QuillBot AI Paraphrasing Rewriter 🤖 WordTune Alternative Simplify Your Writing With AI - Josh Pocock

All right what's going on everybody Josh pocock here founder and CEO of executive stride in today's video we're going to be talking about a great tool called quill bot it's a tool that leverages AI to basically paraphrase and you can also rewrite different sentences and paragraphs in different ways we'll dive into all of it let's get right into it [Music] alright so here is the quill bot website now right when you go to the website you'll see it just loads directly

Into the tool which is really nice and the cool thing is guys um they have a pretty sick free plan all right now as you can see here I got the nice premium badge I do have the Premium plan but you don't necessarily need it all right if you're just starting out you want to try it out you can use it for free um really great tool definitely can help you if you're a writer a copywriter a marketer whatever the case

May be but uh let's quickly go over the actual um website here so we can see here or sorry the pricing plan so you can see here with the free plan you get 125 words in the paraphraser standard and fluency modes three synonym options one freeze word or phrase 1200 words in the summarizer now you don't get faster processing speeds you don't get Advanced grammar rewrites you don't get compare modes on desktop only plagiarism Checker or tone detection now with premium

You get all those that I just mentioned and you also get unlimited words in the paraphraser standard fluency expand short and formal simple and creative modes four synonym options unlimited freeze words and phrases 6 000 words in the summarizer faster and then all the all the other stuff right so what are the pricing plans we have an annual plan a semi-annual plan and a monthly plan so monthly you're looking at 19.95 USD they have a hundred percent money back guarantee so

Safe if you change your mind within three days of purchasing it you can get your money back but let's look at their semi-annual plan which is 79.95 every six months so not bad you're saving about 39.75 now if you look at their annual plan which I'm on you're technically like you can see that what it is monthly it's uh so this is 13 bucks and this is eight bucks monthly so it's like 10 bucks off the monthly for uh this plan

Here you're getting that eight dollars and uh 33 cents per month build annually at 99.95 so you know realistically I would say the only two options personally for me I would just say like this one just makes way more sense because you're saving a bunch of money um you know I don't know why you would really need the monthly plan maybe you only need to use it like one time but that 20 bucks a month is a big difference than you

Know more than half off and then uh basically half off and then the semi-annual plan is literally six months so for an additional six months it's only like at twenty dollar difference right so you're getting what this is twenty dollars per month you know from 79 to 99 it's uh it's about like 20 bucks so you know in my opinion the annual plan makes the most sense you know especially what I would suggest is use this to use the free plan

Use the free plan while you're writing use it maybe if you're already if you're already really confident you can just upgrade but use a free plan just start using it um use it when you're writing download the Chrome extension I'll show you that well it's actually right here so it's really nice to interface because it gives you everything you need is very very simple you can see here the Chrome extension oh wait um let's see so let me try this again

Chrome extension there we go so yeah you can see the Chrome extension here boom download it it allows you to use quill bot everywhere from Gmail slack WhatsApp Outlook Docs Google Docs uh notion Confluence Google keep Discord Twitter LinkedIn Facebook all right write betters faster and smarter 12 survive over 30 million users worldwide grammar tracker um really really cool stuff here and if you saw in my last video I just did a video on a tool called word tune so this

Is kind of like a counterpart or like an alternative um they're both really good tools it you know I'm not this isn't a comparison video maybe I'll make one of those in the future between those two tools like I said I have the the annual plans on both of them really good tools both of them I use both of them every single day almost or anytime I'm writing right just always utilizing it giving ideas Etc also if you're familiar with this

Channel we've done a lot of different videos and guides on other AI tools AI is super big and popular right now so these type of tools in conjunction with AI tools really makes a Powerhouse so there's so many tools out there guys and and you really don't want to like get so many and get lost in the sauce you know you kind of need to have a good strategy so this is just I'm just showing you um some tools here so

Anyways here is my back end like one thing I always like if you know me I always like dark mode right so there's dark mode uh you can see your account details up here you can write change if you're writing in American English Canadian English British English Australian English all right because there is different obviously uh spelling and all this stuff um so we have the paraphraser right here which we're in and there's different modes so there's now I'm keep in

Mind guys I am showing you the premium version so you won't have every single thing I'm showing you um right but we have standard so cool about where we'll write your text start by writing your writing or pasting something here and press uh paraphrase button so we'll do a standard mode this is fluency so this will rewrite it to make it fluent and then formal will make it formal symbol will make it simple creative we'll make a creative expand will expand

