Blah so you can and it's gonna call them but automatically hang up and leave them a voicemail of that pre-recorded so you can send that to you know so so it's gonna sound like it's kind of personal like you're personally reaching out but it's really just an automated you know thing right here um Instagram the manual so you can like go super intricate with this stuff you can do a call so this will be a call whisper you can also set

Up a manual call Action um manual call so this will create a notification an action for that for the user that you should manually call them kind of like a reminder now the user thing you will need to um where is it assigned to user so I would need to assign it to a user right we have someone from our team in here so assigned to user and then this email would show that user's name and email that's attached to their

Account from our team right so very very customizable I could add a uh if else so condition I could do a branch condition so if contact details is you know their address is you know Toronto right then if it is then they're gonna get this email right that says this okay if it is if they're not from Toronto they're gonna get a text that says uh this I typically wouldn't use like the whole Toronto thing like that doesn't really relevant but

You can do this for to show you something that's more relevant like if the contact details has the tag you search tag tag is includes and then you can choose a tag so demo books so if they booked a demo right then if they booked a demo then we're gonna do a call whisper if they didn't book a demo then we're going to you know do a call whisper that says this I wouldn't actually do that but I'm just showing you

Examples right um if they booked a demo we're gonna add a contact tag or remove a contact tag or whatever or we're gonna remove them from a a pipeline right so there you can see guys you can get super intricate with this we can actually grant them access to a membership offer all right for like a course so yeah and then you could save publish you could test a workflow you can also send it to a the information to a web
