A lot of good things about this too I've heard a lot of people uh pissed off that they missed out on the initial um you know appsumo launch and I was one of those people I was like damn I kind of want this tool and I was even gonna like you know pay a lot more for it but potentially I was thinking about it but uh but luckily you know just a stroke of luck you know it actually returned to appsumo

So I was very happy about that um let me actually walk you through it now so that's super okay I actually picked up tier three because it's only 200 bucks and also two guys um where is it if we look at the pricing on their on their site here okay so basically actually tier three is basically this um I think tier one is yeah it's basically the same tears I believe tier one one team member yeah two gigabytes one terabyte yeah

So it's basically the same tiers you're literally paying 20 or 80 bucks more basically 88 bucks more for this business plan and you get it for a lifetime instead of having to pay it monthly and then the you know so just a no-brainer if you want this tool oh that's on the annual so yeah you're actually only paying you're actually paying um 50 bucks more and you have this plan for life if you were going to play it on a monthly

Basis right so makes the most sense to get it now if you were planning on getting it let's kind of dive in I literally just got this tool I literally just created the account haven't even set anything up really um I was playing around before when I was debating on buying it from my buddy um I was debating I was so I was playing around on a free trial account um so but I didn't set much up right so we'll kind

Of go through it I'm not going to go through every single nitty-gritty thing because there is a lot you can do in this tool and I don't want to make it super long of a video but let's fly through it really quickly here um here we have the home section all right we can see our different projects basically right here we can group them by clients we can uh filter by date or modify their name we can show large grid small

Grid or List view so a lot of different you know customizations there inbox so this would show Daily activity none is displayed yet obviously I haven't added any clients I haven't added any project this is client organizations so clients you can actually add new clients right here's where you would add a client so test you click create then that's your client name you can select their brand color right their main blank color and then you can upload their logos and you

Would upload this one using the primary colors on the white background the light background and this will be on the dark background so for example executive stride this black text would be right here and then I would use the logo with the white text for this one right the reverse next here we go save changes and there you have your client you can actually add your client's name and your your contact for that client so then I believe once you do

This they could actually log in like if I just do Josh pocock Josh I should probably get an email I'll check on my I yeah so Send email invite so now that I add the client and you can actually add multiple contacts um for that specific client which is super cool because lots of times obviously you may be working with clients that have Partners or whatever so let me just make this there I want that sticky and I'm gonna pull up

My email on the side here on my iPad I'm gonna check and see if I get an email okay and let me go Send email invite send and I could either send that email invite or I could copy this link this login link and they could just use that link boom I bought the email it says join executive strides portal so it's actually um right now it says super okay because I haven't added my custom email sender but I couldn't make

It so it sends from my email account right so that is really cool you can completely pretty much white label this tool which is really great um so this is how client contracts work boom boom boom only shareable documents will be visible so yeah you can actually you know change the permissions of what they can see what they can't see if you have your team in there what your team can see what the client can see and you can have it

To be different right um here's templates so templates or you can filter by dog types so all briefs proposals reusable blocks estimates and by collections all brief Essentials client sign-offs and approvals design project Discovery software development so briefs we have like web design brief this exam etc etc 10 minute uh design brief we have proposals web design proposal logo design proposal we have reusable blocks budget and time frames questionnaires company info questionnaire so you can use these and actually send them

To your client and then keep them within the super okay client portal right um you know I hope the cool thing would be to be honest if they could oh I guess you can do filter by both both ends of the spectrum if they had proposals like let me see let me go to here web design proposal let's put it in our demo project select folder we could just do shared and then proposal confirm and use template so this is the

Copy so I could toggle preview mode status approve not approve share public link export PDF move from share to a different folder um up here we have change document fonts duplicate move save to reasonable blocks um download as PDF right so here you can change your um your logo right here here you can change the background you can edit this it's kind of custom customizable it's similar uh interface to something like Panda doc now the one thing is I would say

Which I love I love Panda doc right I mentioned it before but if they could have let's see um remove this section if they could have let's see so here we have the contact contents which is pretty cool what see what so you can see the activity add action items um no change add note comments analysis or Analytics okay basically I think you can you should be able to add a signature um group multiple things columns section heading q a you

Can add ratings file uploads approval button allow clients to approve documents so one okay if they could actually have like basically like Panda Doc in here uh I don't know if it would work because this is not this is like a client portal thing if they could have it so you could send out proposals and then once the client completes the proposal that it creates their own like that'd be so amazing then this tool would like oh it'd be the best

But um as of now I think you can kind of just like create proposals and I don't even know if they have a sign signature aspect of it so it's not like you can really do yeah this is not even a contract right this is literally just like a proposal it looks like just kind of like approving the the scope of work and the the project which is good I mean it's useful yeah see look ready for next steps client name

