what's going on guys so on this channel

we've covered many different AI coding

tools ai idees ai extensions AI pair

programmers now one of our original

favorites on this channel for AI coding

extensions was actually Klein now Klein

has been very Innovative with their

feature releases and we've seen

different other AI pair programs I

actually seem to get a lot of different

ideas from Klein so it's always nice to

see new updates and they have a big

update recently with Klein version 3.4

now now we have a new mCP marketplace

where you can easily oneclick install

mCP servers into your um pair programmer

which is very nice they have a bunch of

other new features as well that we're

going to be going over in today's video

so without Ado guys let's dive right

into it all right guys so all links I

cover in today's video will be linked

down below if you don't already know

about Klein you can check out the GitHub

repo right here it's number one on open

router and if we go check out the

releases right here they've had a few

different releases since I last made a

video on it but we're going to really

focus on this 3.4 release so like I

mentioned we now have a mCP Marketplace

which is really cool I'm sure that we'll

see a lot of other AI prayer programmers

doing this very soon so now you can

oneclick install mCP servers right from

the extension which is really awesome

and uh I'm very excited about that next

is ADD mermaid diagram support in plan

mode you can now see flowcharts maps

sequence diagrams and more right in chat

so click on them to see expanded view

this is pretty cool because say if you

just get into a codebase or you just

want to see a visual um you know of that

code base you can tell it to create a

mermaid plan like so and then also

there's a new at get to reference the

current working changes or specific

commits and then an at Terminal mention

to reference active terminal content so

we'll test those out too that's really

cool to see and then new checkpoints ux

to easily see when checkpoints are

created you can send a message when

hitting approve or toggling from plan to

act mode and then new advanced settings

to disable the browser tool improv

support for AWS Bedrock profiles ability

to set custom model configuration for

open AI compatible such as context Max

output price and then fixed mro provider

issues if we take a look at this blog

post right here talking about the mCP

Marketplace we can see why this actually

matters and basically right now to add a

mCP server you know there is a manual

process most of the time you have to

find the right GitHub Repro read through

the technical documentation configure

the Json files manually and cross your

fingers hope it all works you know which

isn't like super complex but even me

like I understand how you know that's a

it's a lot more tedious than you would

like when using AI so now with the mCP

Marketplace this should fix this we take

a look at their website right here you

can see the mCP Marketplace so plugins

for Klein oneclick install showing

different examples of how to actually

use it and then here are all the

different mCP servers that we'll have

access to so this is awesome checking

out this demo right here from the

founder of Klein here is how to use the

mCP server as well as some of the other

uh new features now with client's new

mCP Marketplace you can easily browse

sort and filter for the best mCP servers

and one click install with client

handling all the setup let's see this in

action by installing a brave web search

tool we'll hit the install button and

this starts a new task incline to handle

the entire installation process

including getting the API key from us

and just like that the new web search

tool is available for client to use in

future tasks this update also brings

another cool feature to plan mode it's

been great hearing how useful the

special mode has been to people and to

make it even cooler client can now

generate mermaid diagrams to visually

describe complex plans and systems let's

ask client to come up with a design

for a backend that accepts user emails

client comes up with a diagram for the

architecture that we can click on to

explore further this update also brings

some quality of life improvements like

better checkpoints UI terminal mention

for referencing the latest terminal

contents get mention to reference

working changes or commit and the

ability to send messages with approvals

or when switching from plan to act thank

releases okay so first things first if

if you don't have Cent already go

install it so if you have VSS code or a

cursor you can simply go to your

extensions right here go to clein

install that and you'll be good to go

all right so now I have clein open you

can see that it's mentioning the 3.4

updates right here so we can access the

mCP server marketplace right here in the

mCP server tab all right the way you get

to that is you simply just click right

here mCP servers and then we'll see our

Marketplace and then ones that are

installed I click on configure mCP

servers right here you can see it pulls

up our mCP server file you could still

manually configure mCP servers here and

if you click on Advanced mCP server

settings then it's going to bring you

here where you'll have some additional

options let's take a look at this

Marketplace let's say for example I

wanted to install fir craw right here I

could simply install all right so now we

can see the task is set up an mCP server

from and then it's giving the GitHub

repo right here put this as the server

name in the mCP uh settings right here

all right so now it's going about this

task it's reading the file right here

for the settings all right now it's

asking for a fir craw API key okay so

now we can see that it actually added

this content into the mCP server file

all right so now it's saying now that I

configured fir crawl let me demonstrate

its capabilities by user the using the

scrape tool to scrape a web page I'll

use it to scrape a simple website and

convert it into a markdown format I'm

going to click approve here all right so

I actually had an error here so it

saying we need to install the fir crawl

uh package right here all right now it's

asking us to run a test right here I'm

going to approve it all right for some

reason it keeps getting erir executing

mCP tool not connected for fir crawl so

I'm just going to go ahead try a

different one okay for some reason I'm

not able to get the mCP tool to connect

I've been trying for a while now through

uh Klein but I have my mCP server in um

like cursor working and different tools

like that so I'm don't know why it's not

working here I don't think it's

something to do with Klein I think it's

probably just something with my setup

but if you have any ideas let me know or

if I'm doing something wrong I think it

probably should work for you though let

me know in the comments down below all

right so here I'm going to say show a

design to show how this app works and we

are in the plan mode right here and here

you can actually see the checkpoint

right here and compare restore so this

is a new feature all right and you can

see here that it generated a diagram

right here so we can see our mermaid

diagram this is for open deep research

so we can see user interface user query

input initial processing query analysis

search generation web search and

scraping you can see all this down here

Fallout questions research progress

display so did a really good job now you

can see we can easily switch between

plan and act agents right here and you

can also see in the chat right here if

we wanted to reference different things

we now have the option to reference git

commits like so we can see all of our

different git commits or we could

reference the terminal like this and

then it would reference different things

in our terminal also to now if you go to

advanced settings right here you'll have

an option a little bit more options here

like you can disable browser tool if you

want as well as different other ones

like for example you can select um the

mini reasoning for 03 mini the effort so

you could do low medium or high which is

nice if you're using 03 mini a lot you

know which is a very very powerful AI

coding model other than that guys that's

pretty much it for this video just
