Channel I'm gonna be making a lot more in-depth technical ones that you can get some practical knowledge on how to edit videos how to post videos what you should be looking for the up-to-date uh the up-to-date stats because Google's right now all these platforms are really competing for short form content so you need to set up for yourself a good strategy to post short form content at scale so postly can definitely help you out with that and you see here we

Have some features so image editor these are some cool things I actually really like they have image editor video editor which is really solid within post leads integration uh post leechat bulk upload so they're they have some good bulk features which a lot of other tools don't have Smart pools so publish some quick pulls available on Twitter only so it'd be cool if they could uh integrate that with YouTube as well in the future hopefully uh link shortener so that's pretty

Cool content planner content publisher Trends analytics bulk workspace uploads days for you so do not miss important days holidays offense trends for you recurring posts and team collaboration they have a video here I actually haven't watched it yet but you can check that out and you can see that they have some good blog content and they also uh have uh they're listed on I believe uh some of these review sites such as G2 a few other ones I was seeing um

They have a nice website right so they have a good road map right here we can take a quick look at it um you know you can see that you can uh suggest things add some requests um looks like they're staying up to date I even was looking at their feedback and rewards they constantly want you know feedback from uh clients and whatnot to see how they can improve so maybe they'll watch this video and you know get some good points

I uh I have a few like all in all already I already like the feel of this tool um there may be a few key things that I could suggest at the end of this video but you can see here they have some good trust pilot G2 and captera reviews and yeah they have FAQ help desk knowledge base they have all this stuff already built out so if you have pretty much any questions regarding this tool you can get it answered

Directly from their website you know you can see how to connect all your platforms how to set up all the recurring posts use every single feature they have and they also have an AI writer so that's kind of cool AI Rider generates quality SEO friendly marketing copies 10 times faster I specifically haven't really fully dove into this we'll take a look at it through this video but I have a few other AI tools that I use as well so you can

Check those out on my YouTube video and those could probably fit in nicely with postly as well so we have Word Hero review video and we have nisha's review video so check just uh go to my channel and check some of those out I may leave some in the description as well so you can easily access those but without a do I think we covered mostly everything I'm just going to go over the pricing and then we'll dive into the actual

Tool so the pricing is very transparent and it seems to be pretty fair from first glance compared to a lot of competitors pricing but we you see that we can even start off with a zero dollar per month free plan if you're just looking at test things out where you get one workspace 10 social accounts 20 scheduled posts so you can use these uh 20 posts per month which is actually really cool oh sorry no so 20 posts once and then

You get five per month right so you're not gonna get much out of that if you're actually looking to grow on these platforms and really capitalize so this plan is really just a tester right you can have unlimited team members you get 10K AI characters uh one time and then you get what no white label access uh you get all the channels all features you can just see the table right here so the you get pretty much majority of the stuff

Except um you're just really limited and you can't really post as much so it's just a good testing plan a lot of other tools don't have a plan like this so the nine dollar a month plan would be your first option and then we have 19 29.99 and 40 499 if you're a big agency so you would only need this if you're managing a lot of clients because you get 20 workspaces and unlimited social accounts which is very solid I mean

If you're if you're a big agency and you're really scaling on that SK on managing clients then that could be a good plan for you because you get unlimited accounts um growth plan so for 100 bucks a month you get 200 social accounts um starter plan 50 accounts basic plan 25 accounts so even if I just compare this to something like let's take a look at Social B let's take a look at social bees pricing right now um this is another

Tool I have so for 19 bucks which would be this plan you get five social accounts only one workspace and one user workspace and one workspace so on postly you get five workspaces 25 accounts so literally five times the value and you get unlimited schedule posts 30 000 character you get also some extra stuff like the AI Rider you get 30 000 characters you get the option to White Label as an add-on I think that may be X drop and then

