It is literally just made me once I saw this I was like oh wow I can cancel my panad do contract and save thousands of dollars a month um and this is something that for the last 1 to two years actually sorry about a one and a half to two years I've been looking for an alternative for panad do I've been checking appsumo I've been checking all these different uh lifetime deal marketplaces to see if there's any like upand comers and

I tried a few different ones but none of them actually satisfied the need that I like had that padok did right this one actually does with go high level so I'm completely impressed um so you have templates all documents and contracts so first off we'll go to templates all right this is where you're pretty much going to want want to start I mean you could go here and just create a new document and to create a new document you can either

Just create it from scratch or you can upload a PDF so let's say you already have a PDF of you know let's just say you want to download your PDF from pandadoc or docu sign and just import it over you could actually do that we're not going to do that in this video and uh we're actually just going to create I'm going to show you how to create a template and this the temp template much goes hand inand with if you

Were just to create a new document it's just that creating a new document you're just creating it so it would be like on a one use basis um but creating a template is something that you can reuse right so when you create a template you can still upload a PDF but you can also just you know simply create a template now the beautiful thing here is you get a nice drag and drop Builder interface so if you're familiar with pandadoc you'll

Pretty much see that it is somewhat of a replica there's a few different things that I'm going to go over and kind of get you set up on but it looks like this so you can name the template up here so let's just say um you could say contract right program contract right now you can create these like documents for onboarding your clients onboarding your teams n ndas whatever you want this can sign it through here and deal with everything within

One Central Hub that's why I love go high level and we'll talk about how you can actually integrate this too within your workflows because that's the really that unlocks the power of it you can h uh set up automations and workflows with these contracts and sending out invoices or uh documents and um it just makes your whole process seamless instead of having to use zapier and anrat to contact panad do and DocuSign you can do it all in one Central Hub

And you save so much money by the way guys high level all these extra features that they're adding like they have course creation that replaces kajabi they have communities that replaces school and all these different things it to get these feat feat there's no extra cost so it's it's flat rate all the features basically come within that specific plan on the left side you'll see add elements all right so you can add elements then there's Pages then there's document variables there's

Undo redo and then over here you have properties all right so let's start off you're going to want to go to add elements now let's just say we want to add some text and I'm going to just you know know let's see copy some stuff over here let's say we're going to go here paste these to present this proposal for document contact so these are actually not in so it's going to say there are issues in your custom variables these are

Not added so what we need to do is go to document variables you'll see there's already some prefilled document variables right here and let me just see here we have created date reference number and sub account name so this is a like a just a template sub account that I'm using right now but uh to start off actually let me just show you one thing that I typically do with my documents so I had a table here and we're just going

To go like this prepared prepared for or and then a variable so let's go here and this variable name is going to be um variable name is contact name okay there's no spaces allowed and then the variable right here you can just keep this like this for now okay so then I can go copy and I can go here let's see go boom paste that in prepared for contact name going to unbold this now we're going to add another variable of

Company name no spaces boom copy that this isn't there we go boom and then company website oh contact website boom okay we can also do date and then we can do variable me created date and then we can go here do reference number go to their variable at reference number these are automatically generated which is nice so this is exactly like how panad do worked place that in there then with the tables you can either add a row above add a

Row below column after to so left or right we're going to toggle okay that's why the the Bold it actually wasn't lagging it was actually just I had the header on which automatically bolds everything so we can actually bold these right here that makes a lot of sense okay and then let's go add a row below and we're going to do prepared by and then I like to add this for sales reps so prepared by boom copy that there we go

All right so we got a nice little table right here and that just meading this table should kind of show you the process of how you can utilize variables within this document so let's see for example contact name we got that here contact company so I'm going to add that right now or what was that company name tck company name past that there and then property boom all right so now you got to gist of how to add variables how to

Create a table what else can you do you can add images so I could add an image what I would suggest when creating a a contract or know a form like this make it look kind of like a funnel like you have the the the actual document the contract at the bottom of it typically I would include things like case studies up even you can include videos which is very nice this is these are capabilities of panad do and that's why

