Um inbox Pro if you're buying a lot of tools you need app Sumo plus so yeah anyways so inbox Pro here it is on appsumo you can see best for marketing agency sales managers integration with Gmail Google Calendar GDP are compliant and AI features and then apparently it's an alternative to you know tools like mail track mix match uh mix Max um and then sales handy and I believe you know I'm familiar with uh all of them but uh they're a

Lot they're a little bit more expensive so some of them are a lot more depending on how you look at it but um you know so it's uh it's a pretty good deal in my opinion that's why I got this tool like it's not something that I at this point it's not something I'm using or would really need to use like extensively at the moment maybe like so I only got one code um I'll show you in a second but yeah

100 I really won't even probably use it that that much but uh you're getting three users allowed right and yeah so that's that the double plan is actually uh six users 200 magic composers and then 200 uh tldrs and so that actually is the exact Advance plan here the only difference is with this is you get six users so you can plug in six people from your team a post from paying uh 15 bucks six times um you know which would

Be like um what would that be uh 90 bucks per month um so yeah instead of paying 90 bucks per month um you'd actually be paying um 120 basically and that's a one-time fee and yeah so in that in that way you know pretty much pays for itself in a couple months you know so and then you're actually saving money and you have a lot more users well yeah so it's way more you know valuable if you decide if you're like

You're you know that you want this tool then definitely get it right away since it's gonna expire and you I would suggest getting the app Sumo Geo for sure so um there's that and then the third code is multiple so 177 you get 400 magic composers composers 400 tldrs and then 15 users so if this is a tool that you're like oh my gosh I love this tool then this is a completely fair price and you're getting so much more value

Than you could ever get on any of these monthly plans and uh that you'll probably ever be able to get like this is the best plan you could ever get for this tool ever um so I would get that if I really like needed this tool right I I don't at least from what I've seen and been using this tool I haven't used it like extensively I haven't been doing cold Outreach campaigns or anything like that but uh from just like

You know I didn't really even get it for cold Outreach campaigns I mainly got it for just like saving templates Email tracking I have other tools that could have done some of those but uh I don't know just having it all in one and having a like you know lifetime access to all their paid features and stuff um that's why I got it and it looked pretty cool like with the analytics dashboard and stuff so um yeah it's it's uh you

Know it's pretty it's like I have nothing to get the reason I didn't get three codes isn't because a tool isn't as good it's just because I don't need it as much right now you know we have other stuff to do certain things but um so let me just uh all right so now that we're logged in you can see here is the dashboard all right um so we have on the left tracking calendar templates follow-ups signatures analytics team and support

All right so very easy to use you can see here I'm on the advanced plan uh you can see up here your account signatures and our subscriptions and billing pricing plans and then switch accounts so if you have multiple accounts it's very easy to manage and then settings so remove send uh sender notified by inbox Pro um yes obviously I want that removed okay so that's our oh these are automatically removed since I'm on the Pro Plan and then click tracking

No one a participants so you can enable or disable that daily reports and then show inbox Pro lists in Gmail menu keeper remove inbox Pros listen G your gym uh Gmail's inbox um Email tracking notification so yeah you can just enable a lot of and disable a lot of notifications this is really cool too you can also connect your Zoom account which I'll end up doing probably uh later but Email tracking so I haven't been tracking any emails yet I'll show

You what that looks like in Gmail in a second but they would show stuff like I would show Daddy there calendar unfortunately guys I don't have a lot of data in my account yet so I can't show you the exact stuff but um I think you can kind of get a good understanding as well if you want to you can check out their website and they have pictures and they have probably some videos too and stuff but bookings event types so

This is where you can create new event types like so uh name URL um you can change the slug right there duration uh you can change the location description you can preview it this is what it would look like boom like this so pretty cool um and then yeah you can enable disable event copy link you can change your availability days and hours you know your time zone so very very cool with that uh template so this is where you can

Create your templates so I could just create uh you know onboarding you know for client onboarding um and I believe you can add um hey let's just see so you can change the font the tire uh type text size color highlighted alignment bold italicized underlined strikethrough numbered bulleted uh indented link block quote image remove formatting emoji and then that's the HTML I'm looking for the uh there should be variables I would assume huh I definitely will be disappointed if there isn't

Variables that you can have in the templates because that's like crucial in my opinion um follow-ups let me go so you don't have any follow-ups tracked sequences oh maybe it's in sequences hmm so yeah that's one thing that I'm having issues finding right now let me just check their website uh maybe is there a help center road map maybe they have it on a road map Futures soon in progress merge tags um let me search a very variable tag um email