You get all the channels you get all this stuff right here so you can take a look I'll leave a link for postly and you can go over the pricing and see which plan works best for you they also have an annual option which lowers the prices right but let's dive into the dashboard and actually go through the tools so I'm going to exit this out so I haven't done like extreme amount of posting with this tool yet I'm fairly new

To the tool I just got it uh maybe a couple weeks ago and I've been so busy with uh a few other things so it's a tool that I've used a bit but I'm definitely going to be using it a lot more going forward now we have a very strategic uh aggressive content plan that is being deployed at the moment so um this tool will definitely come in handy so first off let's just go through the whole tool right now um

So right when you log in um you have the top now toggle navigation we have our workspaces currently I just have two right now I'm just you know was testing everything at my executive stride workspace which we'll be looking at uh go to my profile and account you can just see our information here I've used two out of my six workspaces four more available um okay and let's just check out the actual stuff so over here you'll see posts so this

Is kind of acts like a feed of all your platforms that you connect to right so as you can see I've posted only twice so far using this tool I believe you can just filter by published by scheduled I don't have any scheduled yet by recurring so you can actually set up recurring posts which is really cool because not every tool can do that you can see your drafts so I actually really like okay so I was just playing around here

And um why is there so many droughts I think maybe I don't know why that happened but uh I must have been doing some testing yeah I was doing some testing on scheduling I believe and just made a bunch but you can see all your drafts here I'll end up deleting these later okay but let me just refresh okay so you got the post section which is really nice actually it's different than a lot of other apps you can see for

Example I posted these posts as a test back when uh I was in Miami it's a few years ago at the Grant Cardone convention I posted on Twitter on both of my my Twitter so the my personal and the company Twitter and then I just posted it in the company Reddit as well as my personal Reddit group so you can see it's pretty cool and it makes things a lot easier right now you can I don't know what liking it does

But I think you can see likes and or comments or you could comment on it I don't I don't know if that's exactly how that works but it's kind of like a feed just like any feed like a Twitter feed but for all your posts all your Platforms in one conjoined feed which is really nice on the right here you're gonna see trending so these are different just just different trending topics that are going viral I guess at the moment different

Hashtags Etc stuff on Twitter so you could either comment on these easily by clicking comment and then it says here's what I think about this topic um okay or you could scroll all the way down and you'll see upcoming days so you can see Halloween's coming up Remembrance Day Christmas Day boxing day so it's cool because that allows you to keep track of you know if you're wanting to do specific posts around those certain topics you can edit your location add

Custom days hide upcoming days and you can move up certain days you can hide Trends move down you know set this up so you either have the upcoming days ahead or below so it's customizable in that way and we'll get into the actual Post in just a second before I show you how to post things I just want to go to the platform section this is where you actually connect your platform so um it's actually really cool because uh you know

Depending what plan you get um you're able to connect a good amount of accounts like a lot of tools will limit um put a strong limit on the amount of counts you have but they give a very fair limit like I showed you if you go to the pricing here we can see 25 accounts for 19 bucks a month 50 accounts for 30 bucks a month right so that's a lot of accounts you may not even need that money if you're

Just starting out you may only need 10. so it's only 10 bucks a month you know just the price of like uh you know one one you know take out food right and you can use it to manage 10 social platforms right now I only have eight connected I'll be adding more as well but you can see I have my two twitters uh two reddits I believe one telegram one one or two Pinterest I think just one YouTube at the moment

Tick Tock um I haven't added my Instagram or Facebook or LinkedIn yet you can also add your Google my business so all you simply do is just click on the okay so I have yep the two twitters and you would just click add another Twitter and it's very simple you would just sign in and it automatically connects you to that that specific platform form so I really like the ease of integration with the tools and they're staying up to date since

They have the tick tock already added a lot of social media platforms are slacking on Tick Tock which like on these social management platform tools so postly is actually a new tool fairly new and they're already staying up to date taking feedback from their from the market from their clients so it's really great that they're doing that now the way to actually create a post now so let's go ahead and create some tests some uh you know dummy posts so let

