Let's just scroll down pre-meeting in meeting post meeting so personalized meeting templates in meeting real time transcription and tagging integrated with popular platforms uh post meeting audio to text smart memo world-class editor Insight management search download and share uh testimonials um it's on product hunt you can integrate with zoom Google meet WebEx and Microsoft teams so it is um pretty interesting let's check out their pricing on their website so here's their pricing they do have a free plan which allows you

30 meetings per month all the Integrations um you get 30 300 minutes per month offline meetings mobile and desktop microphone recording audio file upload personalized meeting templates AI augmented memo world-class editor download and share but you don't get insight management the starter plan is 8.99 you get 60 meetings per month 600 offline minutes per month and you do get insight management and then standard you get 15 15 15 9 or 15.99 per month you get unlimited online meetings 1800 minutes per

Month off of offline meetings um and you get everything else and then 29 per month for their Premium plan is unlimited online meetings 4 800 offline meeting minutes per month and everything else is the same and um yeah so let's actually take a look because right now they actually did just list on appsumo so here they are on appsumo it's fairly new they only have seven reviews but they do have four points like six or seven stars or tacos out of

Five this is best for Consultants project managers sales managers and it's an alternative to Fathom uh fireflies.ai and otter.ai here's the Integrations and I do still like I'm kind of testing a few different options right now because I have fathom which is free I think I think it's completely free um and it I I mean I haven't fully used it yet it's pretty decent this seems I mean I haven't fully used all them yet you know compare them so I can't

See I have but I do have fathom uh laxis and I have uh nuda.ai I'll do a review on that one probably soon but no more note-taking you know you can see a little short video here but uh here's a video you can watch it basically just goes over what the tool is about um so yeah there's some pictures lifetime access to Lexus no code stacking no codes no stacking just to choose the plan that's right for you unlimited online meetings

Per month or per like just in general and yeah so here are the plans tier one and tier two tier one is 69 tier two is 139 with tier one you get unlimited online meetings and four thousand eight hundred offline transcription minutes per month and five team members and uh that would be similar to actually their Premium plan so instead of paying 29 bucks per month oh they also have a yearly plan where it's a bit of a discount by the

Way but instead of paying 29 bucks per month you actually pay 69 bucks one time and you have it for life with five team members and then tier two looks like it's their maybe their business plan or it's like a higher that doesn't even show this plan it's so high and you got unlimited online meetings and 10 000 offline audio transcriptions per month desktop and mobile microphone recordings and you get 15 team members so I actually got tier two just because

I thought it could be useful and I like having 15 team members because then I can have the sales team utilize this tool and try it out and I'm interested to see how how good it does but uh pre-muting personalized memo templates and topics to capture and organize your key meeting agenda items during media native Integrations with Google me and all the stuff so here's some information about it all um you know this is a tool I think that probably has

A lot of stuff you could do with it oh look will you consider bulk uploading like nuda does oh I didn't even know nuda does that this is for productivity purposes and so we'll speed up the process to be able to upload at least six MP3 files I didn't even know New to Disney so that's pretty cool um yes a few users have requested this so I have both of these tools right now so I can't say which one is better

What I will say though is I bought tier I believe four of nuda which was about 300 U.S and it only comes with one team member um but it is unlimited like everything so and the user interface on it is pretty cool um Lexus is pretty good too and it's it's below half the price for a tier two so it's hard to say right now I'll have to use them for a bit and see which one I prefer or but also

Too they both do a few different there's a few differences between the two um but uh and also two guys nude is no longer I believe on appsumo so you would have to get their pay uh their monthly plan um it looks like Lexus does have a Facebook group so I haven't joined this yet I'll probably join it right now let's check it out okay so it is very small right now it only has 11 members I'll still join it for

Now um so yeah it's a it's a fairly new tool in appsumo like I said um how does it compare to other AI similarities check out these reviews here so lowest the highest I'm just it's okay just okay I'm wondering if it's just me but I wasn't impressed with the transcription quality also I'm surprised that the insights is a free trial for a month then the option this is actually confusing to me too sap doesn't automatically join the zoom unless it's

At the exact time slot I add the meeting on something like that but it's fiddly in series this is a deal Baker for me is when I was testing with my wife and the Lexus app X exited the recording after a few minutes and didn't capture the meeting at all if I'm on a podcast that would be bad for me I'm sure the app will improve but for now pass and refund thanks sorry to hear that Lexus doesn't work well we

