All right what's going on everybody Josh polcock here founder and CEO of executive stride in today's video we are going to be doing a deep dive review over a tool called copysmith and I'm going to be showing you how to use it to write a blog post today let's get right into it [Music] all right guys so here is the copysmith website we're gonna quickly take a brief look at it you know it's a nice well put together website you can

See they have an affiliate program a Chrome extension Integrations knowledge base use cases uh you know Amazon description grader blog title generator a bunch of different stuff they have their blog all right um let's take a look at their pricing real quick and then we'll dive in um so we here we have here their monthly and yearly pricing so we're gonna look at the monthly pricing we can see here if you do do the yearly you get two months additionally for

Free and um and rollover credits so basically that means if you do do the yearly your roll over credits the credits that you generate here um you know they don't disappear on a month-to-month basis if you don't use them all right so they have three main plans you know two main ones and then they have their Enterprise one where you have to contact them but to start off we have their starter plan 19 bucks per month uh you get Integrations and

App support 75 credits which is basically 40 000 words up to uh 20 plagiarism Checkers per month uh their starter plan comes with workflow queue project file sharing bulk descriptions bulk content generator generation bulk Import and Export custom templates Integrations uh their credits here and there are 20 plagiarism Checkers and then test credits 25 per month personalized copy all right and then their Pro or the professional plan is 59 bucks per month you get the same stuff except you get 400

Credits per month so up to 215 000 words and then a hundred plagiarism Checkers per month um looks like majority of everything else is the same and then the Enterprise plan you get a dedicated account manager unlimited credits and words or up to unlimited credits and words unlimited plagiarism trackers um um yeah oh yeah and the pro has five team members allowed the starter has two Enterprise has ten and that's pretty much it so without a due let's dive into the

Dashboard so I just created a new account so we're on the trial right now um of the pro version I believe so let's begin the magic we can't wait to see all the amazing content you'll create so you can either choose I want to create copy or I want to rewrite copy I already have so that's a cool feature right off the bat it's not just able to create copy but you can actually it does have I believe a built-in uh

Rewriter which is cool a lot some of the itools have this some don't I always like it it's a cool feature to have because you can rewrite copy and uh it just makes things a lot easier that way so let's just for this case do we are going to want to create copy right they have an onboarding video here is their files tab so you can organize your projects folders and systems and you can set everything up we'll just quickly go

Through this quick tour bulk copy so save time with bulk copy and create multiple Generations at a time teams so use team feature to manage your team you know invite team member team members assign them files track the status of the workflow queue and set up your team profile and then add on so this is where you can connect different Integrations right so we'll take a look at that this is where you can see your account and that's pretty much it

So um you know we see the files section like we talked about so this is pretty cool it's actually a nice uh very nice put together you know place for your projects you have your all files your bookmarked and then your project so you can add projects like such and it looks like you can have your files within there so I actually like this interface for the projects better than a lot of other AI writers and you can actually click over

Here and change the lookout whether you want like the box look out where you want the filters showing so you can filter things or if you don't want it showing all right or if you just want the uh you know this this type of spreadsheet type look you can easily create a new file just up here by um clicking the Plus or the create button and then you can create a file or a project or bulk copy so bulk copy so

With a click of a button create thousands of amazing product descriptions at online ads social media content and more so this is interesting um I don't know too much about what this actually is but um let's kind of take a look and see so if I wanted to create a social media caption I can just do this um business business name the template name the project it's gonna just be an uncategorized export purposes automatically download CS the results of CSV sure

Um settings English output English right so you can change the input and the output of the language which is pretty cool Ali's expert voice so unfamiliar with Ali click here to see how to her subject matter expertise can help you optimize your content who is Ali Ali is a AI researcher so I guess this is just the AI so you can change her voice to 19 uh men's apparel women's fashion technology travel I mean um interesting I guess I don't anyways