Me just uh check subscribe subscribe and turn on post notifications we I upload bangers every single day #no days off all right so you should definitely do that we upload content every day just like this and we do different tools reviews and stuff to help you grow your business but anyways so you can create a post like for example I just used text right here you can add your emojis whatever you can also add a photo right either from local computer

Or external link you can also add a video from local computer or external link you can do a poll first for Twitter right it's very simple to do this you just ask your question include your choices you can add multiple choices and you can select how long the pool will be up either for a specific amount of days or um you know minutes Etc and then when to post a pool or you can just do Post now and then you create

The poll so that works really well and then you can do bulk post which is pretty cool so you must you adhere to this CSS format here so you can see you can just download the CSV template follow these instructions right here because there's different platforms and it literally has a pretty much a standard operating procedure a guide right here to show you how to do bulk content upload so say if you've already created a bunch of content and you want

To distribute it on other platforms that's a very solid and very handy tool to do so for example if you haven't joined if you're a fan of this channel you've been following us and you haven't joined our stride Community yet definitely check that out but we've been growing that we already have over 500 members just waiting to be admitted and there's a lot of these YouTube content that I haven't posted in there yet just because you know I've been focused on

The channel but growing the community and whatnot I definitely want to add all these YouTube videos within there and as well add exclusive content and trainings and templates in that channel but in terms of just updating it with you know the YouTube videos I could do a bulk upload and then post that content to my Facebook group so instead of having to go manually one by one I this is actually exactly what I'm gonna do and it will come in handy

Add that add that I can see the statistics right here for the hashtag so I'm just adding all these hashtags boom boom boom boom boom these are actually really good hashtags too like these are ones that I would have to sit down and like think about like I would come up with these exact ones but it would probably take me like 10 minutes to think or probably even more it looks like there's a bunch wow yeah there's a bunch so I

Would spend some time go through the hashtags do hashtag research Etc but you can search so we did SEO there let's do mind set let's see what we get boom so some more hashtags I like because some tools they have like the hashtag stuff and they'll only show you maybe uh Instagram and uh like Twitter what the what the ranking is on that but this is really cool because it shows you Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter Pinterest and even Reddit and maybe

Even more so that's actually a lot better than a lot of the tools I've seen for that that hashtag feature you can select category so you use categories to order oh my goodness this is really cool organize your post into relevant sections for referencing and filtering so this would be like I don't know Pro promo like I would I actually would spend some time making some more categories so this is cool actually so I can you can create a bunch of

New categories and then sort them because that I liked this uh this long-form feed thing but it and I was like oh it's kind of like hard to because I post so much content but this allows me to sort things and categorize things a lot easier so that's really cool really cool I like that you can add videos like I said pools and then bulk posts and then let's just say so you can write it here you can preview and you

Can see the preview for the different platforms so you can see Facebook so Twitter see Instagram okay so I would need an image or video for Instagram obviously LinkedIn you can see the preview Google my business Reddit boom hologram Pinterest YouTube I need a video and then Tick Tock I would need a video but you can see all that and then you simply just do posts so let's say if I set a time for you know here um confirms this is

The 13th I did click here to select your target audience okay so you would select your target audience and this is where you select what accounts you want to post on right so you can select everything by doing this or you could click select all or you can click select all of an unselect certain ones so so if I didn't want my twitters going out um I need to connect my Pinterest um say if I didn't want Tick Tock for this

Since there's no uh video but I wanted my Reddit and my Telegram and you connect those but then I would just click save changes and then so I'm just posting it to Reddit title so it will give you depending on what platforms you're posting on so obviously different ones have different format and different restrictions and different character limits so you'll be able to um filter like you'll be able to make alternatives for different platforms and it's all integrated within postly which

Is really cool so it's a seamless process so sub scribe subscribe oops subscribe there we go title I'm actually going to delete this after but let's just schedule it for the sake of this video and then you'll see that it is scheduled for the specific time that I set you can see it is to my reddits right and if I wanted to I could either edit this post pause it I could copy the link right which uh just you know copies

