Available I'm going to go over what the actual pricing is on their website but uh honestly right now I'm like watch us reviewing fully and see what my opinions are Etc I've I've been working with a lot I've literally tried all the time tracking apps like literally all of them and I'll show you which ones and I'll dive through how I compare you know the benefits of track me composed to that like the pros and cons of Shakopee uh compared to

A lot of the top guys in the space that you may be using all right so I've been working with like with lar you know large teams in the Philippines as well as you know uh based in uh Canada and United States for the last uh four or five years you know running different online businesses digital marketing agencies Etc helping clients so we uh we use we really rely on time tracking apps and there's a few different ones that we've used

Like which I'll show you but let me just go over the actual track it'd be pricing first before I get into all that so track B it has actually amazing website like I was actually very Blown Away it looks like there are actually a very established company I would say like you can see they actually got a lot of rewards here um a lot of good reviews integration so it's honestly it's just okay I I want to like try to hold

In my opinions until kind of near the end or as I'm going through the tool but it's just such a great uh tool in my opinion um you'll see I do a lot of reviews on this YouTube channel we upload videos every single day so make sure to subscribe and turn on post notifications but there are tools where I'll review ones on appsuma or whatever and I'm like ah you know it's not I wouldn't recommend it for it's not for me

You know it could be for you maybe but it's not for me but this tool so I'm not just saying it's a good tool you know and I actually have proof that I'll show you as to why it's such a great tool and it's such a great deal on appsumo and I've literally like I'll show you we've we've we've run large teams that track time every single every single week we pay people in the Philippines people in the US people in

Canada uh for certain things different admin tests third fan appointment setting tasks Etc we help Place uh appointment Setters into our clients businesses Etc so certain certain pay structures sometimes we have paying employees or appointment Setters or contractors for commission sometimes it's hourly based sometimes it's hourly plush commission so it really depends we have different structures but time tracking is a big big key factor and even if you're doing a commission-based job or or even for yourself as a founder or

A project manager or whatever your role is you need to be tracking your time because believe it or not you just thinking in your head oh I'm working this this this this this this you'd be so surprised and be like okay where how am I being productive where can I be more productive where am I actually spending my time you know am I you know online looking at you know just stuff that doesn't actually grow my business where am I you

Know so you can see the holes you know on a day-to-day on a weekly on a monthly on a yearly you need to be collecting data and data is one of the biggest things to look at as a marketer as a business as an entrepreneur you need data because then you need to make data based decisions you can't just make decisions based on a whim an emotional feeling of how you think or how you're feeling if you're saying oh why is

So you can read that roadmap is coming soon zapier integration which is a beautiful thing all right so let's just get into the pricing as you can see they have a desktop and mobile app so it's not like one of these ones where there's like I don't want to even say they're new because they're not very new I would say but they're they're kind of on they're not I want to say unknown I want to downplay them but like it was

I they're not the first like if you search up top time tracking apps you're gonna find some of the others offers I'll show you in this video and I you may not find this tool right so I'm kind of just giving you guys this tool if you didn't already know I'm like it's one of those tools too where I was like hmm should I share this tool yes I'm going to share this tool because I believe in giving value I make

A YouTube video a day and I want you guys to just have the best tools and have this information you know certain information yeah you yeah you can pay for certain information and you know get coaching and whatnot but I believe in just you know which we do obviously but uh you know I'm come for an abundance mindset where we're always improving our like our services and our programs and I don't come from scarcity where I'm like oh I shouldn't share

This information you know information is scarce no there's an abundance of information if you're really the real deal and have a good you know product or whatever you're selling then don't feel scarcity when sharing to certain things you know if you're creating content Etc anyways so starter package zero dollars so you could actually test this out before buying uh just if you're gonna get the app to Modio you if you're gonna test it out and you're planning on getting that Sumo

Deal you may want to use a different email just a heads up I don't know some appsumo deals it's just it's just like when you sign up you have it to use the code you have to you know use the email and you can't have a free trial so I don't know if it's one of those ones it could be though so just just keep that in mind if you want to be safe so four or five users you can see

