All right what's going on everybody Josh pocock here founder and CEO of executive stride in today's video we're going to be looking at a tool called Cynthia if you want to create AI Avatar videos using um just a simple script and you can simply edit these avatars and have life liking life like talking videos for training um different funnel Pages whatever the case may be marketing advertising Etc you can use it let's dive right into it [Music] all right so previously

On this channel I did do a video talking about this tool over here called synthesis dot IO now this tool is somewhat similar but to be frank it the quality is a lot lower in my opinion than something like Cynthia uh Cynthia is kind of like the gold standard uh in this industry at the moment for the market in terms of just AI avatars like this that are accessible to you know um the public so this is a great tool um

You know used by over 30 000 companies of all sizes a bunch of use cases or training videos how-to videos product marketing videos features so AI avatars 85 Plus diverse AI avatars AI voice is 120 plus languages and accents video templates 55 uh pre-designed templates and then create custom or custom AI Avatar so create your own AI Avatar I was actually curious about this I think this is where you could utilize yeah you can utilize your own voice please know that

The AI Avatar are paid add-on uh to the Cynthia's okay so that would be a paid add-on I think you can get your own voice and your face to be an avatar I believe uh I could be wrong about that but we probably won't get into that right now because I don't think I have that add-on but here is the pricing pretty fair pricing now I uh you should keep in mind that if you're trying to do a bunch of videos

Then um you know this you won't be able to realistically like for 30 bucks a month you can do 10 video credits per month which is one video credit equals one minute of video videos can be up to 10 minutes long oh wow so I I was even I didn't even realize this so one video credit equals one minute of video I thought one video credit equal to one video so I thought you could do 10 videos you can only do

10 minutes for 30 bucks so it's like pretty it's actually kind of a it's not expensive it's 30 bucks but in terms of what you're actually getting it is like definitely more pricey um yeah so text the video uh 120 languages built-in avatars templates custom backgrounds background music custom background music built-in screen recorder Mp4 downloads video sharing pages and embeds add text image shapes free stock images and videos import PowerPoint up to six slides per video and then paid add-on custom

Avatars and then there's a corporate plan but you have to talk to them um either book a call somehow or talk to their support and you can get some extra stuff here anyways without a dou let's actually go into the tool here so I'm going to log in to Cynthia and we can see here this is what the dashboard is going to look like once it actually loads I have a bunch of tabs open right now but any second here we

Go all right so you'll see it's a nice user interface um you know definitely a good quality Built tool um you'll see on the left side we have home videos and then in the videos you have videos trash assets where you have templates and avatars what's new there's an academy and there's your help section and then there's your profile and then you can import PowerPoint and create videos so where do you start basically you can see up here there are a

Bunch of different templates so these are the templates that they were talking about so this is pretty cool because this gives you a good starting point with already you like built-in Avatar voice and background and all these images and stuff like that so you can see here and they even have the name for kind of what this template's purpose potentially could be which is medical presentation compliance training introduction practice a new skill learning instrumental manual all right so a bunch of

Different stuff we could do teaching core values multiple choice quiz all right timeline explainer so once you actually so you need to start by picking a template like that or you could um go to create a new video and create one from scratch so let's just say I picked this template you can preview the template it's going to show right here so I can hello and welcome here is another excellent template designed for learning purposes consider using this one if you

Plan on covering an internal or external case study start by creating an engaging title for your video before anything else provide to your audience some initial context give them the basic information they will need to know to understand the problem you can also outline the key challenge in one big question use a unique video background to represent the issue let's talk about how your subject approached that problem what were some of the techniques or alright so you can see there it

Actually even tells you how to use the template which is really cool which makes it easy for you to maximize the amount of you know credits you're using you're not going to be like messing up and then I have to redo and waste your credits ideally at least right so there's a bunch of cool templates you can really take a look at internal communication we'll look at this hi team I wanted to update you on a couple of topics that emerged

Ahead and choose HR onboarding presentation we'll create this video all right so here is what it looks like now this is a template right so you can see there is six scenes which is the maximum you can have um and I'll show you kind of how this is built to a degree there's definitely a lot of features you can use in here we'll go over some of the basic ones so over here are templates so yeah you'll see that we're using

This template but you can select other ones as well um Avatar oh yeah so you don't know not to select the templates back where I showed you you can actually just select everything in the editor so you could go ahead and change this Avatar so I could use Jordan or will you'll see their names there Rosie you can select what Avatar you want there is a bunch of different avatars right so you even got Mrs Claus um so yeah some of

