How To Warm Up Unlimited Email Accounts (Gsuite, Zoho, Etc.) For Mass Cold Email Campaigns

[Music] hey what's going on guys this is josh pocock founder and ceo of executive stride and in this quick video i'm just going to be showing you how to automatically warm up your email accounts for cold emailing all right now this is a very very important if you're going to be doing any sort of cold emailing platforms like gmail yahoo outlook zoho whatever provider you're using to send your emails from they have gone very very strict in terms of spam filters

And different roblox that will cause your emails not to land in the inbox and outflow and prospecting is all about volume so say if you get 10 000 leads or prospects lit a prospect list and you're sending it and you know it's it's a gradual process and it takes a lot of time to build up each account to be able to send us you know more emails and you have to set up multiple accounts and do all this work but if

The emails aren't landing in the inbox you're one wasting leads and two you're burning your domains of email accounts that you should be sending from and booking appointments from so you're not going to book nearly as many if any uh if you're just starting out appointments as you would if you warm up your accounts all right so that is why you need to warm up your accounts now typically the warming up process minimum should be 15 days at least two weeks

Ideally uh one to two months all right so that's how long it can be now when you even start sending emails you still want to be making sure your domain reputation is good you can even leave on the warming up automatic feature i'm about to show you on while you're sending just to make sure that you're inboxing all right so let's give you a quick overview so let's say you use either gmail or zoho to set up your account so here's

An example of where i've set up some zoho accounts and i've integrated them into stride leads which is over here i have a bunch of tabs here we go so stride leads for example um let's see so here is a an example domain executivestride.net so we can see that all i did was just basically connect an smtp i added in the information all right and then i can once the information is is uh good it will show that it's ready and

It can also read the replies and then it will show the total cent within the last 24 hours all right these are just accounts i recently added and then the warm-up deliverability all right so i actually was using these accounts a while ago um on gmail gmail and then we i just switched them over to zoho but to show you an example here's what it would look like i'm not going to go over each number but there that's what it looks

Like that's what the warming up feature is it's basically sending emails back and forth between our accounts and it's opening emails if it uh once they receive them and it's also if any emails do land in spam like you'll see right here there was a five percent of emails landing and spam it will automatically remove the emails from spam spam to your inbox which will show that that email is not spam so it's going to increase the deliverability of that email

So this is all 100 automated all right you can set it to send for example uh 10 emails per day and increase by two emails each day all right it's gonna automatically update and then you can also refresh stats but obviously it's going to take a little bit to start and yeah i could also reset to zero and restart just to clear all this old data if i wanted to all right so that's pretty much it that is how to automatically