This actually still would it's like very fair pricing in my opinion if you look at some of the competitors so business business plus you have 25 bucks per month for five users 25 bucks per month for five users a lot of other tools it's like 20 bucks a month or 10 bucks a month or a month for each user right and one thing I like about this is they don't have I believe full-time screen recording which is like you don't really

Need to like monitor your employees like in that level but they have screenshot capturing which is super cool and super valuable up to 50 users and employees unlimited number companies up to 150 so you can read this there there right so it is very fair pricing you get the monthly or annual billing and say 20 all right they have a desktop and mobile app so we'll get into that too so track okay but up as well so at the moment like

I'll tell you our what we've used in the past so before recently we're using so I've used I like I said I've used all the like the big tools um but let me see so there's toggle clockify get Harvest and then all right so I was having a few issues with the sound at this point so I am doing a uh talking over the video right now just uh as it's going now so the sound actually did get cut out but

As you can see I'm looking at the toggle pricing plan uh zero bucks a month for up to five users nine bucks a month for per user so like I said it's a per user base is 18 bucks for their premium per user uh and that's on the annual so if you go to the monthly it's actually 20 bucks 10 bucks so it's actually not uh cheaper than time doctor time doctor is around the same amount maybe even more right and

Then Harvest let's look at the pricing for Harvest we have zero bucks for the free which is nothing and then 10 bucks for annual monthly and then monthly is 12 bucks and this is all per user per C right so it just really doesn't look like it makes sense uh to be honest so Harvest is a lot more expensive than trackabee um and it I don't even know if it has even amount of features to be honest um oh yeah it

Is a lot more expensive and yeah so let me look at the time or clockify we have here clockify so clockify is actually the tool we were recently using specifically where we had our whole team on board onto it it's a pretty good tool and you can make do with the free version for actually a good amount of time um and it has some good useful features but uh let me just see here we have calendar all this good stuff apps

To have a phone app as well as a desktop app of course and their free plan is decent you know but if you're looking to get to their pay plans to get the more features I believe it's somewhere between um on the pricing upgrade we have the pricing here at three dollars four bucks a month five bucks a month seven bucks a month are eight bucks a month and 11 bucks a month and this is per user as well I mean

It is the cheapest out of all of them besides traffic of course but it is at a per user basis right just in that track could be completely blockified doesn't even have screenshots I believe it may and some of their higher tier plans right I'm not going to completely bash all these tools like these tools are good but here let's get just let's get right into traffic I'm not gonna keep talking and whatever currently we only have I've been testing this

With one employee I just added them I have I can invite 25 up to 25 employees so uh we're probably gonna make the switch fully like we what we are right but I was testing it for about two weeks or so just with one employee doing some tasks like it was a tool I bought maybe a month ago and I just wasn't using it but like I knew it was really good just from like just looking at it and whatever and

Doing some research I just was I've just been so busy and obviously what not so cool thing is they have personal Tab and Company tab so you have dashboard insights so I just have one like I said I have one current uh just employee right now um but obviously we're gonna add all the others probably uh probably uh so it's uh Friday right now probably sometime next week to be honest uh we just have I just have a lot of stuff

On our play right now but uh so yeah you can see we have company insights personal insights so I I'm gonna actually start using this myself as well for personal time tracking I have uh there's actually just one good app it's called um time a Time doctor maybe I'll let you guys know later but it's it's pretty good it like automatically tracks stuff on your on your desktop so I use it like I don't even have to turn it on if

I just have it downloaded it tracks everything with my time so I just get to see um where like if I'm wasting time Etc on certain things or where I can optimize my my workflow but I'm gonna start using this tracker B so it has a desktop app and a mobile app I'm not going to go ahead and like pull up my mobile phone on here like I have an app that I can do that maybe I will in later videos

But they do have a nice mobile app let me just say that um it's a pretty good app but here's the desktop app now we have settings web app about they have great help sections and everything but you can see your timesheet here your summary you see the top apps right that you're using 92 percent six percent uh Etc so like there's so many features in this tool I'm not gonna do a full like every single feature because that lack will