So creativity variation so you can this is pretty uh standard with a lot of AI tools you can change the very uh variation of the creativity and I'm assuming this will um you know basically determine how much credits are actually used or how much words we're using for the credits you can change the max content length the number of versions generated we'll just do one or maybe two all right and now we'll go and we'll make this we don't need it

That long okay next I'll upload except the CSV file based on the example file within an application okay so I guess this is if you're doing a bulk option and you can give it multiple inputs so I'm just curious to see what this looks like near social media caption okay so yeah you would download the CSV you would put in your keywords for uh for the Post you would put in the topic so learn how to use artificial intelligence to improve

Your workflow whatever you're talking about and then the file name and you could just create multiple different rows and do bulk Generations which is kind of cool this is something that see bulk copy this is something that not too many tools have that I've seen so that is could potentially be handy if you need to create a bunch of content quickly and you don't want to go through a manual tedious task of just clicking and or you know or hiring someone

From your team or whatever the case may be so in the team section you can change your team details so we could go executive stride um www.executivestride.com helping entrepreneurs grow their business just keeping it very basic uh product keywords marketing agency coaching [Music] business growth all right pre-fill inputs by defaults that's cool we can try that um oh so I guess each keyword marketing agency coach consultant that's that's good for now so I guess in even in the team details so

I could set up a team such as this company etc etc and I can pre-fill certain details so I believe that if you're creating components or copy within this company um a lot of that those details will be pre-filled which is pretty interesting and pretty cool we can maybe see some of that later so workflow Q okay so this is actually where you can set up workflow cues and then like assign them to your team which is interest which is cool

Too especially if you have other like multiple team members working within or uh copy Smith and then the add-on section so add-on management work hard not smarter with Integrations so you can show API keys so we could modify add-on subscription uh so activates so features additional team seats Integrations here we go so you can connect with Shopify Google ads Google Docs zapier which then allows you to connect with you know thousands of apps and then phrase as well so phrase instantly

Generate main keywords and topics that are associated on a score for recommended keyword frequency for your long form content so phrase is something that's similar to something as Surfer SEO or neuron writer I did both of those videos I did long form reviews and guides through those tools so if you want to check those out you can on the channel but this is really cool I like when AI tools integrate with something like phrase or Surfer SEO like Jasper AI integrates

With Surfer SEO and I think that's very powerful because that allows um you know the copy that you're generating to in natively integrate with a tool like that and then you can optimize it for SEO purposes and it's just super cool I also like when they and integrate with Google Docs because I love using Google Docs and it just makes things a lot easier which is where you know the things like this Chrome extension comes in I see you can integrate

With Microsoft Word HootSuite so if you use HootSuite for posting directly through on social media platforms you can do that woocommerce uh I'm surprised if they don't have a WordPress integration but since they have woocommerce but anyways so you can request API as well to get started um if you want to utilize their API and that's pretty much it they have their Community Library here so it looks like they have um what are these so okay so these are just different

Um Community basic uh basically templates that people have made so we could like save this to account save this template right and even creative Story boom save and you can click on it and see what inputs are required and the generated content that are is an example so that's pretty cool um now now that we've gone through pretty much all the main like all the X like other uh tabs within the dashboard let's get to the nitty gritty the me and

Potatoes of this tool which is of course their uh you know components and their content tools right so now we're here is the create section so what would you like to create so write a n about uh you know why I guess so write eight uh like I could do write a let's see um I don't know Instagram [Music] ad okay so I'm curious I don't know if like Tinder bio I don't I if you write something that isn't already within

Their component I wonder if it actually works Nintendo bar about how awesome I am curious if that will actually work because they don't have a Tinder bio component write a tender Bob about how awesome I am I'm very awesome I have a great sense of sense of humor I'm smart and I'm a great listener I also I'm also a great friend and I always put my friends first that's pretty cool that you can literally just if like you can use this