And then approve so yeah like this is just a sign off like this this is not a legal binding contract or anything like that so um I would oh here's contract okay so replace this I think they I've seen it maybe in their videos where they may embed a panda Doc in here I don't know I'm gonna have to look into this uh I'll let you guys know if I find any like workarounds that are good for use doing something like

That but uh you can add buttons you can add images you can embed stuff so that's cool you can pretty much embed anything and you have q and A's and price breakdowns pricing tables Rich Text so there's a lot of different cool things in here I'm not gonna go through every single customization feature right now for the sake of time but you can see here that it has this breadcrumb feature right here so we can see all the stuff in our

Proposals you can actually see the pricing of The Proposal here so there's a 3K project and we have a 46k project uh this would be the shared thing so it's kind of like folders sort of like Google Drive type things but it's more I guess uh you know visually uh pleasing for like the whole client uh front side of things and it's white labeled so you know this is the company colors of executive stride right you have shared and private doc

Files here's our demo project right so this is what the client would see this is what you would see so I could click view as client it's actually going to open it up right here so you can actually brand this with your own domain I haven't done that yet right now it's just a super okay domain but I'm gonna do that later um so you can actually set up a little knowledge base user research marketing dashboard super okay roadmap whiteboard so

Here's a little road map docs and files action items timeline user research oh there it actually loaded it was uh it's an air table board it looks like so I think this is just an embedded thing yeah oh so that's airtable uh marketing research or marketing data dashboard let's see what we got okay so Google analytics right here nice um whiteboard this is Myro customer Journey so this is cool so that this is actually I'm kind of getting excited now because

Yes you could do this in a different tool like you could maybe make this a custom thing in notion or whatever something like that but I like this just because um there's a there's it's specific like you can create like it's this sole purpose is client portals like yes I could create some sort of custom thing and maybe some different tools or you could just throw everything and Google stuff whatever Google Drive folders but this is just a lot nicer in

My opinion right it's a lot nicer and we would embed I would like embed this in our stride sale CRM which is like ghl basically so um you could act like a client could access it within the CRM which would make everything super super efficient for them right so here they would have their logos obviously example logo right now um but yeah this is a demo project and you can have unlimited projects unlimited clients all right we'll come back to some

Of this in a second here's our library so reusable blocks you can add new reusable blocks here's like some of the examples so different Footers whatever case studies right team bios so you can actually add the members of your team and show them in certain areas billable Services um so you can change all this you know edit add new billable services so that is really cool um and then honestly like that's pretty much it I don't want to like you there's

A lot to do as you can see in this tool um if you want me to cover specific things ask me in the comments down below I could probably answer them for you or if it's like a thing that's a little bit bigger thing I can maybe make another video on this but I really just want to make these videos you know more bite-sized and digestible for you guys to update you all the tools if you want me to go in

Depth on some certain things ask me in the comments down below and I can uh do that for you but uh this is mainly it guys like you can create these beautiful looking cut client portals and dashboards and you can customize these so maybe I should show you a bit more about the customization feature so if I go to settings here oh yeah so this is important so it's actually your project stuff so this is what like I'm just editing the

Settings here but this would you would get the same things like this if you're um you know setting up a new project so we have project name client organization so you can link it to the client currency USD whatever language English portal branding so you can do light or dark mode mode you can change your main colors here you can change the dashboard header so it's either like on black or white you can do the background image so you can change

This change the capacity like so I can make this all black right because I'm having uh no no image or zero opacity and then portal defaults you can change those colors uh you can change the header font the paragraph font you can actually upload your own background like I said which I would do that later pin folders so you can pin like knowledge base folders you can pin folder I could pin the proposals or whatever that's going to show up I

Think at the top or something and then quick links you can add different quick links so YouTube channel Facebook Community super okay roadmap uh Twitter help support right and you can add the links you can change the icon logo here there's a bunch of different icons to choose from right you can actually load more there's like so many right so you can add your label your link open a new tab or not right so there's quick links embeddable apps so you

Can embed easily Miro airtable figma canva YouTube data Studio Loom Trello click up I love click up um and then yeah embed apps or your embeddable apps are shown here so you could like move these around whatever integration so we got intercom tidio uh HubSpot bot star frogged continually my Alice 13 shots send in blue chative custom code integration so you can actually add custom code and JavaScript so that's really really cool I'll probably experiment in some of that later and

Then your custom customized modules so you can customize the title icon and visibility of Porto modules so I can customize the title I can customize the custom title here and name right I can enable or disable sooner ones right by just using this toggle and that's that um you know here's like action items I went over that stuff but yeah there's just so much you can do here um I think we pretty much covered majority of it guys so that is