Literally make this video about two hours probably um if I really just didn't give you my opinion it would maybe be like an hour and a half um so yeah you can just add like stuff so you can manually add stuff you can choose for a specific client like we I just literally I've just been testing things like literally haven't done much in this tool whatsoever I just started you know I just was like testing around like we currently we're not

Even doing like typically like a lot of project-based stuff like we do do that like obviously like I typically use click up for all that stuff um it's not our main like we have it done for you uh aspect to our programs right so we have a court like we have court like we basically are our our solution is like uh High ticket accelerator course with coaching implementation coaching and then done for you aspect as well so it was literally the

Best of all worlds so all of our project management stuff and like actually like for we don't do like done for you like certain done for you aspects may not be needed for certain clients right like we may help clients sit up certain done for you prospecting uh systems or whatever um so it really depends on on the specific specific use case we build like custom growth plans and all that good stuff so um but yeah I mean you can use

Track a beat which maybe we will in the future like click up has a great time tracking tool but the thing is it is like a monthly thing for each user um so like in terms of just time tracking um we actually made like may just completely go to track it be for every single thing just because it's like any little thing you can do just to save money on your back end like when you're running a business it's just powerful

It's just super powerful like there's that's really a it's not about how much money you make yeah I can show you how to make 100K a month or more right but if you're only taking home like there's people that are like I'm making 100K in a month and they're taking home like their profit margins are like below 50 or whatever like okay cool yeah they're taking home like okay if you're only profiting like 30k or 20 like it's just like I

Look at I know people like this and I've helped people right even close friends or clients obviously I don't have any judgment towards it but it's like okay yeah you need to solve some stuff like you need uh like why are you paying so much for certain uh like yes you need to like um you know reward your team and build it like a very solid team but there's certain things so many people are just spending money on things that aren't

Actually uh like worth it in their business and then it's like when they hire us it's like or work with us because it's not really like you know hiring but it's just like they're getting so much more value for for whatever like like instantly like you typically we can save a client like so much more money that covers the cost of the program and they just make so much more money as well it's just like yeah so I mean that's kind

Of where it's at I mean we're probably gonna soon raise prices and this and that for certain things but I mean honestly too I just at the end of the day I'm all about like scale and just adding value to clients so it's not one of those things where I care so much about that but anyways that's a little bit of a ramble but you could probably get some value from that but uh yeah so this is the desktop thing desktop

App you can choose the project the client so I could create different projects you can even have tasks kind of so like a little task manager type thing you can save save new um Etc I'm not gonna go ahead and do that right now but you can manually add time in right overtime normal you could add like you know those tags to the time um or you could just like pre here I'll show you an example press this and I'm tracking

My time right and I could like add the details for it right and then I could save for example right oh and you can set like like uh expectations so you are expected to log at least eight hours for the current date right um but you can also change that obviously so let's just go through personal real quick so we have dashboard you can see the different projects hours recently active projects you assigned like just a full calendar like you're you

Should be probably pretty acquainted and understand how calendars and stuff work you can see a nice dashboard view there I'm not gonna waste your time and go over every single thing about the dashboard or about the calendar so timesheets you can start the timer as well in the uh the web app here so you can start timer manually add timer or you can import stuff maybe if you're using another tool you can import stuff here if you want your old data

You can see your leaves and you know this stuff like it it's really like they have so many things that is uh optional depending on you know how what your business is how you actually run things if you're doing things like leaves and uh holidays and all this stuff whatever uh so import so you can link your first source and import stuff which is pretty cool you can have connections get lab GitHub toggle so you can you're currently with toggle you

Can just import everything bit bucket uh Harvest like we talked about so settings you can set your working hours so boom and say your notifications so running time or reminder boom no running timer reminder that's pretty cool like notifications just remind yourself then the company dashboard so weekly at monthly previous you can see that you can see all the stuff here you can filter by client by project this week next week right you can go ahead and click on your specific