Will look into this issue and fix it Insight on free trial is a bug yeah that's what I thought because I saw it when I go to Alexis like let me or Lexus let me log in all right so here is the Lexus dashboard you can see here we're at the home section I literally haven't done anything yet um haven't used this haven't connected anything but this is what you'll it will look like when you first get the account you're gonna

See recent meetings here I think it shows upcoming meetings as well but I haven't connected it to my Google calendar yet so if I did that's where you would see all the meetings I believe or the ones you've done it will also show you because you can upload it from your computer or it will automatically record from Google meets or Zoom or whatever so that's what we'll show here oh no recent meetings show here upcoming meetings show here in order to

See this you need to connect your calendar though so I would just go ahead connect and then you would see it there meeting type so you can see here you can create meeting types and you'll be able to see which each one of them are it will show like in a pie graph um and you can label what meetings are which so I can create sales meetings uh Team call meetings customer meetings and I could have those as different labels and

Then each time something records in here I could label it as that here's where you'll see your plan so you can see here I'm I'm on appsumo tier 2 plan Josh's team unlimited Meetings online and then 10 000 minutes offline transcriptions uh here are conversations so I think this is just showing you the meetings again that you've had all the conversations memo templates so here's where you can create templates these templates um are like for example if I'm having a call

Uh with the ux entered View and background purpose School side background user workflow online note transcribe transcript record memo schedule Insight use your pain points stressful pain price accurate software other software software apps Zoom WebEx so you can create these type of things I'm actually not 100 sure like what this does um so I think it's like you can for a specific call like um like market research call or investor call and then you have these topics that you're going to

Talk about and keywords and then during the call I believe you can label it or you can label it after the call when you're editing um I think I have the yeah here's the Chrome extension I think it would like pop up when you're in a Google meet or something here it is limited transcription personalized memo templates and topics for easy note taking so that's what it is during the meeting that's Chrome extension for Google me 100 accurate speaker recognition one-click

Tagging auto save to Lexus cloud and more so yeah that's what it is like you can tag it that point so as someone saying something or you're in the meeting you can tag it whatever that keyword is or the the topic manage insights and quotes from participants search across all of your conversations so then after the conversation you'll see the transcript and you can search the tags and see like really see your meeting in a granular level um insights so yeah

It says insights management free trial ends in 29 days upgrade start starting from now it's 8.99 but of course like you just said in the text here this is in the case it's just a bug you will still have insights and this is showing you out of the you know conversations you've had where they fall into within the template uh you know the template tags and everything so right now when you first create the account there's going to be these two

Sample meetings in here and they're already like tagged up so that's what we're seeing in these insights all right settings is just your typical settings plan is the plan you're on as you can see I'm on tier two apps so this is where you can connect so you cannot Google Calendar I'll do that later you can connect your Zoom your WebEx and your Microsoft teams so for Google me all you have to do is install the Chrome extension Zoom there's a

Little article on how to do that right here I haven't done that yet and um referrals so you can you know get referrals invite friends earn rewards and then tutorial here's a little tutorial in this video we're going to show you how to use Lexus to record transcribe generate memos and manage your conversation insights you can also use Lexus to search edit and share your transcripts memos and insights with your team after you've logged into your account you will see the

Main dashboard at the very top you can see there are three ways to record and transcribe a meeting record through microphone upload a local file and import from Zoom when you sign up by default there'll already be a few sample conversations feel free to take a look and play around with it on the right hand side you can connect your Google calendar just click connect link your Google account and you will see your upcoming meetings here you can also see your

Meeting types by creating meeting templates and you can see your meeting quota at the bottom based on your plan before we record any meetings let's first try to set up a meeting template the reason you want to select a meeting template before you record or upload anything is a Lexus can analyze your meetings while recording or editing by setting up a template you can add preset topics and keywords on the meeting template page type in your meeting template name and on

The left side click this icon or hit enter to add it go to this meeting template and add any topics for your meeting type in your topics and click the plus icon or hit enter when you have a topic you will see there's an option for you to create keywords creating keyword allows Lexus to better understand your meanings and extract the exact quotations that contain this keyword of course you may not know what keywords you're looking for before your meeting but

You can always come back to your template and add new topics and keywords now that we have a new meeting template let's go back to the home page and record something let's record a meeting by clicking the record button right here first select a meeting template in our case we'll use a template we just created next click proceed now you're in the recording page you can record your meetings calls and interviews here on the right side are the topics we just

Created you can assign a topic to a real-time transcription by clicking the topic once you finish recording just click stop you can find your recordings in the conversations page you can also upload an existing conversation simply click the upload button and select your recording then you can find your conversation in the conversation page okay let's take a look at the conversations page this is where you can find all your audio files you can edit your recording here by selecting a conversation

