Copy.ai Personalized Cold Emails 📧 From LinkedIn Profile URL New Workflow Feature Unlimited AI Words

Familiar with copy AI you should be and if you're not don't worry stay tuned for this video I'm gonna go over it but I have done videos in the past going over copy AI I've been using this tool for a while and it is definitely one of my favorite tools I've done a bunch of reviews on all the top AI tools and this for sure hands down is in my top three at least you know their scale not there's a few

Other ones um but I really like this tool and yeah so let's actually dive into it I'll quickly go over the pricing I have covered this tool already multiple times so I'm not gonna explain every single little thing you can check out some of my other copy AI full in-depth guides on how to write blog posts and all these things and this video specifically we're going to be doing an update on their new feature called workflows alright now I'll get into

That in just a second if we look at copy ai's pricing right now um I don't know how long this will last it's been here for a little bit now it's like probably a month or so a month or two um this unlimited plan is back all right so right when this plan dropped that's when I picked up a copy of their annual plan all right me personally like what I would suggest if you actually are going to get this tool

I would try it for free I think they have a seven day free trial actually use it so you can see how it all works check out some of my other videos and then either get obviously the monthly plan or the yearly plan there's only two options all right so the monthly plan is forty nine dollars per month which is um pretty fair to be honest uh if we look at some of the other tools out there and this one is

Pretty quality for unlimited words a month and then so 49 times 12 so looking at 588 dollars a month or a year and if you go with the yearly plan you're looking at 432 all right so you're saving a decent amount of money there um was it 588 I believe 588 subtract uh 432 all right we're looking at a 156 dollar savings all right so what I would say is if this is a tool you know you're going to be using

For a long time which me I knew like hey this is going to be one of my top tools this and scale them and a few others but uh you know I have a bunch of AI tools this is one of my top ones this is the like one of the ones where I'm actually willing to get on a monthly subscription or a yearly subscription and not just look for a lifetime deal um so I got on the yearly one so

I saved a bit of money plus I already know I'm I'm using it so uh you also get you the pl there is a free plan but it does doesn't make sense all right so that anyways I'm not going to explain all that but that's this is what you get here you can check it out but we're gonna dive back in over here to copy AI in the back end so there's a few things here I'm not going to go over

All the different modules and everything like that check out some of my other videos I go over how to use the blog post wizard which is really really cool um all these other like a lot of these templates I go through the the reason for this video today is their new pretty much template and and feature that they're working on so if I go to what's new here you'll see they've been working on this for maybe a month or two now

I've even right when I joined uh their annual plan I noticed that this was like you could get on the waiting list and now it is in beta so it is limited with some of the features but I've been testing it out a bit and it's pretty cool so I wanted to share with you guys so um I'm not gonna play these videos um fully but you can see here um they got some workflows so it's called workflow tools all right

So they're building out these workflows so we have recruiting Outreach email we have workflow tools beta personalized cold sales emails what that's pretty cool so let's actually look at this so I know I've been doing a lot of videos lately on how to prospect on LinkedIn on how to prospect on cold email utilizing stride leads if you haven't seen some of those videos definitely check them out um but let's actually look at some of these workflows and they said that they're

Building a lot more um so yeah recruiting Outreach email now I'm not going to use this one but base oh that's actually really cool wow that's cool so what they're doing is you can put in anyone's LinkedIn URL and then you can put in your company Mission slash rule background so example copy AI is looking to hire a software engineer our mission is to 100x every single knowledge worker and enabled new generation of entrepreneurs leading to the new wave of blah

Blah blah blah so that's their mission workflow you would obviously use your own but once you do that it would actually generate in a recruiting Outreach email here I'll quickly do it [Music] um so this is literally just the first person that popped up on my feed I don't know this person I don't think but um Scott right here you can see here even in his LinkedIn URL it's something about Bitcoin so it has nothing to do it doesn't even have

His name here right now I'm just gonna post that here and then company Mission so let's say um executive stride is looking to hire a sales development rep who will help uh move prospects through Pipelines to book sit uh demo goals for our company whatever just something very very basic obviously I would spend a little bit more time but then I just click create it's taking this URL and you can see here it's magically creating the content it's utilizing what we

Provided here and it is going to go here look so subject line unlock your Innovations potential hi Scott so it literally basically like scraped his you know profile as the chief technology officer of and founder of it blah blah his company you have a unique opportunity to unlock the potential of new Innovations in cryptocurrency blockchain and business and then you know we get into the whatever right so all I did was give this copy AI the LinkedIn URL and it was

Able to pull Chief Tech officer CTO and all this nft crypto all this stuff right here right so that's the first thing um recruiting Outreach email next I'm gonna use someone else so I'll just go to my feed right here I'll just pull the next person I see um this gentleman oh I'm in a group I guess I'll pull this gentleman cool so group manager so let's plug him in here for a prospects public LinkedIn URL and then company product information

So let me go oops so executive stride I'm just gonna keep his basic helps entrepreneurs scale their business with organic outbound a bound Strat cheese paid ads and seven figure systems and Pros okay something like just random basic I would spend more time on this obviously but let's just see what copy AI creates now this is not a typical Prospect I would go after like this is not somewhat a qualified lead for us but as you can see just with the

LinkedIn profile URL created a cold email subject line gaining insights from Big Data this guy over here is all about big data I even think they're group yeah mutual group is Big Data so that's really cool it even picked up what group the person is in so I'm sure you understand the struggle of working with big data trying to make sense of it all can be overwhelming I don't know if they picked up the group name or if it's just saying

Big Data I think it's maybe that's his company name too as a chief uh data scientist of Big Data data science AI iot Cloud security and blockchain group you aren't a leader in this field I'm sure you're looking for ways to make the most of your data and make sure it's being used to its fullest potential so that's pretty like you know obviously it's not maybe the best possible like it's pretty good though for being personalized like this is pretty personalized

Only issue here I don't know what it says okay yeah that's best your name so that's fine um so that's really cool um yeah it's basically pulling prospects your LinkedIn urls getting that data on it and creating personalized um you know cold emails now as you can see up here supercharged supercharge is currently not available for this tool um I think that's because it's in beta one thing that I would like to see is if they could if they could do

This I would be really really excited is if they could have this sales cooled email um thing right here or if they had another workflow called personalized lines where it's not just uh the whole email where it's just like the personalized lines that would work too um that would probably be a little bit better because then you can add exactly what you want around the email but if you're not familiar with personalized lines it would create like this personalized stuff right

Here using the URL and if they could do this supercharge which I believe is bulk and I could just import a CSV of you know contacts and create personalized lines for them that would be pretty crazy so that's I'd really hope to see something like that anyways um sales LinkedIn email so you can do the same thing with a LinkedIn in mail and then SEO website copy so Target SEO keyword keyword description of your company website structure so okay wow this

Is kind of cool I think it uh copy AI helps marketers website structure short hero so this will SEO website copy I think this creates all the copy for your website so you can just give it the structure right here so that is pretty cool I'm not gonna go ahead and do this right now but as you can see uh this workflows thing this workflows feature has unlocked a new a lot of new possibilities right I know a lot of people

Are building new AI custom tools or chat gpt3 or chat gbt and all this stuff so this is kind of like you know they're building all these workflows custom tools Etc so I'm really excited for that I hope they can get that personalized lines thing or just have like this more scalable with supercharged because I'm personally not going to go through manually one by one and do this because we do a lot of Outreach at scale but this is something really
