Tools in your tool about if you're using anything else paying for all these monthly subscriptions you can save a bunch of money as well as utilize the best tool out there so go check that out but without a do let's get right into it [Music] all right so this flow right here is just an example we specifically in our company don't use this exact one this is one that we actually helped put into um one of our um you know someone

That we help with some client that we work with now typically this type of client we don't usually work with them that's why I kind of say it like that it's not our typical client this is actually a while ago but um this is someone in the insurance space so that's why you'll see typically our our clientele is anywhere from coaches Consultants marketing agencies course creators we do work with B2B service based businesses so this is a bit more for b2c

Uh consumers so but this is an example the same principles can be applied to your business and it's really just highlighting some of the cool features that you can have within go high level all right so this is the automatic demo booking flow so this is pretty cool you're going to want to have different flows and automation set up within your business stuff like demo show up sequence um no show sequences or flows it's actually more of a flow because you

Can do more than just a typical email sequence or whatever I mean I guess it's the same thing right but um yeah demo sequence show up sequence demo shop sequence demo cancel sequence or no show uh onboarding sequences for your clients you know and what you pretty much can have so many different workflows in your business hiring workflows this that whatever so I'm not gonna go over all them obviously in this video I'm gonna be making more videos going over different

Flows and how you can build them Etc we provide our clients with done for you built out ones a full built out TurnKey solution but uh even just watching these for YouTube videos you should learn a thing or two or get some good ideas right so I'm just going to walk you kind of through this flow um so right when they're added to this flow and the way they're added to it is through a different automation but so once they read

A certain reach a certain stage they would be added into this flow so this is basically it's going to create an opportunity it's actually going to change um the opportunity so they're in this and they're going to um once they're a new lead have they set up an appointment yet so once they come into this pipeline it's gonna basically check and see if they've booked an appointment all right so if the tag includes appointment set then it's just going to end

The automation now if it doesn't if they haven't booked unemployment like I said this is insurance um client that we were working with so this isn't going to apply specifically obviously the copy would be different as well as a few things but basically you're gonna it's you're gonna do a weight of um 0.1 minutes and the here's some Advanced Windows uh it will wait on all the different days of the week uh just between 8 A.M to 9 P.M um specifically

And then ask if it's them so if it's between those specific times then it's pretty much going to send right away saying just to make sure I have the right phone number is this you know so and so um contact first name so this is an SMS it's going to be going out and then it's going to wait for their response now if they replied then it is going to go through this side if they didn't reply then it's going to

Go through this slide right here's that's kind of what the full flow looks like like so you can build up pretty Advanced ones um this is just kind of a simple one not too simple but definitely not too advanced um so if not if they did not reply um I'll take you through the if they do reply first so if they reply it's going to do that same weight and then it's going to have an introduction so hey so and so

This is so and so getting back to you with information requested on Facebook in regards to your life insurance program um then it's going to wait right and then the AI appointment booking bot I hate this sometimes um Chrome extension um anyways so the AI appointment booking bot will just ignore it for now so it is going to go I'm trying to book a call in the this calendar right here it's going to the total bot procing duration so hours so

This is the total time duration for which the bot will try to converse with the user to book the appointment after which the bot will be timed out so it's going to try for about a half an hour and then it's going to send the first message and the message is going to say all we need to run it do is run through a short survey to see if you qualify for any programs in your area do you want to book

An appointment all right then condition is going to be bought book to appointment or didn't book the appointment so if it didn't book the appointment it's going to stop if it didn't book the appointment and this is an AI appointment booking bot by the way this is something within go high level as long as you're on the agency program I believe which is I think it's 2.99 a month which is pretty solid it's really low price especially if you're running if

You're running a marketing agency or just hosting clients in here it's like a no-brainer you're saving a bunch money it's like the cheapest tool pretty much out there and um so this bot will converse with the user and try to book deployment on the selected calendar so yeah really really cool stuff um and then if the bot didn't book the appointment and it got timed out that if the bot timed out then it's you're just gonna manually send a calendar link

So all we have to do is and it's going to send the calendar link and then if um it didn't book the appointment and uh and it didn't you know completely get timed out whatever then it's just going to send an internal notification follow up with contact all right so that is what happens if they reply now if they don't reply we don't want to just leave that as a dead lead of course so we're going to wait and then ask

If it's them again is this so-and-so wait and then did they reply if yes if no so I'll show you what that looks like if yes then you're gonna go up to the introduction if no then we're actually still going to go up to the introduction and then repeat this step all right so this is a kind of a basic Auto booking uh flow this is something that we were using for one of our clients in the insurance space and it
