For one-person businesses
AI operating system for solopreneurs
An AI operating system for solopreneurs is a set of AI systems that run the jobs a one-person business has no staff for: content, leads, outreach, sales and the daily plan. Mine is the AI Operator Kit, with five systems, 18 agents and 107 prompts, set up in one evening.
You stay the only person in the business. You stop being the only one doing the work.
What it runs for a one-person business
- Content: one idea or one video becomes a reel script, a carousel, a LinkedIn post and an X post in your voice.
- Lead: a niche and a city become a scored list of prospects from public information, each with a reason to reach out.
- Outreach: a personal first message and four follow-ups for each prospect.
- Sales: your call notes become a proposal with three price options and a dated next step, the same day.
- Build: calculators, pages and simple sites for your business, with no code.
- Daily Operator Plan: every morning, one screen: your top three, the follow-ups due and one content task.
Why a system beats one prompt at a time
Most solopreneurs try AI one chat at a time and re-explain their business every time. An operating system starts from a few short files: what you sell, who buys it, how you talk and the results you can prove. Every system reads them before every job, so drafts come back in your voice with your prices.
The agents prepare. You approve and send. They never post, send, place calls or move money, and anything they do not know comes back as a question for you.
What you need to run it
A phone is enough. The kit runs in the Claude or ChatGPT app, and the free plans work with daily message limits. On a Windows or Mac computer it runs in Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, which lets the systems save files and research the web on their own.
The computer version is the setup I describe in Claude Code for business owners, and the way I use it across four companies is in Claude Code for founders.
See the systems in action
The Content System is the one most solopreneurs start with: my content repurposing setup shows how one recording becomes a week of posts. The Lead and Outreach systems follow the same pattern as AI lead research and follow-up for sales.
When you need software instead
The kit is for one person doing the work. If you have a team and want your CRM, phone, follow-up and pipeline in one platform, that is software rather than a kit. StrideOps, my software company, is built for that: why one AI operating system beats six tools.