If they don't have a component um I don't know how great it's gonna be for certain things but you can see here we'll go through their components right now and see what they have but I guess that would maybe be what your custom is so yeah you can seen the two Community components that we added are gonna show up in the custom section and you can also generate custom Uh custom custom tools ourselves and we'll see what that kind of looks

Like I don't know if we'll actually be able to do that in this video I don't want to make it too too long but we'll check it out but let's look over the tools to start off we have enhancement sections so content rewriter content rewriter to V2 uh beta and then content enhancer social media captions bullet point expanders sales email generator content expander and brainstorming we have ADD headlines list of cold content ideas paid pain benefit solution Ada framework ad ideas

Create a blog I'm just gonna star everything that I think is interesting article summary listicle bullet point expander content expander so actually some really cool components some of them are actually unique which I like and then add so we have social media captions Facebook ads ad headlines Google ads Instagram ads ad ideas LinkedIn ad text Carousel ad e-commerce we have product descriptions social media captions landing pages broad Essence brand Essence Amazon product description Instagram product description sales email generator unique value

Proposition FAQ ideas sales email subject lines short email marketing template eBay product description Etsy click part flip cart uh product reviews and then made for you we have article some yeah so these are the ones that I favorited on some other ones I guess but let's to start off I guess we'll look at their long form Creator because this is like one of the most important things a you know copywriting tool can have in my opinion so uh we'll do how

To start a successful e-commerce drop shipping store in 2022 it doesn't really matter keep it in uncategorized for now boom so this is their long form editor uh let's see how this looks so we can see the character count here we have the basic stuff of any long-form editor check copy uniqueness so this is actually their plagiarism tracker which is cool that they have that there you can assign it so we'll assign this to myself and you can assign the status

So I like that generate more SEO oh so SEO oh I like this so enter search query to see recommendations so let's try this boom so we typed in the title there let's see what we get oh gosh we had a weight there all right let's see what comes up Okay cool so now it just generated some actual keywords which is really cool actually that they have this wow so this is all integrated we're not even using freeze at the moment

And this is just all integrated so you can click these if you wanted to that's not really that useful in just clicking them but you can generate these keywords here which are pretty cool and you can kind of see the how many I don't know if this is how many times you should place them so zero to four I believe so one two or maybe it's just pulling this data how many times the source had those words I don't know but

That's pretty useful and cool the only thing is I I don't know if it stays there when you go to the next tab which would be cool to have so add more request content so generate content according to your request content rewriter content enhancer blog ideas blog intro blog outline bullet point expander and then product description uh edit long form settings so we can change the tone to neutral friendly funny professional adventurous luxurious we can change the variation of creativity um

We'll keep it all the same for now input text so write an example paragraph intro so let's do blog ideas to start out so our Target keyword um I guess Drop Shipping okay we'll just keep yeah it's funny that that the example shows here is actually what we're doing pretty much start an e-commerce store generate let's see we're getting some blog ideas even though we kind of already have one but okay so wow so it generated like a bunch wow that

Was pretty quick so generally one two three four five different um potentials so like I paste this here so seven tips to starting a successful drop should we store in 2022 as e-commerce landscape he continues to evolve Drop Shipping has become more popular business model for entrepreneurs Drop Shipping allows you to sell products without carrying any inventory which can be a great way to start your business with limited cap capital to be successful with Drop Shipping there are a few things

Allows okay before I give some my opinion so the blog description um it kind of seems like what I put here for the blog description got and put it in with the um the blog outline so I I mean a lot of other AI tools when you generate a Blog outline it will be based upon the title and it will generate you know the kind of the talking points or the headlines um which could maybe be better [Music] um but I

Don't know we'll have to kind of let me just finish this real quick and then we'll see what we uh have here so generate content accordingly product description bullet point expander okay so I guess we would probably want to use this bullet point expander okay we can try this I don't know if this is the right one that we should be using but we'll try it we're just gonna put in three bullet points you can add keywords to avoid if you