We actually use panad do because you can make your documents and your contracts visually appealing which you know eases the sales process even more a post from what like say you send a docy sign and you have a client just waiting and marinating on signing that contract and they're reading it over a post from if you send them a nice looking document instead of them just only reading the contract they're also looking at you know your testimonials your social proof all

That good stuff to build that trust and that credibility in those scenarios right so you can add images you can add videos showed you tables few other things are product list so this is another key thing that I needed that pandadoc had that lot of other docu sign tools eign tools didn't have and this is great because you can add products within based on what products you have in your go high level so let me just quickly show you what this

Would look like I go over here I'll have that load up right now of course I'm in a demo location so we don't have any products but if you go to your payments then you'll see products you need to connect your stripe account but you can go ahead and create products right you can enter the product name the description the pricing whether it's one time recurring Etc and then you can automatically pull those products into your um contract right here you

Can add a discount based on either percentage right up to 100 let's say or four or 10 you can add a custom amount discount certain a dollar amount right so you can basically do this either within the template level or within the document level so let's just say we're happy with this template like I said I would make it look a lot nicer of course I want to add the actual terms of the contract one last thing I'm actually going to

Do and you can click the bottom to add pages so add pages you can go here to page properties you can change the page background color you can add an image if you'd like image position of the background whether it's repeat you know you want it to fill or fit to size you want to duplicate a page right so your properties are there you can change the colors of pretty much everything within the property section right and you can do padding

In the property for tables as well as text and then you have your typical stuff your formatting bold illust uh italics underlined strike justify align all this that good stuff up here you can change the font but let's add a signature right here so you can add signatures and if you wanted you could add text input so let's say you wanted them to type in something specific here you could have this text input here and for both of these you would

Need to assign them to a recipient so let's just say this would be to be by myself and you could enter a placeholder if needed for the text one like so let's just delete this all right so now we have the piure here assigned Josh boom let's save that all right so now that we actually saved our template you can see it over here in the template section um you'll be able to see all your templates here you can use template

Clicking like this or you can delete template uh over here you can filter by start and end date if that's applicable you can see the date last modified and you can see the value of the template based on the products that are in the template now over here you'll see all documents and I'm going to show you how you can go from template to document it's very simple you can either go here and click use template or when you're actually in

The template you can click use template right here it's automatically going to create a document from this template so this is a reusable template let's say if it's a sales contract we're going to keep sending it to different prospects so say you're on a sales call you want to send it to a prospect you click use template then all you do is you just come up up here to recipient um you're going to want to select so the prospect or the

Client or whoever you're sending this to for this example let's just say myself so now we have two emails here and this is basically so let's just say I had another signature let's say you know you had two signes so one would be this Josh the other would be this Josh two different emails you can see you can say see primary signer and then assigner um and then what you would want to do is just come up to your document variables

And I just showed you a very very basic setup with very basic document variables you can add as many document variables as you want I personally wouldn't recommend going overboard because it's just going to take so long each time you want to send a document but maybe it's necessary so all I would do is just go let's go go Josh pook company name executive stride and you know the website You' fill all these templates in or these variables in and then

When it's ready to go um you would just click Send and you can actually send either via email or you can share via links so this is really cool so generate links to share the document so let's say you're on a zoom call you just want to send them over a link so they can go and complete the document right on the phone call with you after the links are created the document will be marked as sent or you can send

Via email let's just do that for the for this you know example case but both are um just as good once you do that if I go back over to my um documents here you will see that we have one in draft one waiting for others this is the one we just sent and then once that person complet compl that document it would show incompleted so you have the little pipeline stages here drafts waiting for others so these are the ones

That are sent and then you're completed right here really cool stuff guys all right so I'm over in the workflow section and if you basically just go to proposals you'll see this action where you can send proposals and estimates so you can choose the user you're sending it from and you can select the template so save that action um this is just insane that it has this functionality um this is a newer feature not I don't see too many people using

It yet obviously because it's new I still see a lot of people you cents are working with or people who I speak with have their panad subscription have zapier where it's all integrated and whatnot um they are definitely still building more things out within this feature I would like to see where are we I would like to see the capability I don't know if it's here yet where you can pay within the document they do have invoices to to do so