So that's cool email warm-up they're getting um recurring emails uh one-on-one training Google workspace add-on don't track your own openings um so that's some cool stuff migrate templates from Gmail email marketing shortcut to access um paid calendar events Gmail app integration Firefox plugin inbox Shield so like they have some cool features coming I just I want to make sure that they have uh variables because that's like very important yeah like they should hide James um yeah okay okay this is how

You do it name like that that's how you do it I think if you just add anything no how do I do the variable um wait let's go to the support Maybe very variable okay wait let's go to the templates let's see templates overview new templates uh creating an email template interesting um I guess maybe the only variable you can use is name like name test test we'll try this in a second so send if email so this is cool in

The sequences so you can send if email is not replied not open or regardless you can send after one day or two days and then you can send at a specific time all right so that's cool you can edit the sequence name you can add a new email like so you can select templates in your email sequence if you want all right so I could just save sequence uh okay I need to do this boom delete this okay and Save boom

So we got one sequence here Untitled as a test signatures so let's go into signatures here new signature all right so test test okay wait let's just do Josh founder [Music] executive stride .com executive stride five five five five five five five five four five okay you're gonna add your image why is it so big okay you can add your socials like so um Instagram Facebook Twitter um you know you can add a lot right Reddit templates choose your template so

There's a few different templates here which are pretty cool I don't know if I'll use any of these like I have a pretty good uh signature already but it's cool that they have it you can change the you know font the font size compact spacious normal you can change the color obviously I would make it you know our color um shape logo labels text color and then you know you so you can customize it a lot add-ons calendar schedule so you

Get a calendar schedule two button you can choose an event so it's all pretty cool that you can do all this right I'll just save that for now um you must add okay okay I'll just delete oh there we go all right and analytics so this is pretty cool I really like this uh that you can track you know your thing your stuff right here so I have like I haven't even really been using the inbox Pro Tools features much but

It's still tracking a lot of me the activities so you know messages sent or recipient to different recipients messages received different stuff like that it can track it it will show your busiest hours you know for receipt messages and for sent messages your messages sent your message is received you can see it daily quickest response times interval X you know and then you can see different uh top interactions I'm not going to go down through all of them obviously but uh

Team Management so if you had multiple codes is where you could oh actually I I can add three people or two more people on my plan which is really cool and uh yeah that's pretty much it in terms of majority of the features within the tool lastly I'll just show you kind of what it looks like in your Gmail so here I am in my Gmail um I'm just going to go to compose here and uh you know I'll just go

Like Josh at executive right and um it's actually this right here this this browse templates you can actually browse your templates and apply them so I could apply this like like so I'm going to not use that one though um what was it uh make this bigger okay um so here's signatures so I could add my signature that we made boom obviously mine looks way better but I didn't I would I didn't put much time into making it but um templates

Attach sequence so I can attach that sequence I made so let's try it so I think with attached sequence it's more of like the follow-up because it's not if I delete um attach your way I can plug in the calendar okay so that's just a link so the calendar's all right I we have our own calendar so I don't know if I would use this you can send that later date which is cool but I mean you can do that in

It's kind of cool I'll quickly show you it's like these uh I'm pretty sure because I'm pretty sure I was testing and I D disabled inbox Pro and I couldn't see these templates so I think that they are so you could like set up these specific like templates these are kind of like uh marketing email templates and you can customize them and whatnot so I'm pretty sure don't I can't say 100 but I think that is the rimbox pro and then

Toggle multi-sent I think this is potentially through inbox Pro as well where you can uh I could put multiple different um emails in here and it's not going to send them as like a uh what do you call a BCC blind carbon copy or or carbon copy it's not going to do that it's going to actually send them um one at a time I believe to each person so that's kind of cool um let me just toggle that off again all

Right and let me go undo actually let me just plug in the uh sequence I go to and then plug in oh no I was trying to multi uh here I'll use a multi oh wait so you need to put a subject line in the multi before you can multi-compose so I could do uh love your YouTube channel collab let's see what we come up with magic compose hey Keith Kesley my name is ramit I'm doing daily this daily video thing

On my YouTube channel so this is like absolutely terrible kind of uh because my name isn't remit um and I don't know who who is Kelsey but uh yeah that's not good but let me try this variables what was it name this is the last thing I'm I'm gonna do I'm just gonna send this uh to myself yeah so variable name I guess this is probably the only variable I don't know if this is the only variable you can use I'll