Want but we'll just click generate see what we get oh I may just expand okay this is that's actually I don't think that's what we were supposed to use let's see maybe request generate content according to the request uh what will this do input content write an example paragraph this will help just does that no uh content rewriter content enhancer blog ideas blog intro plug outline um okay so so we can continue doing this the one thing I will say about

Their long-form editor is it doesn't look like at least from what I'm seeing is all the tools that we saw like if I go to create it seems like there's a lot more tools over here like so many different tools not crazy amount but a lot more tools and we were able to access in the long form editor which kind of isn't uh ideal I wish we could uh access every single tool in the long form editor because that's uh you

Know it allows more customization ability but let's see blog if I go to blogs look outline hmm okay so maybe I guess the bullet point expander could be the best option that we could use maybe long form content if I go to uncategorized um and then we go to just try generate more or maybe we can try this highlight so if we go to request content generate let's see what we get maybe this is what we should have used what's the

Contents I don't know what that first one was all about smartphone [Music] oh wait let me try this one just in case because maybe some of these bullet points aren't that good um okay we'll try this generate so Drop Shipping can be a lucrative business model let's see what we get this post may contain affiliate links and I would be okay so no so I don't know what type of I mean this one maybe is not bad what's great about Drop

Shipping is that the it's quite foreign to retailer so now honestly these Generations don't seem that good um I don't know if I'm using the correct tab I'll try this again maybe so blog intro I want to be blog intro no wait maybe no okay wait we can no I don't think it would be blog intro um okay we can try this bullet point so I guess what this all you need is actually to put in one bullet point okay the

Thing I don't like about this as well is that it'd be easier if I can just put in the bullet point here and the AI looks at the title because right now I gave input about saying freeze up time and resources to focus on other aspects of the business what did we actually get here wait let me try one more time okay well we can try that for now to be honest like I know that like this blog that I'm generating

Right here maybe if I had better talking points um I feel like it's not okay that's the last one in today's despite his popularity okay so this is probably yeah so this is actually how you would want to generate the blog but I would here that's what it's probably I'm curious if Okay so this doesn't have Drop Shipping mentioned in it so I'm curious if the AI will does actually actually read the title and factors that in as well some vendors

Consider it unfair competition offer product or service so much of their own I feel okay so I don't it's hard to see this kind of is a little bit relevant so it may read the title from what I can see uh some vendors and their products they're on record for this okay so I think it does from what I can see here potentially yeah undercutting so that's good um that's good that they have that in their long form editor so we'll

Just for example go like this because I don't see a word count in here maybe I'm missing it I see a character count but obviously a word count is important let's paste that in there so we got about just under 3000 words so 2800 Words which is a good amount so we did this fairly quickly you know it probably if like if I wasn't talking throughout the whole thing and just doing it on myself it probably would have been under uh

Five to ten minutes right it's probably still around that time so obviously you know a lot of it isn't as relevant as I'd like I would actually spend a bit more time switching out some of these um these talking points and so now I kind of got the understanding of how you should really use it it is a bit it's like similar to other AI tools on how to generate blogs but it is a little bit different just getting used to

Some of these tools so just to recap you want to to write a blog you want to first start off by using the blog ideas all right then the blog intro then the blog outline and then the bullet point expander right so it goes actually in the exact order that it's listed here and then if you want to um the cool thing is they do have the feature of uh I don't really this request content according to your requests I mean

I don't fully understand exactly what it's doing the content rewriter so re-haul your repetitive email chain landing page copy or essay so you can actually rewrite your content content enhancer so tweak and refine your content so then you can make enhancements to your actual blog with the AI or of course doing it manually so other than that I don't want to make this video too long I kind of wanted to just go over how to actually use copy Smith to write

A blog what my thoughts are on it in general I think it's a good decent tool I think the pricing is uh you know somewhat fair for for in terms of the word count you're getting it's not my favorite AI copy running tool at least from what I'm seeing here you know I I like some other tools better that I've referred done reviews on on to this channel so if you're new to this channel make sure to check some of those
