GoHighLevel Affiate Manager Tutorial 👥🚀 New Feature FirstPromoter Alternative GHL All In One CRM

All right what's going on everybody Josh pocock here founder and CEO of executive stride in today's video we're going to be looking at the somewhat new affiliate manager Tab and feature within of course go high level all right if you're not familiar with go high level very very very very very valuable tool we'll go over in a bit but let's get right into it [Music] alright so here is go high level I've done multiple videos on this tool great great tool

If you need to check out some of them check out some of my previous videos I made this week last couple days all right just search up go Hollow on my channel alright but I'll leave links below so you can get started on a 14 day free trial but anyways what is this affiliate manager going to you know replace what does it do so you may be familiar with some tools like uh first promoter or there's like there's a bunch of

Affiliate tools where you can set up like your own affiliate program for your software your um you know for your online courses your ebooks your really whatever the case may be and it's going to pretty much be able to replace that right so you look at first promoter here we can see here the pricing 49 bucks 99 bucks 190 or 149 bucks and you can see here there's um specific limits right only a thousand Affiliates for this one all right I'm

Not gonna go through the whole thing here but you can see it's you know it's not too expensive but it is more expensive than what go high level is um this is just another one of the go high levels many amazing features and they keep adding new new features right but here's kind of what it looks like so um the way you access this is you go to your marketing section on the left and then you go to affiliate manager you're

Going to see campaigns Affiliates and payouts right so here's campaigns here is Affiliates all right and here is payouts all right so um here I'll show you some examples here so um you can obviously submit feedback but let's go here and click add so we're going to start a new campaign here and you know we could call this test or we could just say let's say for example referral lead sign up link so you can choose a funnel or a website

And then you can select one of your funnels right so I could select um just say um six day challenge boom opt-in you can do a y s six day challenge okay and then I could add a product if I wanted to I don't think I'm going to do that right now let me just um go over here give me one second a little laggy right here I got a bunch of tabs open um yeah so as you can see you

Could add a product but the product would have to be added to your funnel so no products are added to this funnel visit your funnel page to add products so I can visit my funnel page add a product all right um I've talked about setting up um it's a website funnels and all this stuff in another video so I'm not gonna dive into that but you can set up a product and attach it to your funnel and then you know say

You have a checkout page on that uh you know funnel and then um and then the product would be on there and you can attach it to the affiliate campaign of course right uh you can change the campaign description so this is optional you can add Affiliates so you know right now I just have uh one one rep right now one sales rep but top we have just as a test like we didn't add that many people I haven't really been

Utilizing this at the moment we we're using something else but I'm gonna actually switch over to this as you can see here by the way too if I go to go high levels help support you can switch over from first promoter to affiliate manager they give you some detailed tutorials here you know about the affiliate manager getting started with it all that good stuff so make sure to check those out as well if you have any questions but uh so yeah

I could go ahead add Affiliates or select all Affiliates right so there we go and then payout frequencies so you could say pay um every 15 days 30 days or 60 days let's just say 30 days so oh no pay on the 30th of the month from for previous month's earnings yeah so I believe that's 60 days let's say 15th and then this would be yeah 30th of the the second month all right so commission type so you can choose a

Percentage commission like so I could choose like uh like five percent or twenty percent or whatever fifty percent depending on what it is or you could choose a flat commission so commission offered you know let's say it's a it's like uh ten thousand dollar package you do 500 bucks a thousand bucks whatever whatever it is you do whether it's service um ebook even you could do a couple box whatever right you obviously are going to decide all this depending on the

Campaign right so let's just do a percentage for the sake of this five percent you can choose an email template so you could use the default template or you could select a specific template there this is an example of what the default template looks like uh subject you have been added to the campaign name campaign High affiliate first name we are happy to have you a part of the campaign name campaign you can start earning affiliate commissions by sharing your unique

Link boom boom boom each commission successfully uh completes a per uh each time someone successfully completes a purchase via your link above a commission of X will be generated for you regards uh company name location name team right and then you can also change the cookie life so you can make like anywhere from one to 365 days for the cookie life of their link what this basically means if someone shares their affiliate link and uh it's going to that cookie is

Going to remain um with their affiliate link attached so say if they share someone shares their link someone clicks on it to buy your program or whatever and they you know decide they need to think about it they come back in like a week from now okay well that's seven days as long as if cookie life is longer than seven days then it's still going to credit this per that affiliate with a you know a referred um deal right but if

You know the cookie life is only 15 days and someone comes back a month later it won't still have that cookie um with their affiliate you know information on it so they wouldn't get credited in the system right so you can change this we can do like uh 16 days or something like that and then let's just do create campaign and there we have it we created our first campaign you can see status is on start date Affiliates customers churned leads

Commission revenue generated Etc um you know you can go in here edit things all right and uh up here you would see revenue generated customers churned leads you would see that for all your campaigns right um over here you will see your Affiliates so you can go here add a new affiliate you know add first name last name email phone number industry website you can also bulk upload via CSV a bunch of Affiliates so you can export it from something like

First promoter and then import them over here payouts so this is where you'll see your payouts your pending your approved to pay out you're paid and then your denied payouts all right so you can manage everything within the affiliate manager and you can see it's a new thing they're probably going to well obviously just like everything within Ohio they're updating it they're going to add new new features great new stuff this is something I remember when I first checked this out

First notice that this was applied as a new feature I was super excited um there's so much stuff you could do with this we're going to definitely be utilizing this and moving all of our other stuff off over into here just because we like to keep everything under one Hub and I'm grateful that we were able to find something like Ohio which is a trustworthy it's it's very stable platform it's an amazing platform it's not like you don't want to have

Everything under one Hub if it's not a great software because who knows what's going to happen to it but this is something that's here for the long run it's very very very powerful all the features are really good in my opinion so definitely check it out if you haven't already links for all of the uh trials will be in the description below you can go through if you have any questions let me know in the comments down below also too if