Them have different outfits like we have a construction uh vest we have different ethnicities genders you know male female um you know different all shapes and sizes pretty much so yeah you can kind of choose which one fits your desired video once you have that you can decide whether you want this to be full body Circle which is kind of like a loom video or voice only all right so if you do Circle you can change the you know size of

It you can change the background do full body you can still change the size and you can change center left or right okay so once you choose your avatar here's the background so I'm actually gonna just for the sake of this I'm going to delete some of these uh template stuff we have here so just deleting some of these shapes and elements all right so you can if I click on the background this is like the background you can replace the

Image you can crop you can um over Okay so background so here's you you can change the background so green screen warm white light blue soft pink you know all these different colors you can add an image if you'd like you can do a meeting room or whatever the case may be and you can even search for images for unsplash so we in unsplash so we could do office and then we could select something like this all right we could do

Video it's going to search pixel and we could do office all right and we could do something maybe like this all right hi Maggie welcome to Acme Corporation tomorrow is your first day and we can't wait to have you we hope this video will help to get you oriented all right so here obviously if I'm using this dude uh I would change Maggie to like whatever his name is gonna be and so this is actually where you change the text so

You can edit text here this is like the text for this slide or seeing whatever you want to call it over here is where you change the voice so there's recommended voices per that specific Avatar and then you can scroll through look at some of these voices if you want to play some of them to hear kind of what they sound like you can do so by just pressing this hi Maggie welcome to Acme Corporation tomorrow is hi Maggie welcome to

Acme Corporation tomorrow is your first day and then you could apply new voices to all male avatars if you wanted to all right upload so this is where you can actually upload images and backgrounds or logos or whatever the case is any sort of element or image you can upload and then utilize it within your video okay um so that is pretty much what you can do with background you can also edit background and you can crop trim Loop like so

Match to script so automatically set speed up or slow down the video so that it is the duration of the script you can select which part of the video to match and trim using the trimming function and then API variable um music so this is where you can add music [Music] all right so you can use different music there that's already provided or you can upload some of your own um shapes so this is where you can add some shapes you

Can literally just click on it and it's going to appear here or you can drag it over like I did and now you can either replace image you can move it to the back to the back word so this back would move it to the very back of all elements backward would remove it one so I can keep doing that and eventually you'll see it should go all the way to the back I guess it doesn't go behind the background but

You'll see if I drag it behind him it's behind him and behind the blue but I could also move it forward forward and then you know it's at the front or I can just go back front and it's gonna move it this back and forth we'll move it to the very back into the very front all right you can crop contain cover you can change the opacity you're gonna have an API variable and then text so you can add title subtitle

Body text right so you can add text here hi there right and same sort of thing you can move it backward or forward change the opacity add a shadow change the font change the font size the lines facing the letter spacing uh bold italicize underline the text color you can choose the alignment so you can do pretty much any type type of thing you would normally be able to do in some sort of editor and that's pretty much it oh the

One other thing is see if I click on an element like so like this text I can click on animate and I can decide whether I want to fade in fading from the left fading from the top the right the bottom all these different fade-ins right and you can select multiple items at once by holding shift and then clicking on an element and then you can make them coming at once and you can change the delay and the duration right here

For a second so when they'll actually fade in how long they will uh you know take to fade in all right and then that's pretty much it you have undo redo like I said you can change a script here so you can add a pause right here of like two seconds or 13 seconds you can do a dictation so select a word to add all alternative pronunciation right um if there's a specific way to pronounce it and you want it it's

Like a different way then you can add that there variables so you can add a variable um so I guess yeah I don't know specifically I haven't had to use that yet as to why you would want to add a variable um but uh but yeah you can add that I'm sure there's definitely a good use case for it so yeah and then you can easily just change templates you can come over here to scenes you can um you can cut

Copy paste delete or duplicate a scene you can also add a slide over here but I have the maxed out slide so if I delete one now I'll be able to either duplicate or add a new slide right so very simple you can change your name up here and yeah once you're ready to go you can generate video you can also play just by clicking here now it's not gonna generate the Avatar moving its mouth hi Maggie welcome to Acme Corporation

I'm not gonna do that because I don't want to use my credits on this video that's not you know a video that we'd actually need but that's pretty much how you do it once you generate the video it's going to generate it export it Etc and then you can actually use that video so that is pretty much it very cool stuff AI is getting very Advanced obviously I'm excited and at the same time you know kind of scared for the future

With AI pretty crazy advancements happening uh at an exponential rate so this is literally the tip of the iceberg this is nothing from what's going to happen in the future but yeah you should definitely if you can if you have a use case start utilizing different ways of AI into your business this is one way you can leverage AI for video for marketing material for training material Etc alright guys so that is it for this video on Cynthia uh if you
