So here's some of the new ones a lot of five star reviews but if I go to I like always going just to be transparent even on these videos I go to the lowest to highest rating to see kind of what uh this the tools can improve on so this is good because lots of times even with good tools lots of the times they'll see like a one or two star rating just because there's always those types of people but here

With the lowest rating is three stars and it's just saying it you know needs some improvement this was uh posted uh fairly recently so you know some people it's not for them or as you know saying needs Improvement and then that's the lowest review of three star review and as you can see the fan uh I think it's the founder or the Creator replied answered all those questions um but other than that every single other review is a four or five

Star review so that's why if we go up here you can see here it has pretty much five star reviews on appsumo in total of five star average type thing or 4.8 4.9 whatever all right so let's actually dive into the back end and see how this tool Works what I like about it is it's it's very affordable like even as a lifetime dealer like if you buy a lot of Lifetime deals 70 bucks um and then 178 or nine like

And you get unlimited active rooms 20 internal users so 20 sales reps or team members custom domain meaning you can go like to you know uh like base dot uh example.com or bit like whatever dub uh app dot like you can add a sub domain and like it can be fully branded so that's really cool um so here's what it looks like let's go through the interface so up here we have settings users and logout so settings um will basically go

Over your email your name your company name your company logo so this is how you can white label um personalization so preview so this one is where you can choose a primary color one thing I would suggest is that they could add a custom color because right now I just chose black because that's only one that really goes with our branding all right and then um yeah you can actually add the subdomain down here all right and let me just go

Back here okay okay so um now we have the option to create a room so that's where you can create a room uh it's fairly simple like the interface is very very simple um and here is users so this is where you can invite users for your team so right here I'm user type super admin so total four rooms status active right you can filter all active or inactive and then guess you know you can see your guess here okay so

And you can invite them up here you'll see some sample templates so I actually CR I like created so what you could do is click here and it will create a room based on that so I've created those exact templates here we'll take a look at some of them um you can see here status activity last activity for the seven days um this is room not shared room not open yet conversation not started so those are insights last scene never created

By me obviously but you could get the sense of if you're having team members sales reps in here sending proposals or sending sales rooms out you're going to be able to see a lot of cool data in this interface so let's go over to Enterprise sales once I click on that you can see I can see insights total time spent so I can see how much time that actual person is spent within here you can see last active and you can

See conversation so you can actually have a conversation between you and the prospect or the sales rep and the prospect if they have any questions right insights would show up here you can share this right here by going to adding guests or by adding team members to this room you can inactive or active this room and then we can go up here to the editor so this is where kind of the magic happens so over here you can actually add sections

You can add I think as many sections as you want I'm gonna delete these all right and what's this add video so I could add a kind of like a loom video here if I wanted to I'm not going to do this right now but uh it would ask to you know have access to my webcam and I will record a little video kind of like maybe even explaining what this is about or whatever right so or you can even do

A very personalized one specific to that Prospect so it all really depends on your sales process what type of product service you're offering as but uh yeah that's some cool features there so you can rename delete or move up or move down I think you can also yeah you can't drag them Dragon like you can't drag and drop these which would be better in my opinion but you can there your logo is going to show up here you can also add

The client's logo and company name here to customize if you want here's all the elements on the left that you can add headers so H1 h2h3h45h6 paragraph tables iframes checklists images links lists YouTube uh videos Loom videos Twitter videos or sorry Twitter stuff my row so whiteboards Trello Conley Google Docs Google Sheets Google Slides Google forms Google Drive Panda doc one of my favorite two like one of my favorite uh it's pretty much my favorite contract tool at the moment or

Proposal Tool uh air table and type form the one thing is like I was kind of iffy about getting this but I like because Panda doc you can kind of make very user-friendly proposals and contracts so it really depends if you're using Pandora you may not need this because you can kind of do similar type of stuff um the one thing is that um the one thing I'm just thinking about now is instead of with panadoc this is actually a good

Potentially good point with panda dog you need if you're having a big sales team you need like multiple reps or you need like uh multiple accounts so say if I have 20 sales guys I need 20 Panda doc accounts that's going to cost me 60 bucks per month per account so do the math on that that's a lot a monthly money on a monthly basis obviously it's paying for itself because of the sales reps and the sales but still that's a

Big expense all right hey base is 179. that's It lifetime you don't have a monthly expense it's pretty much like it's very simple now the one cool thing that I'm gonna try out is because you can embed Panda docs here the thing reason why you need multiple panadog accounts is because it will keep track of what sales reps are sending out the proposals all this type of stuff all you know but technically speaking you can maybe just have one Panda doc

Account um now this may not be the best like you may not want to do this because then each sales rep I believe could probably see all the proposals depending on how you do it but you could potentially do it that way where you have just maybe if you're just starting out or need scaling where you have one Panda doc account because it embeds within here and then if say if sales reps are sending multiple proposals it's you could actually keep

Track of who's sending who and what whatever because it's kind of kept tracking hey bass you can you can see whose digital sales room is who's right so I would actually spend a lot of time like not a lot of time I pretty much know what I want to do but I would spend some time setting this base up if I wanted to use it now the cool thing is too what I thought about is you can have bases for different

Things it doesn't just have to be sales it could be onboarding it could be this it could be that any type of call or environment you can kind of just streamline the process this way so here you can see it an example of an embedded Panda doc right so the thing with panadog is you can like really customize it like our Panadol looks like very um creative and it's all branded and there's it's like a sales funnel in and of itself

But um but you can kind of do that in hey bass as well right so here's like this is a sample one but you know here's like case studies or whatever like social proof here's some stuff about the founder company overview there's a little slide deck right so you can walk through a sales deck uh sales call and go through the sales deck and you could even embed that here if they if you want data sheet right you can add here's

An example of like airtable our process so C board this is Myro so you could have like your your road map or whatever your process or methodology all right can I have testimonials very simple and then the agreement like I said and then yeah you can add sections get creative you can embed calendars right you can embed pretty much almost any app that has an embeddable iframe or you know so that that's cool like in images links like all that stuff

I mentioned you can get very creative with it you know I'm I don't want to spend too much time going over it but let's preview this for example yeah so here's what I look like um you know introduction company overview data sheet so it's kind of like a little menu on the side here and you can just change the content you can see the comments here right so in my opinion it's it could be better like I think I think it's

Good I like it's very cheap it's a 17 like I got 179 for me that's cheap um you know so I I like the idea it's a unique idea and I'm hopeful that they're going to improve and get better and better and better I I initially I wanted this to be like a paradox replacement it isn't that I've seen the founder in the comments say this isn't like a proposal thing whatever which I get you know I understand they're going in
