239 words[Music] how to organize your workflows into folders as you create more and more workflows in your system you may want to start organizing them into folders in order to stay as organized as possible navigate into the workflow builder and in the top right you can create a folder in the pop-up window that will appear you can give the folder a name and then click save now that you have the folder it will display within your workflow page if you hover over
The name of an existing workflow you'll see an actions menu will appear from that drop down click move to folder and you can choose a folder click save and then that workflow will be moved to that folder that you just selected maybe you want to reverse that action you have a workflow within a folder and you want to remove it from that folder you essentially repeat the same process navigate within to that workflow folder and then hover over the name of
That workflow choose from the actions and the folder name and from the drop-down you can choose move out of the current folder and click save and the workflow will now be removed from the folders and just in your general list of workflows this is a great way for you to stay organized as you increase how many workflows you have within your system you're all set you
