[Music] what's going on everybody it is Josh pocock here founder of executive stride and in today's video it is going to be a short and brief video but it is going to be straight to the point and we're gonna get right into it so this video is about some of the top places you can hire uh virtual assistants and Freelancers to Outsource different jobs tasks and services for your business whether you're a coach consultant marketing agency course creator or really anyone

In the B2B space or anyone with an online business Ecom whatever even personal tasks you can use these uh different strategies or the these different sites all right so the first site we're going to talk about is Fiverr so we'll go over the pros and cons of each specific site and when you would actually want to use these sites now in our high ticket program we do give a few extra sites that uh kind of are more low-key but these ones

Are are fairly well known if you've been in the marketing space for a long time and been working with virtual workers but uh I I am going to sprinkle in a couple potentially low-key ones that you can get some value from all right so five are right here it is basically the name Fiverr came from you know majority of the the uh the things you could get on here were supposed to be five dollars now you'll see that there is stuff

That's like you know ten dollars twenty dollars fifty dollars a hundred dollars five hundred dollars you know potentially even a thousand dollars so the prices have potentially raised for specific services but you can get quality stuff on here you know a lot of people may think oh Fiverr it's it's cheaper stuff yes it's it's a little bit more cheaper than it's cheaper than stuff like upwork and a few other sites but if you're looking to do stuff on Fiverr typically it's

Gonna be one off projects or tasks okay it's not like you're hiring an employee or like a contractor that's going to be doing ongoing tasks or ongoing jobs this will typically be something like if you need a YouTube channel art Banner or a logo designed different things like that now you can get anything from digital marketing Services graphic designs uh you know trans translations and writing and blogs and videos and really anything you can think of there's probably going to be

Someone on Fiverr offering it now I I do want to give you a few things to keep in mind when you're going and say if you find a few things that you you know if you uh gigs that look interesting definitely keep in mind to check out the reviews all right so you can look at the top five star reviews you also may want to look at the negative reviews and see what you know people are saying right typically if anything

Ever does happen where someone tries to scam you or something like this fiber is pretty good they're they've actually at any time I've ran into issues they've always made sure I got my money back or you know anything like this but you won't usually ever I've never experienced running into any uh issues like that if the person has had a lot of uh you know good reviews and they've had a lot of jobs so here you can see that they've done

949 jobs and they have a lot of five star reviews for this person so that typically you can kind of uh think that this okay this person's you know legit and whatnot but yeah so that's Fiverr next we'll look at upwork upwork is pretty good um to be honest uh we don't use upward that much uh for specific things we do we may get for certain workers from there and and same thing with upwork and Fiverr the thing to keep in

Mind is their two platforms where the workers are supposed to stay on the platform and five five or um upwork get a cut of it like a percentage so you know do it that way what you will but uh you know you could just eventually if you're doing ongoing stuff you could get their Skype or whatever I'm not saying that we do that but you know you potentially good um if you did want to not pay an extra fee and you

Could work with them uh through pay them through PayPal and whatnot now typically I would suggest that if you're going to do that after you've done a few tasks and gigs with them and you've seen that you know they're reliable they know that you're reliable with payment and stuff all right and then upwork uh it's more like you post a a like a job post and you'll get people applying for your job post and you can also find different jobs like

That's if you're a if you're a freelancer but all I'm typically you know if you're watching this video you're most likely looking for Freelancers and to hire people and whatnot so you can find uh you would want to find Talent and you're going to get similar type of uh jobs that you'll find on Fiverr you're gonna find people on upwork that are wanting to do them now it's going to be more expensive majority of the time now you won't see them

Typically have like a job posting like this they'll have like a like a profile and kind of like a resume you can request certain things like a test task and the job post thing and different things like that upwork um typically it's an hourly rate you're gonna pay them anywhere from an upwork you're gonna notice with this site and the next one I'm gonna show you it's it's a it's a little bit more pricey um you're gonna pay anywhere from maybe

Like three four dollars to five ten dollars 15 even like there's people that charge more obviously but uh you're gonna see that there's a bit more pricier per hour rate which is fine if you you know want that but um you know you may get people say you may get more quality on upwork but if you have the right training system and and whatnot and depending on the certain job uh you can find stuff for cheaper in my opinion depending on

The job all right and then uh onlinejobs.ph so this is a good job board if you're looking to hire remote workers in the Philippines um we've used this one a good amount uh and we've used a few others in the past now we have our own which I'll get into in a second but uh this one you pay a membership as a subscription uh the free one you can't do anything with like you people can you can post three jobs you

Can get 15 applicants per jobs but you can't even uh see them or something you can't contact them unless you pay so the free one doesn't even make sense unless you're just looking at the if you're just testing things out the Pro Plan is all right but it it's honestly I would say just get this one and get it for like get it when you're ready to make a few hires and then post a bunch of jobs you can post up

To 10 jobs and whatnot so get this for a month hire for what you need to hire then cancel it and then renew if you need to um so that's what I would recommend um so yeah it's it's good you can get people from the Philippines they're hard workers it you're gonna get a little bit of a a lower price than upwork or typically Fiverr and whatnot the thing is with this is you're gonna have to have your own training and

Your own systems built in place to actually hire off of a site like this because uh there's a lot of stuff that goes into it if you want to do everything efficiently maybe yes you could maybe just get lucky find a couple people and you know they may have experience and You Know It just fits in but uh typically it's more of like a you know you're gonna have to do a lot more stuff uh in terms of that um in
