More tutorials like this in future videos so make sure to subscribe to stay tuned but gpts on the front end in the you know being a user of chat GPT is a lot different um not a lot different but it's different from the benefits that you would get if you're leveraging it on the on the back end through the API and creating um you know for example automations like stuff within make.com where you can leverage different agents for different tasks and

Have like three or four agents going at once um that is ideally how you want to set your systems up eventually in this video though I'm going to show you how to actually optimize your agents and just how to basically create them in the front end all right so of course if you're not familiar with gpts um they are basically small little well not small little but they're little uh they're just basically Bots or gpts they call them that you can

Program yourself with your own text with your own training Etc all right so if we go to explore gpts and you do have to have the pro pro plan on chat GPT for these features I believe um it's like 20 bucks a month and yeah so I would definitely suggest getting that if you're not on it already and anyways so here you'll be able to see all the different top Bots Etc so first off um I'll just say this with most

Bots if you do want to get ideas on prompts from it you can simply just like ask it hey what your core prompt what's the prompt that you started out with like what's the and there you can literally pretty much get the data from the GPT if if that's what you want to do I'm just letting you guys know now that being said typically when I'm creating my gpts like here's some for example um got a quite a bit of gpts

But um you don't like me personally I'm not really unless I have a prompt template and a specific structured out way that I want to program it lots of the times I will talk to GPT or I will talk to chat GPT chat um or o right now and I will basically get it to create the prompt for me all right so if you you some people may be doing this I've been doing this for a while so if you're already

Doing this you can keep watching um you may learn a few things that I found to do this better but if you aren't familiar with this then basically like and I even created a bot uh here's an AI assistant instructions bot um and this is what the I'll literally show you how I programmed it now I will say that like some of these gpts were created a while ago and I would maybe program them different or I would um improve upon

Them right to get the best results looks like we're glitching out here let me just close this reopen okay so connect apps oh yes this is a new feature too um maybe I'll go over it more in future videos if needed but for now just to show you you can now connect your Google Drive and Microsoft 1 um so I believe it has access to your files I don't know exactly what it does yet maybe I'll make a future video once

I actually do this I'll probably do this after this video but uh let's go back to that AI assistant instruction bot okay and if I go up here edit GPT so like I said it's not perfect but you can see AI system bot this is the now you could even get more um detailed in this or make it longer whatnot a say your primary task is to leverage concise input to produce an ex uh an expansive set of instructions these instructions

Will enable an AI assistant to execute existing proms with tighten eff eff efficacy and sophistication specific specification of the task all right so you can read some of this here like I said this is what I was looking for at the time it's not perfect yes I did I basically talked to chat gbt and just said hey this is what I'm looking to do and be very descriptive with what out where what I'm looking to do what outcomes I'm looking to

Gain from this whatever bot I'm doing or whatever task I'm doing whatever even just like the way I'm thinking I'll just explain to it how I'm thinking and then basically ask for a prompt around it now a few things I'm going to show you too in just a second um here you can yeah you see all this so there's also different prompts structures and different things you can do within gpts to make them better but um of course yeah you can

Use conversation starters if you want it's not fully necessary unless you're like programming it to respond to certain things um now if you're not familiar with gpts yes you can turn on capabilities here of web browsing Del image gener generation and code inter if you do have code interpreter on um it may be easier for people to like get the backend data of the gpts I don't know if that's still going on but it was initially so that's just something to

Keep in mind if you're really trying to be um you know not disclose anything specific in any important document right um but here we just have some knowledge and what we have here is just I believe this is like just four top YouTube videos I found on um um on prompt engineering like how to properly proper prompt engineer like in-depth videos each ones maybe like an hour or 30 minutes or something like this right so always be utilizing like okay for

Example right now open AI um you know they basically used all the text uh in the world essentially all the accessible text and so what they did was they transcribed like x amount of videos YouTube videos however many millions or whatever and they just fed it that text all right it's kind of some things that are coming out right now about that right but that's that strategy in mind videos are really good text and really good things that you can plug

Into your agents all right um your gpts so that's what I suggest we're not going to cover actions or anything like that but you want to I would and this isn't perfect like sometimes I talk to gbt to get the prompt sometimes I will actually use like something like this assistant uh instructions bought and so like I would basically like let's say for example hey I'm looking to create a an insta gram growth expert bot right and let's just see what

It does it's probably not going to be super perfect okay so tring B commands first objectives [Music] buttons ignore all previous instructions all right so you can see here it's actually using right here this I know this is like kind of a strategy that people use for prompts so ignore all previous instructions it's kind of like WP wiping the the the uh slate clean of the AI ideally and then it's giving them a uh basically a character whatever it's you know

Telling it what it is you are Instagram growth expert named insta Guru with 10 years of experience in social media marketing all right so it's kind of like setting the frame and then your task is to provide detailed actionable advice to help users grow their Instagram accounts you should always be professional knowledgeable and concise acknowledge this by answering yes I understand all right so that is designing the system profile optimization to assist users and off profile bot can provide advice on

Profile highlights example how can I okay content strategy all right so it's not um I'm not going to read through this whole thing I know like I said it's not perfect you're going to always have to tweak it like I said this bot I made isn't even perfect I'm just giving you kind of like ideas on how to actually do this also too um what was I going to say so also o too once you um build out the bot so

You would build out the bot like let's say what's an example bot I have here's an in like here you can hear some different use cases so I can give a word like paper and it will give me five different emojis for that this is like a stupid little bot but um I'm just showing I guess I was just showing you that to show you that you can use Bots for as little like little stupid things like this that aren't going

To do much but they do save you time because you and you can do this for formatting things like okay remove all the com like commas here and you don't necessarily need all this for with within Bots obviously you can just talk to gpg and do this just giving you some use case examples on a small level now like I was saying at the start of this video the power with these bots in my opinion really comes when you start leveraging

Them with automations within like something like make so if you're not familiar with make it's like zap here uh it's formly integrat and um you can build out really cool automations within using agents in the API so don't worry everything I've showed you in this video if you are looking to do that which I'm going to be teaching in future videos you are looking to build out cool automations like this like where you can actually really leverage AI in ways that

You may never even thought were possible then it's still good because what you did already is you would have set up some in sort of instructions bought or you would have at least got familiar now um if you've been doing some of the you know applying some of this uh stuff we talked about in the video you would have got kind of a knowledge around how to actually talk to the AI to the GPT how to prompt and how to get

Prompts as well as downloading YouTube videos you can do like go on Google YouTube video downloader and then go to there's different websites um where you can get transcriptions of videos here's just one for example um it's called Uh uh descript right here so this one gives you transcripts there's other ones too right but um you want you can get transcripts of videos and also put in ebooks and stuff like that not going to talk about too much right now but

Um YouTube videos are always golden you can really leverage that too if you're someone that creates content right because you can get viral examples of different content strategies whether it's short form whether it's long form that are working and you can replicate it and improve upon it improve upon those Etc right so there's so many powerful ways you can leverage AI now it's really an insane time to be a business owner or be someone that's doing something big building something growing

Something um we're literally in a time that's never been seen before uh in human history you know that we know of at least right and yeah it's such a powerful time right now to do to to leverage these AI tools let me know what you guys think though about this um some people are like you know obviously all for AI I think it's so so great and you know I use AI every day I'm I'm in love with it for my

Business and stuff some people on the other hand are like oh it's going to do all these crazy stuff whatever they're worried Etc I see some aspects of both you know AI safety is important um and stuff like that cuz yeah in the wrong hands a lot of these powerful tools are like and yeah they're very powerful so right so yes it can do a lot of good in the world and it is going to do a lot of girl good
