GoHighLevel 💻 Setup Or Host Your Current Wordpress Website In GoHighLevel 🤯 GHL Guide - Josh Pocock

All right what's going on everybody Josh pocock here founder and CEO of Executives tried in today's video we're going to be looking at um a specific feature within go high level now in a previous video a couple days ago I did a video showing you guys how to set up funnels how to set up websites using go high level or if you're not familiar with go high level check out some of my recent past videos where I dive deep over this

Tool and let you guys know why it's my favorite tool but in today's video I'm going to show you how you can not only well I already show you how to set up websites but how you can set up websites not with the go high level funnel Builder but with WordPress yes this is a WordPress website you're seeing right here it is our uh Vault or our blog page right and you can set these WordPress Pages up all hosted and managed

Within go high level and keep things under one centralized Hub I know it sounds crazy let's dive right into it [Music] all right so I've mentioned in previous videos why I really love go high level they're growing really quickly they're developing new things and new features super super fast and everything you can possibly need they pretty much build so here is in uh go high level right now I am currently let me just make this fit the screen here for you

Guys all right if I go here I'm currently within a demo account as you can see and go high level and I am under the sites tab so you can see sites I just want the site and then up here I click on dashboard all right now once like you like one other WordPress then click dashboard you'll see that it shows WordPress hosting powered by Google Cloud move your WordPress site into the fast lane and leave your competitors in the dust

With our new Cloud hosting service our hosting is powered by Google Cloud platform which provides Cutting Edge infrastructure unmatched performance and blazing speed get started 14.99 um it depends I think uh depends what plan you're on basically with go high level I think it can be as low as like 9.99 so pretty reasonable pretty fair and it's all within go high level uh just to kind of show you what it looks like once it's actually set up here here's kind of

What it looks like so uh you'll see once you actually you know purchase the WordPress aspect it's a little add-on you get instant access so your WordPress URL your WordPress admin access and then you'll see your domains and subdomains so after adding uh domain you can um you have to change your DNS settings in your domain settings to point to uh to your live traffic uh for our blazing fast servers cname must 0.2 I blocked it out for all domains for

Root domains please add an a record pointing to IP I blocked that out if you can't if you are using cloudflare which I am um turn off the proxy to connect initially and you'll see here this is like the initial domain you would have and then you would click add subdomain or domain and then you can enter it here you can add up to five extra domains after verifying make sure to update the DNS config alright so pretty simple to do

You put your name your domain here and then generate cname key value Etc um and then you could click these three dots and you can make as primary domain right so say if I had multiple domains here I could delete specific domains right I could delete this but this was my primary domain right now well.executivestride.com for the blog now once you get started using Wordpress um say if you're already using Wordpress you're like hey I'm already using Wordpress because it's going

To be hard to switch it's actually very easy it literally takes about 10 to 20 minutes max um honestly 10 to 15. um basically is all you have to do is just uh use this plug-in you can download the free version I believe um it's called all-in-one WP migration you just download this upload this to your website it's very very simple to use um basically it just says please use all-in-one migration plugin to export your current site to dot WP uh

W press file and upload it below so all you would do is export the w dot w press file and then upload it here just drag and drop and it will literally back up your whole website over here all right also under the WordPress menu now that you have it you'll see users plugins themes backup and advanced settings all right so if I go to for example advanced settings we'll see here FTP access so this is coming soon so that's really

Cool I'm excited for that managing caching you can see that here no cash cash static content recommended cash control headers most control over cash policy and then Force cash all content best performance and then you can refresh CDN cache and save changes if you make any changes communication settings so uh you start sales to send emails in WordPress instance wow so oh my goodness this is actually going to be really interesting I'm curious to see this it looks like the communication

Settings you're going to be able to connect the WordPress directly into go high level because go high level can send text messages send emails and do voice calling so if you can connect that to your WordPress site that can be extremely powerful uh troubleshooters so you can restore.ht access right so WordPress uses file to manipulate how web servers fall from its directories or sorting this can solve issues related to 502 and 500 errors so you could click restore.htaccess file or restore

Wpconfig.php file so all configuration related to Wordpress are stored in this file restoring this can solve issues related to database connection error so you know if you've been using Wordpress before you know you can run into errors right that's why it's not really not like Advanced to be using web WordPress but if you're like a complete beginner so you can have some issues like you know we've been using Wordpress websites um for a very long time so we've dealt with a

Lot of manual troubleshooting but this makes it a lot better when I was on I was using Wordpress this WordPress feature when go high level just dropped it in beta so there wasn't even these troubleshooting tabs here so I had to like contact support it was uh you know kind of annoying but now they have this which makes it really really cool and then delete WordPress so deleting WordPress site is non-recoverable process once deleted everything is destroyed and you will be

Not be able to start to record over your contents confirm that you understand and accept the options below delete all WordPress files themes plugins delete database which includes WordPress users posts Pages comments Etc and release all domains so that can be used useful if you're if you're running to issues when doing your backup of the website and you know just restart from scratch which I had to do a few times and it was annoying because before I had a contact support

And blah blah blah blah but now you can all just do this yourself so really really cool stuff here here if you go to users you'll be able to see your users and add more users so I'm not going to go through that right now plugins so this is a new a feature that is also coming soon so users is already active so and then themes I believe is coming soon too yep and then back up um you'll be able to

See different backup time stamps and you can restore from backups refresh and Etc right so it's pretty simple guys really cool features though I just wanted to show you guys this um as you guys know go hello was like my favorite favorite tool um so I'm just really excited to keep coming out with new stuff they're coming out with they have blogs now they're coming out with um I believe in the the go high level conference this year in Texas they