We'll use a default demo conversation as an example now you should be on the editors page and this is where you can edit your transcription you can click on the play button to play the recording Additionally you can also edit the transcription for example if you want to delete the sentence you can select the whole sentence and delete it or if the transcription is not accurate and edit it by deleting words or adding words note that once you start editing anything

The player will automatically start playing the conversation until you click the play button again with the topics on the right side you can select a sentence and right click to assign the sentence to topic now you can see the exact quote tagged by this topic in the memo column if you want to use a different template or set a topic for this recording you can simply do so by clicking change template and reselect the template then rerun transcript and can use

A different set of topics correspondingly Lexus will all generate a different set of memos based on those different keywords if you have a lot of meanings or conversations laxus's intelligent conversation analysis tool will come in handy you can view the analysis in quotations on the insights page first choose a meeting template on the left side and you can see all the topics and keywords you created hovering on a specific topic allows you to see how many times this topic is being

Tagged moving down to the conversation section simply select a topic and you'll see all the keywords under this topic you can also select multiple topics and view all the keywords under these topics all at once when clicking on a keyword or multiple keyboards you will filter out quotations that don't contain this keyword lastly you can download your report by clicking the Stella button here you can export your report in multiple different file types such as word or PDF the last useful

Feature offered by LAX assist intelligent conversation inside platform is search you can easily search any keyword on this platform just type in your keyword you will see all the conversations that mention this keyword thank you for watching Dr torb alright so that's pretty useful I just wanted to play that guys so you can see what the inside tutorial is but that will give you an idea of actually when you're using this tools or transcribe things like for example I could go

Upload and you have 10 000 minutes typically to be honest if I was uploading a file I would probably use NoDa unless I really want to use one of these templates the template thing is cool or nuda I don't think nuda has something like the templates but they do have unlimited uploads so it really depends if I want to use a template or not um if I click upload here let me just go here oh that's weird oh I'm just realizing

Thank you oh wow okay so Lexus can only upload MP3 wave m4a Flack and Etc so and it can only be a hundred megabytes to upload so okay so that pretty much just answers my question so I'll explain now um with Lexus I mean it seems like it could be good for doing online meetings since one you get 15 team members if you're on two or two and you do get unlimited transcriptions for online meetings the only thing is with these

Offline uploads you only get 10 000 minutes and you can't upload video files because I was going to upload an mp4 file just like from all my YouTube videos and it's that's why it wasn't showing up um and even if it was showing up it can only be on a hundred megabyte upload which I've uploaded big files onto nuda which you know I mean I guess nuda is more expensive so that is just a quick analysis I'll do probably a video

On nuda as well um mirror is actually pretty great then in that case since you can upload very big files I've uploaded big gigabyte files bigger than gigabyte files too and it's they've been video phones and they've it's transcribed it really really well so I really like that about nuda I'll definitely be keeping nuda and laxis I'm probably Gonna Keep because it has 15 users so that means my sales reps can use it and I do like the templates and in

Terms of online recording so if you're a salesperson an SDR or a customer service person or really anyone like that where you're doing a lot of Zoom calls or meetings this could potentially be a good tool for you um just uh one thing I got an idea with with these templates is I would probably create one that's called like sales for example and then we have like a uh a process like um different steps for our sales process so it could

Be like this isn't the exact uh thing but current situation desired situation just for an example so those are like two uh steps within our sales process and then I could add some keywords like Revenue rev a new [Music] um lead source um offer right and these should be like I'm I would actually look at our sales script to get the exact stuff but like these are like these I would create topics of the steps that we take them through so

Like you know Small Talk uh you know set the tone um current situation desired situation bridge the gap whatever we have like a I think it's like 12 steps or something like this and I would put those as topics and then each of those sub questions I would put some of those words as the keywords so then I would test it out and from what I know apparently Laxus should be able to pick up the keywords so that would be very

Useful on our sales calls because I would be able to see each and every step the sales rep is taking the prospect through as well as their I could easily search and find their answers to the questions so each part of the sales call would be broken down we could analyze it after the sales rep and analyze it and prove we can improve our sales teams closing rate and uh ideally so that's one thing that I'm going to set up but

All in all you know as of now I'm probably definitely going to keep this tool and I'm excited as long as it does what it says it does and it's not too buggy or anything like this then I think it's going to be a great tool I hope they continue improving on it and I I definitely will be keeping neuta just because if you're looking to just only upload offline files and if it's if it's not just MP3 files like if
