get approved they're automatically gonna the leads the prospects are automatically going to get sent over to that spreadsheet you're going to have

Their name first name Facebook URL all the questions they answered and whatnot so you'll have a database of people that are interested in joining our group and potentially interested in joining your you know Community or you know inquiring about your services or they may need your help they're very targeted of course and you're able to uh you know say if you ask them for their email address you can automatically within group collector connector uh set up a auto responder that directly

Integrates to whatever email Marketing System you use whether that's active campaign or if you're using stride sales CRM you know if you're a client with us or whatever whatever software you're using MailChimp you can connect it to that and then you can basically put them into you know a welcome sequence to your group and then hit them with email marketing and they're in your email marketing sequence getting nurtured whatever the case may be you can apply a tag to your CRM

Stating okay this the tag is uh you know Facebook group so that it knows that um they are people from your Facebook group and this is all done automatically all you or someone from your team has to do is just click GC approval and you're also going to be able to see um like right here you'll see like we have uh how did you find this group how what are you currently doing to generate leads and then we ask them for

Their email we are constantly testing what questions to ask so sometimes we'll ask where their current situation is where they want to go in terms of Revenue a month whatever we may ask them if they want us someone from our team to reach out and see if our services could help or if we want to send them over our video sales letter whatever our trainings so you can get creative with the questions ask them tailored basically to your your service or

Your offering and then you can ask a question one or two to get some sort of information whether it's their email or their phone number all right so you can set all this up in group collector uh I don't like it's pretty straightforward it's literally like with a few clicks I'm not gonna I don't want to go in into uh our specific groups because it will show you know the the spreadsheet URL and stuff and I don't want someone going to

The URL and you know being able to see all our applicants or whatever obviously it's a private but just private spreadsheet but just in case so I don't want to do go through and whatever because there could be some confidential information in there but all you have to do it's very simple you just create the group you add your group URL and then you just click create and it's automatically going to once you download the Chrome extension it's automatically going to

Show this and then you need to set up your group correctly and we teach our clients like insane organic group Community growth strategies you may be looking at this and you're like okay well how did you get 400 message or member requests like like how are you getting like these amount of people wanting to join the group it's because we're implementing some you know different strategies and whatnot that we teach our clients I will make videos in the future uh you

Get also access to our WhatsApp or telegram all that good stuff but our main focus really is the Facebook and the Discord but you I mean I suggest joining the other channels as well just because we're constantly improving adding value to each system and building them up so that is that if you enter if you're already a stride sales CRM uh user or if you're looking to get uh interested in that like you'll see here I don't want to go through

Them all but you can see the tag here stride staff Facebook group and then you'll see a bunch of uh you know people that were directly from group collectors so once they're once this runs I just click this button they automatically get added to the group uh the spreadsheet so you can use that information save that information if you don't use something like group collector all that information will be done will be gone you won't be able to access it and

It's sort of like honestly just a waste of time for even having those questions there so if you're running a group if you have questions like that and you're not using a tool like this then I would suggest checking this out if you already are thinking about using a tool like this I we've like we've done our research to find the best ones this is the best one we've found so far it works perfect it does what we need to do