So you can actually set it so it if we go over to where is it settings right here so if you go to all documents and you go to settings you can see customer notifications so document so you can actually select a template um all right within your templates or you could just use a default one as well as document signed they have a standard default template for that that email goes out but you could create a custom one and use

That here team notifications same sort of thing you could use a templated email or uh just go with their default now right here send invoices automatically after document completion this is very powerful this is really really good and honestly it's probably the it's it's great to be honest it's but I would like to see the option of having you know being able to pay within the document so send invoices automatically after documentation completion allows you to automatically send the invoice to

The customer for pay after the document has been completed toggle on off implies that the system will only create an invoice in draft State oh so this is really cool cuz it will even in draft state if this is toggled off for an invo so if we go over to our template Builder right here where we have our pricing not our pricing table what is this element called called product list so the products that you would input here the items it

Will automatically create an invoice and draft if you have this toggled off if you have this toggle on it will automatically send the invoice to that customer right after they complete the document so really really really powerful stuff I want to like get that's so powerful in terms of like this is a tool go high level where it's basically out competed the docu signs and the panda doxs and that's not even even its main functionality right it's a whole web of

Yet it's already outcompeted Panda which was in my opinion the best one and you know you have to pay per user for that bills can get outrageous so the only thing like I said I would like to see hopefully in future updates where you can have it where like within padok you can literally have the customer add their credit card details within the contract that they get so they get the contract it's like a sale type funnel you know literally selling

Them on why they should work with you you can have testimonials case studies Etc and then it basically allows them to put a credit card details the card information and it will you be able to pay pay through there so same sort of deal to be honest like that's not this little thing this little feature is not going to stop me from deleting my pandadoc subscription because it's literally the same thing it's just just a bit of a customer experience difference

Right there with the customer Journey but you know it's really not going to stop me uh this is absolutely insane of a feature this whole document thing this is solves an issue that I've personally had for the last year two years almost um I bought a bunch of Lifetime deals trying to fulfill this need trying to get off the whole Panda do and Doc you sign spending bunch of money per month and this is it right go high level includes us

All under one hub it's pretty pretty crazy all right so that's pretty much it for this video I just wanted to show you a basic getting started with the go high levels new documents and contracts if you're still on panad do or doc you sign start switching over you don't have to do it all at once you know you probably have templates and this and that but start building them out within go high levels Builder once you have everything built out

Cancel your subscriptions and you know we you probably have to build out you know your automations workflows if you have a bunch of zapar and stuff connected to your pandadoc cancel all that just rebuild it and go high level and you're going to save a bunch of money per month you're going to have a better system and everything's under one Hub a lot easier for your team a lot easier for your sales reps a lot easier for scale this is why

I I completely I will only preach go high level um for CRM you know and this is why yeah it's just taking over the industry it's completely out competing every single other software on every single angle you know it's it's unreal like a few years ago it was a lot more of a challenge you know marketing and whatnot you had to use all these different tools cly this that whatever connect them all into one Hub you're literally spending like thousands upon

Thousands of dollars a month and go high level just cures that it it just puts it at such a low cost um and it's just like I I I actually don't know how they did it I remember like a few years ago I was like how are they doing this like how how are they putting it at such a low cost um a low price point and like you know you have unlimited locations unlimited users like what is their setup so

I I was you're almost in disbelief CU there's so much potential so that's why I say like it's important to have the right uh fra like framework and teaching and you know Mass uh mentorship and whatnot training and all this stuff for go high level cuz yes it is the the the vehicle to scale your business but just having that vehicle without the road map isn't going to get you there so um first off like I said the your first bet

Or your first step is G stride level get in there all right you'll get the snapshot you'll get the training the copyrighting Frameworks preit El pre-built Sops for go high level all that good stuff you can see I literally jam-packed this was like just value I just want to give you guys like everything that's like my kind of Mantra and philosophy for creating content going forward within uh 2024 just leave nothing held back so you also get uh for we'll see