That link or delete the post which I'm going to do all right so we covered the posting the scheduling the recurring and once I just schedule it I would have been able to see it there and then content planner so this is really cool as you can see it's still showing schedule but it just updated so this is on a Content calendar where you can plan everything so this is where you can get a good overview of your actual content and

Ensure that every single day you're making your content uh you know on the desired platform so you know I would spend a lot of time just setting this up scheduling posts for weeks and even maybe potentially months ahead you know just making sure so that's really cool because you don't have to worry like going through day to day growing your business whether you're a coach consultant marketing agency content creator YouTuber influencer you don't have to be like oh my goodness what

Am I gonna post today or I have to create new content and content creation should not be a drag this allows you to set up a system uh on basically the the the structure so that you don't have to worry about oh what am I gonna post or how am I gonna post it or basically repurposing content it's like you can focus on what you enjoy doing that is content creation or if you're a social media manager and you're doing this

For clients you can basically leave that stress off them and make a a good high ticket you know retainer off of that depending on how your plans are structured and how much you're charging and all that good stuff but content creation right now guys if you're a marketing agency and you're providing stuff like Legion services or this and that you need to start looking at these type of you know services like creating content building a brand and actually you know building

A long-term um you know strategy like that which involves content creation you can't nowadays you just can't be like you could do it but you're you're gonna get blown out of the water to post a a marketing agency that provides stuff like uh Legion plus content creation brand building you know copywriting Etc and can help on all those areas because that stuff that's going to be able to build a crazy long-term strategy and all that stuff feeds into each other you

Know you're actually really delivering a lot of value so anyways so yeah the month view the weekly view right here so you can see everything on the hours and whatnot which is real really cool and convenient and then you have your day view your list View and your year view wow that's cool because a lot of a lot of tools don't have a year View you can just play weak numbers so let me just see what that looks like oh nice

Could potentially be a good alternative you know if you're just using it directly just for social media content and not you're not like creating these big long Vlog articles and you doing SEO and such this is actually a good integration and they have like some good tools and whatnot for that they have digital ads so generating amazing ad copies for Facebook Google Etc so you can look at those and then sales oh wow so they even have attention attention interest desire

Is pretty cool it just has everything integrated within it I'm not going to pull up you know a specific photo right now but uh you know they have six different options you know to easily enhance certain things within your photos for your social media like if you want to add a watermark resize things crop things enhance your photo all that good stuff and then video editor which is under maintenance currently so sorry for that uh it may not be accessible at

The moment please check back later so unfortunately I can't you know speak about the video editor right now um it's and it's interesting to see what is what it's like I mean I've never actually checked it out but uh I'm assuming obviously it's not as advanced as something like you know Adobe Premiere or whatever but our final cut but you know obviously not but it is but probably some like a good little editor within the web interface something that if you

Want to do Quick Cuts I'm assuming or and whatnot it can help you potentially so uh maybe when that comes out maybe I'll make video on it or maybe not depending on you know how how good it is or whatever but uh it's it's cool that they have it it's not something they need to have within the tool regardless it's already a good tool but um it's cool that they're innovating with new tools and kind of pushing the boundaries in that

They have exactly what you need in terms of the Integrations that's the thing I really like the Integrations and there's not so much stuff like yes they are innovating with new tools and whatnot and this and that but realistically if you're a beginner it's it's very easy to understand get on board and get acquainted with all the tools you're not going to be confused typically and even if you are they have a help section here help desk and they have those

Help videos and blog articles and everything's already set up but other than that it's very simple you just connect your accounts and you can do your posting and content planning and potentially use the AI writer and write your team and it's very simple right it's very simple but they're constantly improving it and it's uh it is a great you know it's a great tool and it's a part of our social media Arsenal that we use um and we've used it a