Invitations former employees invite import Etc all right you just email you know all you need is the email and boom instead of teams so I literally haven't added all their departments I was just testing around admin team grow team sales team Etc achievements so this is really cool you can gamify a lot of stuff I haven't experimented too much with this you do like new achievement you can add like the Emoji right so it could be like a rocket ship for

This one achievement could be like uh op G achievement and um right so this could be run periodically here in once maybe armor points let's just say 100 I don't know PowerPoints the number of points uh users after earning current achievement user I think they need to add like achievements so added work off work at least a specific amount of time participating money project working over like I don't know um so you can do a lot of different things here I'm

Not going to go through them all you can read them but like there's so many options right testing things right now save for preview actually fill out the fields marked in red so hours time thousand hours okay I think as an example boom that's like kind of cool you can like track things within the team gamify stuff you know create a good culture there you can add rules and see like what they actually get access to so employee manager owner these

Are the default ones you can add comments right so owner gets access to everything manager get access to a lot of stuff but some are um you know not uh enabled and then employee gets asked access to limited things right then settings you can change the company logo the name the sub domain right the company brief tax ID all this stuff if you'd like subscription so you can see your subscription app similar lifetime deal good subscription I don't know what like

Let me see I think it's stackable packing info each code so that's cool like I don't even know if there's a limit for the stacking for too much guys if you don't know with appsumo you have a 60-day money-back guarantee with like all the tools so every tool I show you guys you can get a refund like I literally got a refund today it's instant uh well it's instant if you want the credits in your appsumo account but if you want

Them back on your card it takes like 14 days so whatever right so like worst case like if like it's just such a no-brainer I'm not even like there's like with this tool it's just such a no-brainer in my opinion right uh business users 25 users appsum audio so I'm probably gonna add like at least another code soon uh general settings maybe two to be honest Just for future proof for companies like really like future proof I spend 200 bucks right

USD I get 75 employees to use this time tracking tool I will probably never have to worry about time tracking tools again for at least like two to three two to three years maybe you know depending on uh how how rapidly we scale um you know at least yeah so I mean if I spend 300 bucks that's 100 employees right like and it's a lifetime deal you know how much you would have to pay for one of these tools say if

You have so 25 employees right ten dollars let's just say like on the low end with some of these tools not even their best plan like with this lifetime deal you get I think pretty much like their top top plan nothing's really limited um and if you were paying for 25 employees on one of these other plans I showed you toggled is that whatever even on their ten dollar plan like a lot of them that's like you need to pay for

The 20 the 25 plan per user so let's just say a little ten dollar plan 25 users right what is that 25 times 10 that's uh 250 bucks per um per month right that's just on that's like that's literally two and a half times the the lifetime deal of trackabee per month though like you just pay one time for a hundred hundred bucks and you get that when you one of these tools other these on 101 on comparative to these other

Tools you pay you would be paying 250 bucks per month for uh for 25 users right you want to so 250 bucks for 25 users on one of these tools that you get limited features because you're not even paying the 20 per month which is the higher program on most of them um and then which which I could be you could buy two codes and have 50 users for freaking Lifetime and and you're still it's you you get 50 users for

A lifetime with a better tool in my opinion or you pay 25 bucks per month or 250 bucks per month or 25 users right so it's still it's still less if you're getting two codes it's just so such a such an obvious thing right so I'm giving this free value like a lot this tool is like popular I guess maybe but it's not like super popular right at least from what I've seen so kind of like given like if you're looking

For a Time tracking tool it's really like kind of the obvious option in my opinion like if you guys know any other tracking tools that are better let me know with like pricing and like features and everything but I really haven't I doubt it because I haven't seen any of that like are like this like look at all the features I'm not gonna go through every single one if you want me to make a video maybe later going through like specific

You're growing a business like you need a Time tracking tool if you have any sort of employees whether it's uh based in Canada us or the Philippines or Jamaica or uh um India wherever it doesn't really matter UK doesn't matter you need a Time tracking software um we've used clockify we've used time doctor I know people who use those so I'm from this video and they're probably gonna thank me um but yeah it's just a great tool you can literally buy