Your sentence or paragraph make it longer and then shorten we'll do the opposite right and as you can see right here there's a nice slider here which really gives you some customizations from few changes and more accurate right because it's going to leverage synonyms all right you may be familiar with some tools like um you know spin rewriter or like different Spinners and stuff like this um this isn't really like one of those this actually makes it so it reads fluently

In a really nice way so that's really cool about this tool um the quality is is pretty high um you can test it out on the free version but fewer changes more accurate so this means you're going to get something that's more you know aligned with you know making sense with what you actually wrote It's Gonna Keep it like not too many synonyms more changes less accurate is going to use a lot more synonyms but it may some of the synonyms

May not be the best right for you know so it may not make the most sense you may have to change some stuff or you can do somewhere in the middle so there's all the way to the left there's one notch to the left one notch to the right and then all the way to the right right so you can really decide what you want there um I'll get back to that in just a second and you can paste text here

You can upload a dock really cool stuff um and then let's see settings so you can paraphrase paraphrase quotations use contractions interface use yellow highlight show tool tips Legends show change keywords show structured change structural changes show longest unchanged words all right give feedback hotkeys right here and then history okay so really cool I didn't even know about the history so I'm I'm kind of learning some stuff there um over here we got our grammar checker so this is really awesome

Um you know it's kind of like a tool similar to like grammarly or whatever the case may be this is uh something that you know checks a grammar I'll show you in a second let me pull up an actual uh document as well to kind of show you guys what an example would look like so I used this example yesterday with word tune now as you can see uh we got quill bot over here in the bottom right of our Google

Doc cool bot is inactive so I think it's just loading you can see word tune loaded right here quilt water is loading you'll see I have a few different tools I have like coolbot I have grammarly oh no this is uh Pro writer Aid um let's see here thank you for trying out clobots Google Chrome extension so let's see um so I think it's okay so yeah you can see right here this is quill bot it's kind of like reading the

Page it sometimes takes a little bit to load all right so it's reading it let's see here um it's taking a bit long so uh while it's going usually doesn't take too too long um I'll show you this is the grammar tracker so and German interesting so you can check English of course I don't know why German's showing here like right off the bat um so yeah English here's formatting options so headings inline block a line bold italicized underlined uh left

Alignment right alignment uh Center centers actually here and then justify and then we have plagiarism Checker so this is really cool oh so page is available 20 subscription Pages expire okay so you get 20 Pages a month okay so I didn't even know that so basically you would upload like a file and uh you get 20 pages so it's like not the best but it's not that bad uh for some reason I thought that uh it was more so you can

See here the prices of pages 25 Pages for seven bucks USD 100 Pages for 24 bucks and then 250 Pages for 50 extra bucks so you can buy pages on a one-off fee you can pay syntax here as well to check so I'm not going to use my plagiarism trackers on this video co-writer is something really cool so you can actually basically create long form documents in here so if we go like here's a template of a Blog and this co-writer

Is ideal if you're doing long form stuff the other editor is more or less for you know this is kind of like Google Docs just integrated within coolbot and you do get a bit more functionality since it's within quilbot um oh another really cool thing you get over here is research uh notes and citations all right so you can change the citation mode like it's this is actually really crazy if you're in school or like if I wish I remember like

Back when I was in high school and stuff um like oh I would if I knew about this tool back then I don't even know if this it was something like this was around um not definitely not that I knew of um I definitely would have been cheating on a lot of tests and stuff and and and uh articles just uh but yeah look at all these citation Styles like yeah I don't know um pretty crazy stuff so yeah you can

Leverage that you can create citations so like there I'm not gonna go over that notes so enter notes rough ideas or other bits of inspiration and then research so you can literally toggle to academic search for phrases search your website search and you can search the web bookmark stuff so you can like this is actually very powerful um it's actually a tool but I was honestly debating if I wanted to kind of give out the free game the free sauce but

I'm like hey might as well you know um so yeah there you have the co-writer and you can see up your file new project open project rename delete export print edit undo redo image link sensor all like all this stuff typical formatting stuff you can see here right now let's see if this loaded okay this still hasn't loaded it could be because like I'm recording and I have a bunch of tabs open let's refresh it one more time let's give it

