A new webinar I I think what is this get edit webinar get links view analytics edit tags so you can add tags automate these were just already here so you can create your own like automated active you can change the style add tags like if you have a bunch of webinars you can like use those for tracking and filtering so yeah you can filter by active automated whatever uh you can get links so let's see what this does this is really

Cool that it gives you all of them so you can get the registration Link watchroom Link replay room link control room link one thing I'm noticing here is like I guess they're all webinar kit branded I don't know if that's and then what's this embeddable form okay so that's cool you get the embeddable forms for signing up okay so that's good um let's exit that yeah so one thing I'll check to go back here let's go to settings and custom domain

Let's see how much this is so use your entire webinar card software on your own domain um this is one thing I don't really like you have to pay for a custom domain come on like just give it in the lifetime that's what I feel like that's what I feel like they should do but whatever um let's go to the actual stuff here so let's show you kind of the main stuff so you can view analytics here this is just a

Test one I made um I was planning on doing a video on this uh a while ago so I made this test one this is not something that uh we've used at all so you can reset data and analytics you can see your registrants your sessions your engagement your conversion your traffic you know a bunch of different stuff there webinar drop off time so you can really optimize things with the all-time last seven days last week last month or custom whatever

Right that's really good from a marketing standpoint from an analytics standpoint let's go ahead and edit this webinar so we can change the name the title the webinar duration all right this will show up in the um the opt-in page all right you can change the logo here toggle attendee sign in required so you could enable this so This setting only applies to the webinar watchroom link only um if you want to share the webinar watch link directly without requiring attendees

Sign in make sure this setting is off please see our tutorial all right so if you want to make sure that they have to sign in you could turn that on um okay so name title webinar presentators so you could you can just add your webinar presentators here so I added myself founder of executive stride you can add a longer biography press enter email image right and then you can add multiple presenters right so so there one now I just selected

Myself before I wasn't selected so now boom selected toggle schedules so toggle instant watch so enable or disable instant launch with instant watch enabled the dates for your webinar will be hidden allowing visitors to your registration page to enter their information and join the webinar session immediately so if you wanted it that that's exactly what it says it explains exactly what it is just in time sessions so these are basically enabler disabled just in time sessions for your webinar if just

In time sessions are enabled your webinar will always have a slot time slot available when someone visits your registration page so this will be like someone goes to your page the webinar is just about to start in like five minutes right um so you can edit here just in time sessions number of sessions to display so you can change that so the settings affects how many just in time sessions are displayed on your registration page if just in time sessions are

Enabled so you could change this so there's like different ones minutes between each session so you could do 15 yeah so 15 minutes is the lowest and then there's 180 minutes and everything in between all right so you can go edit that scheduled webinar date so you could add specific scheduled webinar days if you want okay so that is that next so you would do all that stuff next you would do the video so you can upload a webinar video you

Can just upload the URL so you can do use URL or use so right now use URLs enabled but you could also just upload a video right that's really cool then you go next this is where you can design your webinar registration page your webinar thank you page and your replay page okay so um you can clone these two I guess so um yeah let's preview some of these let's preview one of them so here's an example of a webinar registration

Page so boom this is what you can get something like this you there's a few templates too so open our open webinar page editor so it's a decent editor it's not like anything super crazy you don't really like need something insanely crazy um so select templates here's some templates so that's good that they provide you templates you can preview some of these check them out right and uh yeah you could use whatever template you want and you can customize them exactly

How you see fit okay and then page style you can change the style uh you know the colors of pretty much everything background image enable background effect so Spectrum colors so yeah um page content upper content so this is where you can actually change the text like so so it's not like a very Dynamic editor page editor it's not like something like go high level or even like click funnels where you can just edit it like visually like yeah you can

Do that but you're gonna have to go into the side menu change some of this which is fine and then yeah you can show countdown timer hide countdown timer show presentators hide presentators show recent registrant activity um does that do show registering activity pop-up so this is show or how to smell pop-up that displays recent registrants for this webinar that's cool that's actually pretty cool uh page labels so um first name last name email hint so yeah those are just the

Labels that you can change so we could change presented by or days right here these are just all these different labels okay um page opt-in so you can decide what field you want if you want custom Fields or not so pretty basic stuff let's actually exit this editor you can do the same thing with the thank you page so I'll just show you what that looks like right now thanks for registering so it's going to give you the link it's going

To allow them to add it to their calendar Google or Outlook share on Facebook or Twitter so really good stuff there it's all Dynamic and then replay page editor so your eye-catching replay page title so I actually haven't edited this but um and yeah I would not use a YouTube url I would actually upload it ideally I think I don't I didn't try I don't know if I tried uploading it or not but yeah I would upload it if you can

Just so you don't have these recommended videos here or you could use something like Vimeo with the uh bit analytics Etc okay so you would edit this edit this this is like what your replay page will look like and yeah and then next then you were you can Target brand logo questions live chat public chat redirect after webinar ends webinar offer settings so this is really cool so toggle whether the offer will display in the webinar washroom so you can display

Offers URLs like all these things right toggle offer timer webinar Pool schedule settings so you can add a pool right you can select when it shows up when it ends all this stuff webinar handout settings so you can give out handouts all right webinar chat simulator so you can add chat messages like I was showing you username text right when it displays you can structure webinar this way uh webinar watch from labels these are labels again when you're done with that

You can save and then hit next and then confirmation emails so you can have edit this you can see what the text will be here it's going to be dynamic Fields here letting them know when the webinar is showing up two day reminder emails one day reminder emails you can enable disable these three hour reminder emails 30 minutes attended webinar emails did not watch webinar email so it literally pre gives you all of these which is really cool in and of

Setting that up for sure um and then webinar sharing right and you just click complete and you can also add the uh so I think I saw some scripts and stuff so you could add like a Facebook pixel all these things in there sub accounts this is the agency stuff you can create new sub accounts here and other than that that's pretty much it that's pretty much the basics of webinar kit really cool tool really useful and it's gonna save you

A bunch of money opposed to the Alternatives right and uh you know these just in time type webinars they're good like it's not it doesn't it's not as uh I don't want to say it's not as like like back in like a few it used to be really really popular it's not as popular as it used to be which doesn't necessarily mean it's not you can't it's not as good as it used to be but it's like a lot of people