A few seconds here as I drink my coffee even though it's like one in the morning all right so gotta get that work done anyways let's look here so it's loading we can see you know this is a smaller document too so usually it loads pretty quick I'm just gonna say it's probably because I'm recording so I'll just give it a quick pause and come back when it's done all right so yeah it's still not loading it's been like a couple

Minutes you like usually this isn't an issue I'm just gonna say it's probably because I'm recording and I have a bunch of tabs but this right here is really really useful just saying um so I definitely recommend if you've got this tool definitely going to docs and start looking for this if you click on here it's going to basically scan your scans your whole dock it scans each page and it's going to recommend um changes different ways you can make things

Make more sense like um like where where it flows more fluently or you know just really improve your writing basically right so um that is that let's go back over here to quilbot all right and I'm going to go over here summarize so paste or write your topic and then it's going to summarize it you can summarize paragraph key sentences summary length short to Long like guys I'm basically giving you the cheat code if you're like in University or high school

Like just use some of these tools just subscribe to this channel you'll be good all right I didn't I'm just half kidding but also you know half not um it really depends obviously you know I'm not saying to go potentially you know whatever anyways but yeah like you know they do have like AI detectors and these and that nowadays but there's it's not that hard to uh work around that citation generator so similar to what I was showing you before within

Co-writer co-writer is kind of like all of these tools encompassed into one really really powerful citation generator literally oh you don't have to how do I generate this citation the format whatever remember when you always have to wonder about that yeah don't worry about that just use this tool very very simple create citations if you need it uh Chrome extension word extension pretty basic pretty simple uh speaks for itself lastly I will show you kind of uh so let's take this

Sentence here actually this paragraph because uh you know we're like that and we'll go over to paraphraser all right guys so let me paste this in here boom and just like that in a matter of should be seconds it's taking a little bit longer freeze words this is just interesting I've never seen this Okay so here we go we're getting something at least I think it's taking a little bit longer in general right now for everything just because I have so

Much stuff open and I'm like recording but just surprising maybe I free up some space here but um okay uh so as you can see here door-to-door sales is a great way to test your skills as an entrepreneur and marketer so it rephrase that too selling to people at the doors is a terrific method to put your business and marketing abilities to the test all right then it goes uh you get the opportunity to talk to people who are generally interested

In what you're selling and if you're do going door-to-door be prepared to deal with the unexpected and this article we'll look at why door-to-door sales is one of the best experiences you can go through as an entrepreneur so the paraphrase version of that is if you go door-to-door be ready to deal with the unexpected since you get the chance to speak with people who are actually interested in what you're offering in this essay huh you know if you're writing an essay

We'll examine the benefits of door sales as one of the finest entrepreneurial experiences so pretty cool pretty cool um so we did a little bit more less changes you know and if we wanted more changes we could easily just you know scroll this slider couple notches down and you'll see here sent uh there's three sentences sentence one we're highlighting sentence two sentence three sentence you see the words here you can see statistics like okay guys um yeah I don't even want

To go like there's so much stuff here it's like pretty crazy so I like guys like one of those ones where I'm like ah should I I'm like yeah whatever I'll share it with you know may as well I believe in giving away free values so um but yeah so statistics tone paraphrase you can see here the before and after casual unfriendly complex fluency average version of sentence average syllables in a sentence readability difference sentence count word count character count percentage

Change longest unchanged words so you can see here like the before and after of these two uh paragraphs you can export you can copy full text you can delete and also too if you're like can't I don't like the word selling you can click on the word selling and you'll see a bunch of other synonyms right and you can go ahead choose one or whatever um you know you can be like something to people so we could change people to individuals

You can even look over here with this so noun plural of customer plural of individual so individuals out there so say yeah so you could just do that um interested engaged right I wouldn't use that word actually but yeah you can go ahead mess with that fluency so it's going to make things more fluent right same sort of thing same sort of options different different style formal you can see how quick this is too our sales is an excellent opportunity to

Test your entrepreneurial and marketing skills a little bit more formal right uh simple door-to-door sales are a great way to put your business and marketing skills to the test all right creative it's a terrific opportunity to put your sales and marketing chops to the test to go door to door expand door-to-door sales is a terrific approach to test your talents as an entrepreneur and marketer blah blah blah blah shorten door-to-door sales might challenge your entrepreneurial and marketing skills if your daughter
